We went here for brunch on a Sunday and we had Tam as our waitress. Food was great, cocktails were constant, and Tam was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend coming for their brunch deal.

First time in a Jamaican restaurant. The whole atmosphere had the authentic Caribbean feel. Very courteous staff. The menu has a lot of variety - not too pricey.

Lovely evening! Fantastic service by Joel - for the only non drinker in a group of 17, he always made sure there was a non alcoholic version of the cocktails for me! Not bad on the eye either 😉

We had the Christmas menu for our works Christmas lunch, and it was absolutely lovely! The food was all served on time and all together, so no-one was waiting around for any food. (The crispy chilli squid I found particularly delicious as my starter) The cocktails were fabulous as always. A huge shout out to our server Jordan - he was friendly, down to earth, and lots of fun - it’s always nice when you can have a giggle and a laugh with the staff! Thank you for making it that extra bit enjoyable!

We hadn't pre booked but they accommodated us at the bar on a busy Saturday evening. (We actually think being sat at the bar was the best place to be) . My wife and I had a really great meal. The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Really fun atmosphere. Good selection of Rum. A special shout out to George and Ruth who were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

A beautiful shop with several food and cocktail options. What we got was hot and tasty, just a bit spicier and hotter than we expected. We got chicken and burger. We were served quickly even though it was quite crowded.

Have had such a brilliant time, we did the bottomless brunch and our waitress, Emily, was absolutely amazing. Hadn’t seen my friend for a good few months and she made sure we only needed to pause our chats to order our drinks, super attentive and helpful, absolute credit to the company, cheers!

We had Joel as our server and he was brilliant, made sure our drinks were always topped up (we were there for bottomless brunch) and the day was really enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Turtle Bay for an excellent day.

My first visit to Turtle Bay and I wasn’t disappointed! Lovely vegan food and great service from Dom and Clay. My daughter was delighted to find cocktails were 2 for 1, a nice surprise! Great vibes, always good to have a bit of Bob Marley playing in the background.
