Visited for the 2nd time on Saturday (we last stayed in Oxford in January for husband's birthday this was anniversary weekend away). This place has sadly gone right down hill since January and we won't return again. Greeted by a very rude hostile doorman, lengthy wait to order despite staff stood around chatting, food arrived incorrect and tiny portion compared to last time nor did it taste anywhere near as good. Cremated chicken. Dry coleslaw only redeemed by good if measly jerk sauce. Toilets absolutely filthy. We went to mowglis the previous night where we were given fabulous service, amazing food (and free dessert and four seater table when we mentioned our anniversary) . We wish we'd gone there again instead.

Although the food was wonderful, it took us so long to get served our first drink (45 minutes!) and seeing as you only have a 2 hour slot for bottomless brunch, we definitely didn’t end up getting our money’s worth. I think throughout the entire 2 hours we ended up having 3 drinks each, as service took so long - servers forgot to put our drinks through a couple of times, or didn’t come to our table at all to take our order, or the bar tenders took up to 20 minutes to make our order. We sat most of the time with empty glasses, which just isn’t what I expect of a near £40 bottomless brunch.

It’s a delightfully distinctive space with pleasant reggae music in the background throughout. Arriving early had no problem in getting a table. A great menu was fun to peruse but finally decided to include jerk chicken in the choices. Dessert was the culmination, with cappuccino and coffee. All delicious. Staff looked after us most attentively and efficiently. Definitely recommend here for an enjoyable occasion.

The drinks service for bottomless brunch was super fast and Dom was absolutely lovely and great with directing me for the allergy information.

jordan was lovely had bottomless brunch and was feeding us drinks for the 2 hours, 22 between two of us CRaZY, but if you ask me jordan looked more like a steve xx

Here for bottomless brunch, our waiter Harry was very good, he didn't wait until our drinks were empty before asking if we wanted another. He was very smiley and helpful.

I went with a group of 5 friends we have to order inside. We got seated outside with the weather being hot was enjoyable. When we each ordered at the till and paid for our food we asked for water with our food as it was hot. This never came out. We asked number of other times when the waiters came out and once again never came out. One of my friends ordered chips whilst all our food came out and this never came out the staff said they didn’t know it was a order even though he paid for the chips. Overall food was good on the spicy side but service is terrible.

We were served by George initially! Service was excellent. This is my 3rd consecutive year and he is so kind and awesome, all at the same time. Was great to see him again. We were then served by the lovely Ruth! She is also awesome and kind! She knows her stuff! Puts on a wonderful show. They make a great team! Overall, INCREDIBLE experience!

Delicious food with good portion size. The atmosphere matched the theme of the restaurant. Stephanie was gracious and did not steer us wrong with her recommendations.

Had my birthday meal and Harry was our waiter, he was super friendly and patiently walked me through the different options of what to eat. The meal was great and I definitely recommend getting the spiced fries!

What an amazing place. Food, drinks, atmosphere 5 star. Service from Clay was 6 star. Explained everything, cared, went above and beyond.
