Turtle Bay in Middlesbrough

Me and my 3 friends were in yesterday at 11.15am and were served delicious cocktails by Lauren. She is a lovely friendly lady and we will definitely be returning.

Service was really poor, people not serving us for quite a long time while we were at bottomless brunch, got told several different things about the price and time of the drinks and food, also got told that our drinks were finished 10 mins before our bottomless brunch ended which is not what we paid for. Got a lot of extra charges on the bill we were not told about. Overall very unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend

We had bottomless brunch, our server was fab, watching closely so that we continually had a drink, Bron and Sian were so chatty and friendly! Would recommend!

Service was excellent. Bronwyn kept our drinks and food flowing all day. Loved every minute. Drinks were lovely, food gorgeous too. Will definitely be back soon x

Our first time at Turtle Bay, we'll definitely come back. Popped in for a quick lunch and even though it is half term got seated immediately and food came in great time. Everything was lovely, our server Maisie was really attentive and had some.great recommendations from the menu!

James was amazing we came for bottomless brunch and since the restaurant was practically empty he was really quick coming to ask us if we wanted more drinks so we could make the most of it he was super friendly and gave amazing customer service, the food was amazing and came super quick and will definitely be coming back!

Was here on my birthday in March and was served by Lucy. Food was delicious. Lucy made sure myself and my partner were okay and I can’t fault the food or the service and certainly not the ambiance of the restaurant. Everything is 10/10 minus nothing 😊

Very good meal here tonight, tried the new Roti starter which I must say was excellent. My main was some sort of Chicken dish which was also really good. I didn’t like the way the waiter tried to get us to leave a good review on google and also mention them by name. I will decide if I want to leave a review or not and unless the service was absolutely outstanding I will not be mentioning any names. Just to be clear though the service was pretty good but nothing more

Place and food are great, can get very loud depending on how many people are there.

If you like Caribbean &/or spicy food and you’re in the Teeside area, seek out the Turtle Inn in the centre of Middlesborough. Part of a Group across the UK, the menu is impressive varying from mild spicy to very hot spicy. It’s not just chicken, there are a number of other options. Drinks, as you can imagine are with a Caribbean theme, so Red Stripe etc is the preferred beer brand. They also have an “All In One Deal(s)” incorporating your food & drinks for one set price. Drinks, food and service were all really good, we had the pepper roti which was full of flavour and the pork belly which was really tender

Came for bottomless brunch and had the best time thanks to Philip our server, he made the whole day so entertaining and brought our drinks and food so quickly and no problem. Even when there was a bit of a wait with the drinks he let us know and apologised. Excellent service.
