4 of us had the set menu lunch - 3 courses £12.95. Very good value. The place was quite busy but we had very good service. As you might expect the portions were modest but really sufficient for lunch. Atmosphere was pretty good. We will be back

Great restaurant, food excellent, selection of cocktails wonderful, mostly excellent service. It would get 5 stars however, upon asking to take the rest of our grill for two away. The waiting staff rather than take our dishes and pack it up, provided us with boxes for DIY experience. The complimentary Turkish delight and tequila rosé made up a lot for it.

Bitterly disappointing. The lunch menu is £12.95 and there's a reason. Given we were one family of only 2 in the whole place I'd have though the chef wasn't over run...well.. they/he/she clearly was. Chicken was over cooked - so a lovely layer of concrete batter. My lamb moussaka contained NEARLY NO lamb - I challenge all to count the micro pieces of Lamb in the pictures attached. Take a look for yourselves. I've scrubbed the server name as i'm not a vindictive person. I'd say the staff there aren't very well motivated so not their issue... Management need to address this. The restaurant didn't deserve my service charge fee so I feel cheated (as would anyone). Not going back again and that's £50 I will not get back. Didn't complain - because I didn't want to ruin and experience with my family. Tread with caution in the direction of this restaurant. I certainly won't go back. In today's economy you only get one chance to win back customers. This was a wasted opportunity. P.s. Do come here if you love salad's - they give you plenty of that.

Overall I enjoyed my meal at the Turquoise Kitchen and would happily go again. The staff were very pleasant and service was efficient. I was able to get gluten free rice which was good as many Turkish restaurants add pasta to their rice. Everything was clearly marked if it was suitable for gluten intollerance, vegetarian or vegan. My only complaint was that my seat was quite uncomfortable as I was on the join of two padded bench seats.

Great local place in Pinner. Good food and very good service. Atmosphere was a bit dead as we went at lunchtime but I imagine when the restaurant is full it would be quite buzzy. Reasonable prices too. And great cocktails.

If you enjoy Turkish food, this is the place to be. We tried lamb, fish and chicken dishes and all tasted absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were very generous and had the right amount of species. They have a good range of cocktails too. Service was friendly and very quick. Looking forward to returning for more Turkish food

Food was nice (although they are not generous with the serving of rice given each dish is £20). Service was terrible - really unpleasant waitress and still had to pay service charge.

Excellent food, moderately priced . Service also quick and efficient. However there was a tendency of staff to want us out by 10 pm (closing time is 11pm). Our group had finished paying and were just chatting but they obviously wanted us out asap. That spoilt the experience to an extent.

Smells extremely gamy mixed with bio. Had to walk out as I couldn’t place an order here. Avoid!!!

Well done Turquoise Kitchen for taking the information on board New menu which clearly showed GF (Gluten free) Had lunch on (Sunday 25th) Being allergic to gluten I was extremely impressed with the new menu. We all chose our dishes and I chose MUCVER had (GF). My son spotted FLOUR in the description. Since it clearly stated (GF) I assume the flour would be gluten free. My son thought he would check and make sure it was gluten free flour. Spoke to Yasmin, who was extremely busy and responded that no the flour wasn’t gluten free. We were surprised and because she was busy, we wanted to make sure we heard her correctly. She confirmed that the flour was ordinary and not gluten free. This is extremely DANGEROUS for anyone that suffers from GLUTEN ALLERGIES, when staff are very busy this could be missed. Yasmin was extremely apologetic and realising that the consequences could have been extremely severe. She said she would relate this to the management.. Thank you Yasmin for being so supportive and understanding

The food was pleasant enough, as was the atmosphere. However there's a much better Turkish restaurant just around the corner, I'd suggest you'd be better off eating there. Oh, I should mention the Baclava. I've eaten loads. Here it was poor, hardly any nuts, so no flavour, just sweetness. Avoid.

The dish was excellently prepared and very tasty, kudos to the chef. Waiter Oljay served us wonderfully and made us feel even more comfortable. Would definitely come again!

What am awful experience. Went for lunch and wanted to order from the lunch menu. Server to begin with was not very friendly, however asked for a swap from rice to chips (I have an intolerance for grains) was quite categorically told no, even though it has never been a problem in all out previous orders and dine in be it lunch or dinner. Really disappointed. Ended up in Zufa which was super accommodating. Lack of flexibility means we will not be visiting again. So disappointed. On the plus side were amazing.

The food was very average, the meat kebabs were tough and chewy, it's pricey for place to eat in Pinner, was £50 per head not including alcoholic drinks.

Absolutely loved my Time in this restaurant. I went for lunch with a friend. The Food was outstanding. The atmosphere was lovely. It was clean and very friendly. They couldn't of done enough. The price was very good too. Definitely one to try. You won't regret it.

Thus restaurant looks really nice. All, of us felt the starters tasted lovely but portions were small.... We were almost cornered into ordering mains saying they are busy so we must order now... The dessert description given was misinformation.. We ordered the baklava with icecream and only wanted 1 to share.. But the waiter mentioned it was a tiny piece... It is not.. Its a slice of cake really so we ended up ordering 2 when we didn't have to. I won't mind going back if someone invites for an occasion but it wouldn't be my first choice unfortunately.

Walked in at 6.05pm. We were asked if we had a booking which we didn’t. We were reluctantly taken right to the back where it was darker and I asked if any of the tables near the front were available. Without looking at any of the bookings on the system she said that all the tables were booked at 6.30pm. It was very clear that we were not wanted there. We said not to worry in that case, and they happily let us leave! Seems mad to me as there was not a single soul in the restaurant at the time. If she had looked at the bookings and at least given some consideration it might have seemed less frosty and more genuine. We had our little baby with us so we’re planning to eat and leave by 7pm at the latest so I do think there likely would’ve been a table free! We happily took our custom to Yaprak, and had a lovely meal and great service to match. We won’t be visiting again!

I don't give 5* very often but this restaurant ticks many boxes. The food is good, portion size is more than enough, the service is attentive but not OTT. Then there are the cocktails... they are a well made 'works of art' that taste as good as they look, and not a silly price. It is nice to walk out of a local restaurant nowadays, and not feel 'ripped off'. Okay, restaurants are a personal thing, and tastes do vairy, but this one is definitely worth trying. I've also used their take-out service... again, very good

We went for an evening meal. There were six in our group. I had a Turkish friend, so I had some idea of Turkish food. The food quality and taste were better than average. A little pricey, but everything costs more after two years of high inflation. I ordered pan-fried prawns and Seabass. They were tasty. But why serve the two fillets of fish, rocket leaves, mushroom and mashed potato on what looked like a chopping board instead of a plate? The sticky brown sauce drizzled over the leaves dribbled onto my trousers and made a mess. Because of this irritation in the middle of my meal, I have reduced service to 3 stars. The restaurant is more roomy than I expected. Around 7pm on a Friday, it was busy, but not overflowing. The ambience was good, staff were attentive and food arrived quickly. Just as you are presented with some baklava at the end, in Arab restaurants, here we were given Turkish delight. Can they improve? Yes! Don't drizzle too much of that sticky brown sauce on top of the rocket leaves, and serve the fish in a plate, instead of a plank.

What an amazing venue, with such a lovely atmosphere. We had a party for 32 people and everyone loved it. Great choice of a restaurant and the food was truly delicious and delightful. Cocktails were so tasty too, prepared and presented to a high standard. So pretty. I would recommend this venue for any occasion and will definitely return again. Thank you Sam and your team of professionals, who delivered for us all a very memorable evening.

I went there today for a staff party of 23 people and loved it! I had a vegetarian Moussaka, which was the best I had in a very long time! The food is simply exquisite, the service impeccable, the atmosphere so homely yet super professional. This place put the customers first and staff is very polite, helpful and take great pleasure in their work, always with a smile. It was a wonderful time and you guys made this happen. Excellent Turkish and Greek food. Definitely authentically Turkish too. E: I previously only ordered, but tonight I visited the location impromptu with my sister. We were sat despite with no booking and the service was impeccable. The food was excellent and I was pleased to find the portion sizes and prices are the exact same as when I order it at home. Well done! I will always recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Turquoise in Pinner stands out for its amazing Ichli Kofte and Lamb Ribs, to my taste the best in London. The Ichli Kofte, with its perfect blend of spices and textures, is a must-try. The Lamb Ribs are succulent and cooked to perfection. Coupled with great service and a cozy atmosphere, it’s a top choice for Turkish cuisine.

We went to celebrate my birthday with some friends and I can tell you for a fact it was bloody brilliant. The staff were very nice and the food was amazing. To my surprise the staff had organised a birthday treat, see picture attached. I will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent food. This is the second time we've been. This time, we had all vegetarian food which was as gorgeous as the meat we had the time before. Delicious baklava and pistachio cheesecake for dessert. Lovely Turkish Red wine. Brilliant service. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Always has tasty food! Only dish I would stay away from is the Chef's Special which is chicken, halloumi and Asparagus in loads of cheesy sauce. 🤔 Update: since the past couple of months (from Aug 2023) or so, this place has gone downhill significantly. Obviously cutting costs. Will not be going back again.

Cannot find any fault at all - really friendly staff, great service and tasty food. Simona served us for the evening and she made sure we had an enjoyable evening. They start you off with a generous portion of bread/naan with delicious yogurt dip and a very spicy tomato dip. The mains are very generous potions too and come with salad and rice, which I ordered to be served separately and they obliged. Simona was also kind enough to give us extra bread and dips. She also let me taste the drink because I was unsure if I wanted it or not. They turned up the a/c because they could tell I was cold. At the end, you get a small Turkish delight too! So overall there's nothing to complain about. Smiles all round. Too bad I have no pictures though. Value for money. Finally, it's also a large restaurant, so even though we booked for a Friday evening early dinner at 6:30 I reckon you'd get a place to sit by just showing up. It was still quite busy at that early hour, so maybe good to book if you're coming in later.

Friendly service, decent portions, a bit on the pricey side for drinks

This restaurant is a pure example of style over substance. The lunch service was terrible.The wait was long. The rice even had frozen vegetables in it and the meat was overcooked and dry. The salad on the same plate is drizzled heavily with balsamic vinegar which isn’t very appealing. The best comparison is when you go abroad to Turkey and you are given cheaply prepared food that tourists eat in overpriced restaurants. There is no authentic Turkish flavours here! As far as service goes if you charge a 26% service charge it would be nice to be asked if you need another drink or how the food is? I would expect that is a minimum requirement to keep the customer’s happy or even for them to spend more on food and drink. I had to even go up to collect my own bill after being unable to make eye contact with the staff. I mentioned all of this to the manager and he seemed to care less. Lastly, the waiting staff are unbelievably strange. They act rude and not very interested in working.

Wonderful food and great atmosphere and joyful feeling after eating foods.

Great place. Saff was great. It was 8 of us and they made us feel home. We had super special treatme and a couple of laughs with the staff. We all loved it and the food was exceptionally great.

Food was good, so noisy when lots of eaters there, hate the 12.5% service charge added to the bill without asking... £26 a head for one course 2 bottle of beer

From the cocktail maker to the food nothing g I could fault, the food is amazing and cocktails are great White Russian only regret I have is that I doubt il have a White Russian as good as this it’s set my standards high now 😂, thank you all good was great, cocktails great well recommended 👌

Food really was just about adequate. Staff where not particularly friendly or warm. And for some bizarre reason, the restaurant delivery orders phone was right in the middle of the restaurant and on the highest possible volume ringer ever! Very odd. Won't be be going back in a hurry.

Really lovely staff and a beautiful place to eat. My friend recommended this place to me and I’m so glad she did. We each got the Lamb Beyti with some strawberry mocktails on the side. I think the lamb beyti was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The salad was also amazing. Rice & bread were good but my friend said the bread usually tastes a lot fresher. Their complimentary Turkish delights you get when paying were so yum also.

The worst experience that I had with this restaurant. I've order for delivery and after 95min no food was delivered to my address, they even charged me £49.68 for the food and the money has gone out from my account. We phone them to chase it up and the guy on the phone was extremely RUDE! He denied that he took the order from us!!!! He said I'll cancel you're order after his misbehavior!!! So how come he denied that we didn't make any orders???!!! So eventually I ended up driving to them so when I asked for the manager, an aggressive guy turned up and stated very loud even though there were customers sitting there! So they refused for any refund nor to deliver any foods!!! Be careful when you make any orders over the phone with them or just don't!!!

A lovely place. Very good ambience. The food was good. We tried the Chicken Sheesh, the Halloumi casserole, Cigara Boregi, prawns sauté and salmon. All served hot and tasted nice. The service could have been a little more on point I felt. The wait between starters and mains felt like eternity (could have been a one off). But overall a nice place for a Mediterranean dinner.

Midweek afternoon not that busy, but a nice looking Turkish restaurant, interestingly called Turquoise Kitchen. During the day a lunch menu full of traditional Turkish meat options and traditional starters and with two courses for £10.95. A third course is available including baklava, lovely Turkish dessert. The restaurant appeared clean and reasonably spacious.

Waitress not polite and not patient when ordering appereard arrogant when asked to come back as not ready. She finished her shift halfway through hour time and we had a lovely chef that came and served our desserts. Small portion size for the rice / and chips however the meat portion was okay.

Food arrived 1.5 hours late. I called three times to enquire about the delay and had to block my number after the first time as the restaurant screened my calls. The second time they hung up on me. No offer of a refund or any compensation. Disgraceful

My family and I love Turquoise Kitchen! It's become our go-to spot for authentic Turkish cuisine. The menu has a great selection of dishes, from delicious meze appetizers to hearty grilled meats. The lamb kebab and stuffed eggplant are my personal favorites. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with traditional Turkish decor and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. Overall, if you're looking for a great Turkish restaurant, definitely check this one out!

We went to celebrate my wifes birthday. We were very happy and would visit again esp for a special occasion. The ambience is very good, service was good. We ordered various dishes including 3 starters, i had the lamb Adana which was delicious, all enjoyed their dishes. Bill was £166 for 5 adults and 2 children. Will definitely visit again.xx

Turquoise Kitchen is a lovely authentic Turkish place we had the pleasure of dining in for a lunchtime meal. Great ambience and service and I would have given it 5* had it not been for the slightly odd tasting Ravioli dish which came with a generous helping of yogurt on top which I was not expecting. I think this diluted the flavours of the dish. Nonetheless I’d love to visit again to sample a few of the other vege options I was eyeing up 😉

Was given a gluten containing food by mistake, then had my meal whisked away by apologetic staff. Items marked on menu as gluten free turned out not to be, so had to change my order - a bit awkward. We were offered a free drink in recompense.

I love Turkish food especially when it comes to sea food but didn’t really like customer service of that lady with blonde hair, no smile no thanks no please no sign of a good service even though the restaurant was almost empty, This automatically doesn’t make you feel comfortable. Great food. Had the lunch menu special at £12.95 for 3 courses. The taramasalata , sigari borek, breads and dips lovely. Lamb kebab and falafel for mains. I had asked if I might have just 2 starters instead of a starter and main as I have small appetite and can't eat so much, unfortunately this was not possible so a lot was left on the plate including the perfectly cooked rice, salad, grated carrot and pickled red cabbage. Fortunately able to take the baklava desert home to enjoy later. Lovely red wine by the glass, a very smooth malbec. A great experience just will have to go for a la carte to order dishes that I can manage rather than waste. Excellent service too. Thank you to all the staff.

Came here with family and I can't recommend this food enough. so happy we made this choice. The service, ambience and staff were top notch too!! Parking is an issue, so the only option is to use the tube station car park or the Sainsbury car park..
