The best lamb steak I’ve ever had, paired with excellent service. Definitely going back!

Came here yesterday with family and my partner. Service was amazing and very attentive. I recommend the Lamb Ishtar and the Veggie Moussaka but the starters were a little on the small size in my opinion - but everything was delicious.

We came today to celebrate my son’s and nephew’s 18th birthday and I must say the service and food choice was excellent. Lots of vegetarian choice and will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant. The food was so delicious, succulent and authentic which is rare to come across now. I tried their starters, main course, desserts, and drinks. And not one, but everything was curated with perfection. The food was not only delicious but was also presented beautifully. I loved the atmosphere it was very lively and up lifting. The staff were so friendly and happy to help suggest a few dishes and drinks to help us with our order. Overall had a wonderful time definitely recommend

I went for lunch with my sister and chose from the lunch menu. It was very reasonable priced at just under £15 for three courses. They're not stingy the servings, too! All the food was fresh, from my calamari starter to the abundance of salad with my chicken shish and finally my slice of lemon cheesecake for dessert. Very well cooked and good quality food. The waiter was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Went here for birthday. Ordered mixed platter for starters which was just a bunch of sauces, beans, aubergine (both of these tasted like they came out of a can) and mixed herbs with grains and pomegranate seeds. The latter was nice, but the whole mix wasn't worth the price. I love Turkish kitchen, so wished the starters mix included cheese, dolma, kofte, etc. A little bit of different dishes rather than sauces with bread. For entrees we ordered chicken kebab which was really good and plenty. Though portions could be a bit smaller, after starters, which we didn't finish, we couldn't finish entrees either. Service was ok. Some members were nice, others should keep their comments to themselves. Service charge automatically added to food cost, which I highly dislike. I would like to decide whether I want to leave a tip and amount myself. All in all, this restaurant dish-wise is no different to many other Turkish restaurants. I won't be returning.

We enjoyed dinner at Misya with some friends on a busy evening for the restaurant. The servers were very stretched, with little time to pick up dropped spoons, take the food order, bring the drinks, enquire about the meal mid-way or take away empty plates until reminded. But it was all worth it for the food when it arrived! We enjoyed several cold and warm vegetarian mezze starters and they were enough for a good meal. The rest of the menu looked very tempting for another visit. The kitchen staff deserve credit but service could be improved with better training in appropriate etiquette and attentiveness.

We ate here on 8th February. We were a group of 7 vegetarians. the experience was super. Simona served us and she was very good. She immediately narrowed down to what we liked and made good suggestions from the menu. The rest of the staff were also very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks hit the right spot. Overall, a super experience.

I ordered food for a family gathering of 20. Ibrahim could not have been more helpful, from helping to fix the menu and making sure everything went to plan on the day. The food was really amazing!, from the succulent chicken beyti to the tasty selection of wonderful vegetarian Misya Ganoush and Imam Biyaldi. All my family loved it. Thank you Ibrahim and Misya. I will definitely be ordering again.

Misya Meze & Grill is top-tier! The food was banging, proper fresh and full of flavor. The mixed grill was cooked perfectly, and the meze starters were unreal. Portions were solid, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Service was on point too. Very friendly and quick. The whole place has a nice, chilled vibe, perfect for a meal with family or mates. Easily one of the best Turkish spots I’ve been to. Will defo be coming back!

Food was good however waitress was inconsiderate about our request not to be seated near windows. They did not bother to suggest if we could have another place even though there was seating elsewhere.

Went for early dinner. Really nice place. Food was very good, Service staff were attentive. Held off cooking our mains, (as we had requested) until we finished our starters. The lentil soup was excellent followed by the starters. Mains - The Lamb Sauteed and Veli Nazik dishes we excellent. Good size portions with sides. It got pretty busy for a Monday night. I'm guessing a good local reputation. The atmosphere was pretty good. Will be back.

My friend and I visited on Sunday for lunch. The service was absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to he head waitress (whose name we forgot to ask). Food was delicious and everything was perfect.

The food and atmosphere have always been fine, and I have eaten there with friends and family many times since it opened. BUT... last night (7/11/2024) I went there with a friend at 10:00 pm expecting to eat there. It is advertised as closing at 11:00 pm. So we had an hour to eat. However, the waiters told us we could not have a table because they closed at 9:30! Never mind. We went to the Awadh next door and had a very good Indian meal. Lovely place, great and unusual menu and terrific food. That was my first visit there and it won't be my last. I am not sure I shall be returning to the Turquoise in the light of last night's experience.

Great restaurant, food excellent, selection of cocktails wonderful, mostly excellent service. It would get 5 stars however, upon asking to take the rest of our grill for two away. The waiting staff rather than take our dishes and pack it up, provided us with boxes for DIY experience. The complimentary Turkish delight and tequila rosé made up a lot for it.

Bitterly disappointing. The lunch menu is £12.95 and there's a reason. Given we were one family of only 2 in the whole place I'd have though the chef wasn't over run...well.. they/he/she clearly was. Chicken was over cooked - so a lovely layer of concrete batter. My lamb moussaka contained NEARLY NO lamb - I challenge all to count the micro pieces of Lamb in the pictures attached. Take a look for yourselves. I've scrubbed the server name as i'm not a vindictive person. I'd say the staff there aren't very well motivated so not their issue... Management need to address this. The restaurant didn't deserve my service charge fee so I feel cheated (as would anyone). Not going back again and that's £50 I will not get back. Didn't complain - because I didn't want to ruin and experience with my family. Tread with caution in the direction of this restaurant. I certainly won't go back. In today's economy you only get one chance to win back customers. This was a wasted opportunity. P.s. Do come here if you love salad's - they give you plenty of that.

Great new Mediterranean food place in Pinner

Overall I enjoyed my meal at the Turquoise Kitchen and would happily go again. The staff were very pleasant and service was efficient. I was able to get gluten free rice which was good as many Turkish restaurants add pasta to their rice. Everything was clearly marked if it was suitable for gluten intollerance, vegetarian or vegan. My only complaint was that my seat was quite uncomfortable as I was on the join of two padded bench seats.

If you enjoy Turkish food, this is the place to be. We tried lamb, fish and chicken dishes and all tasted absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were very generous and had the right amount of species. Excellent food, moderately priced . Service also quick and efficient. However there was a tendency of staff to want us out by 10 pm (closing time is 11pm). Our group had finished paying and were just chatting but they obviously wanted us out asap. That spoilt the experience to an extent.

Well done Turquoise Kitchen for taking the information on board New menu which clearly showed GF (Gluten free) Had lunch on (Sunday 25th) Being allergic to gluten I was extremely impressed with the new menu. We all chose our dishes and I chose MUCVER had (GF). My son spotted FLOUR in the description. Since it clearly stated (GF) I assume the flour would be gluten free. My son thought he would check and make sure it was gluten free flour. Spoke to Yasmin, who was extremely busy and responded that no the flour wasn’t gluten free. We were surprised and because she was busy, we wanted to make sure we heard her correctly. She confirmed that the flour was ordinary and not gluten free. This is extremely DANGEROUS for anyone that suffers from GLUTEN ALLERGIES, when staff are very busy this could be missed. Yasmin was extremely apologetic and realising that the consequences could have been extremely severe. She said she would relate this to the management.. Thank you Yasmin for being so supportive and understanding

The food was pleasant enough, as was the atmosphere. However there's a much better Turkish restaurant just around the corner, I'd suggest you'd be better off eating there. Oh, I should mention the Baclava. I've eaten loads. Here it was poor, hardly any nuts, so no flavour, just sweetness. Avoid.

The dish was excellently prepared and very tasty, kudos to the chef. Waiter Oljay served us wonderfully and made us feel even more comfortable. Would definitely come again!

What am awful experience. Went for lunch and wanted to order from the lunch menu. Server to begin with was not very friendly, however asked for a swap from rice to chips (I have an intolerance for grains) was quite categorically told no, even though it has never been a problem in all out previous orders and dine in be it lunch or dinner. Really disappointed. Ended up in Zufa which was super accommodating. Lack of flexibility means we will not be visiting again. So disappointed. On the plus side were amazing.

The food was very average, the meat kebabs were tough and chewy, it's pricey for place to eat in Pinner, was £50 per head not including alcoholic drinks.

Absolutely loved my Time in this restaurant. I went for lunch with a friend. The Food was outstanding. The atmosphere was lovely. It was clean and very friendly. They couldn't of done enough. The price was very good too. Definitely one to try. You won't regret it.

Thus restaurant looks really nice. All, of us felt the starters tasted lovely but portions were small.... We were almost cornered into ordering mains saying they are busy so we must order now... The dessert description given was misinformation.. We ordered the baklava with icecream and only wanted 1 to share.. But the waiter mentioned it was a tiny piece... It is not.. Its a slice of cake really so we ended up ordering 2 when we didn't have to. I won't mind going back if someone invites for an occasion but it wouldn't be my first choice unfortunately.

Walked in at 6.05pm. We were asked if we had a booking which we didn’t. We were reluctantly taken right to the back where it was darker and I asked if any of the tables near the front were available. Without looking at any of the bookings on the system she said that all the tables were booked at 6.30pm. It was very clear that we were not wanted there. We said not to worry in that case, and they happily let us leave! Seems mad to me as there was not a single soul in the restaurant at the time. If she had looked at the bookings and at least given some consideration it might have seemed less frosty and more genuine. We had our little baby with us so we’re planning to eat and leave by 7pm at the latest so I do think there likely would’ve been a table free! We happily took our custom to Yaprak, and had a lovely meal and great service to match. We won’t be visiting again!

I don't give 5* very often but this restaurant ticks many boxes. The food is good, portion size is more than enough, the service is attentive but not OTT. Then there are the cocktails... they are a well made 'works of art' that taste as good as they look, and not a silly price. It is nice to walk out of a local restaurant nowadays, and not feel 'ripped off'. Okay, restaurants are a personal thing, and tastes do vairy, but this one is definitely worth trying. I've also used their take-out service... again, very good

We went for an evening meal. There were six in our group. I had a Turkish friend, so I had some idea of Turkish food. The food quality and taste were better than average. A little pricey, but everything costs more after two years of high inflation. I ordered pan-fried prawns and Seabass. They were tasty. But why serve the two fillets of fish, rocket leaves, mushroom and mashed potato on what looked like a chopping board instead of a plate? The sticky brown sauce drizzled over the leaves dribbled onto my trousers and made a mess. Because of this irritation in the middle of my meal, I have reduced service to 3 stars. The restaurant is more roomy than I expected. Around 7pm on a Friday, it was busy, but not overflowing. The ambience was good, staff were attentive and food arrived quickly. Just as you are presented with some baklava at the end, in Arab restaurants, here we were given Turkish delight. Can they improve? Yes! Don't drizzle too much of that sticky brown sauce on top of the rocket leaves, and serve the fish in a plate, instead of a plank.
