A lovely surprise, lovely food, and easily suitable for Ceoliac/Gluten Free. Staff very knowledgable about any questions we had. Delicious food , will return and highly recommend. The Georgia House wine is an acquired taste and was served warm which wasn't nice, but not awful enough to reduce the 5 star rating .

Had an amazing dinner here yesterday with a friend ! The lamb shish was delicious and all the staff were very welcoming. Special thanks to oljay who went out of his way to help us decide what to order and checking up on us to make sure things were fine.

Went on a Thursday night with other voluntgeers from Radio Harrow. A very happy experience, excellent food, beautifully presented, Friendly and helpful staff, and quiet enough to have a proper conversation. OK, not 'cheap' but not overly expensive, We'll be ooing bck siin!

I decided to book this restaurant for two adults and two children after reading great reviews here. So we arrive and are greeted a friendly member of staff and shown to our table. Upon reaching there another waitress takes over. I asked if we can have the WiFi code and was answered in an abrupt way that the WiFi belongs to Starbucks next door and there is no code needed, implying I should know this! This set the tone for a lovely evening … The waitress who refused to smile the whole night then took our order where several appetisers were ordered and one main meal plus an expensive bottle of wine. She returned after a few minutes after our order was taken away and said in her unpleasant manner than she expects us to order more food, which should consist of four main meals as this is house policy! I said that she should be grateful for our custom as the restaurant was half full. Plus how did she expect two children who are 10 and under to eat an adult meal each! The manager was then asked for who overcompensated in his rather friendly manner and said the waitress will no longer be serving our table. I was left with reminders of unfriendly militant dinner ladies and a rather affectionate restaurant manager! As you can see this was an unpleasant experience for not only the adults but two young children to witness. Even the grilled chicken couldn’t savage the unsavoury behaviour!

As usual, an amazing meal. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food, is the best Turkish in North West London. Everything is well seasoned and presented to a high quality. The wine is very well priced. I have been a few times now and it gets better and better!

This is my third time here and it just seems to get better every time! The food is tasty and plentiful, catering for all tastes, the drink menu extensive and the service excellent. What more could you want?

Went for lunch with family, excellent choice of food on the lunchtime menu. All the staff were welcoming and the service was excellent.

Takeaway never arrived. Every time we called we were told our meal was on its way but was being delivered by another restaurant. No apology or further explanation provided. The second time I called the restaurant hung up on me after telling me again that it would arrive in five minutes. Disgraceful.

Have been to this place twice in recent weeks, once for the set lunch and the second time for dinner. On both occasions the food was excellent, and the service just the right speed, and very friendly staff. Special mention for Yasmin, on our evening visit, who could not have done more. Compared to some of the other local turkish restaurants this place is calm and not nearly as noisy . We had the Turquoise Special, which is for two or more people, and comprises a mixture of kofte, ribs and wings, served with rice and salad. Some of the individual dishes on the menu are expensive, but this platter was excellent value for money, and all delicious. Will definitely be back.

My friends and I had a very enjoyable evening. The restaurant was buzzing when we arrived, so a little noisy, but we soon got used to it. Service was just as we like it not pressured to order food until you've enjoyed your first drink and a chat. Food was delicious, I had baba ganouche, there was lots of it...so shared it around the table followed by the mixed seafood. Throughout the evening waiting staff were very attentive and courteous...as was the manager (or could have been the owner). They all made us feel very welcome and we'll definitely be back again soon!

We went last night, I enjoyed the ambiance and food but the most outstanding part was their service and staff. In my opinion, food is overly priced compared to all the other good restaurant however it was a good quality ffod.

Visited three times in the last 6 weeks and yet to be disappointed. Great fast service while retaining quality dishes. Yasmin is a super waitress and went out of her way to help. I have no hesitation in recommending turquoise. Would like and hope they add Turkish tea to the drinks menu and maybe a couple of more dessert options but this by no means is a criticism. A must if you live locally.

I ate here recently with friends on a Saturday evening. There's a wide range of Turkish dishes on the menu, and the prices are reasonable. The portions were a good size, and the food was good quality. Service was friendly and efficient.

Food, service all very good, everything cooked to order from the efficient kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Its our go to local eatery. Worth a visit if you are hungry and require un fussy quality food.
