Turkuoise in Newham

Visité este restaurante como parte de una reunión de Iftar con un grupo de amigos. Si bien el servicio en la noche fue amable y atento, desafortunadamente, la experiencia se vio completamente eclipsada por lo que siguió. A las pocas horas de cenar aquí, la mayoría de nuestro grupo - yo incluido - cayó gravemente enfermo de intoxicación alimentaria. No pude mantener ningún alimento bajo durante dos días, sufrí de dolor de estómago severo, vómitos y fiebre, y no pude ir a trabajar durante varios días como resultado. Esta no fue una reacción leve, y varios otros en el grupo experimentaron síntomas similares. Es una verdadera pena, ya que estábamos deseando disfrutar de la noche y teníamos grandes esperanzas en la comida. No escribo reseñas a la ligera, pero es importante que el restaurante se tome en serio la seguridad alimentaria e investigue esto adecuadamente para evitar que otros pasen por la misma experiencia.

Fui allí con mi familia unos 20 de nosotros fuimos allí por iftar y todos tuvimos intoxicación alimentaria cada persona ha estado enferma. No iré allí de nuevo.

Acabo de estar en este restaurante turco la comida era promedio. El plato para dos era lo suficientemente grande para tres personas. El entrante que tenemos era pizza turca que estaba bien. El servicio al cliente fue bueno y rápido.

Esta fue mi primera vez comiendo aquí, la comida era absolutamente delicioso. Gente muy encantadora, gerente y su personal, las chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y siempre sonrientes, excelente servicio al cliente. El aparcamiento puede ser una pesadilla, pero hay 2 horas de aparcamiento gratuito en algunas carreteras, así que estábamos bien. 100% recomiendo este lugar. Estamos volviendo de nuevo seguro. 😊

Me and my family’s recent visit to Turkoise Restaurant for lunch was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside, the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Shiraz, who ensured our dining experience was nothing short of excellent with attentive service and genuine hospitality. As for the food, each dish we ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection. Not only were the portions incredibly generous, but every bite left us craving for more. Needless to say, Turkoise has secured a spot on my list of favorite dining destinations, and I'll definitely be returning to indulge in their delicious offerings again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

A lovely meal with excellent service in this spotlessly clean and friendly restaurant. My sons has a sirloin which was cooked just right and a sea bass which was perfectly cooked. My partner and I just had some starters to share; they were lovely. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but there is a McDonald's nearby which probably is better if the lowest price is your thing. I enjoyed a couple of relaxing hours here though, especially the warmth of the hospitality and the lovely food.

Had a great Friday evening meal at Turkoise with work colleagues. Although I have been there before some of my colleagues hadn't. The restaurant is airy and lighting is perfect. You can actually see what your eating. Food was nice a hot👌🏼. Staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to our requests. Menu pricing is reasonable and they also do some nice desserts. Compared to my first visit, huge improvements. 👍🏼

If you at looking for a place with a little something extra (in our case, a fly in the mango lassi) then look no further. When I brought this to their attention, there was no apology. I asked for the drink to be replaced. They bought over a glass that was half the original size, the waitress slamming it down on our table. I went to question this and was rudely told that it is summer and there are flies around. The man (I'm assuming the poor excuse for a manager) proceeded to tell me that I have flies in my house too. When I go somewhere to eat and I pay good money for that experience, I expect good food and decent hospitality. Instead, we were met with rude staff which damped the mood for our family dinner. Putting that aside, it's not a venue for a nice occasion. It was more canteen like with the random blaring of a mish mash of music. No atmosphere, no ambience and disgustingly kept toilets. Oh and the best bit - they added the lassi that was replaced to the bill. Shocking! Waiter waiter - there's a fly in my lassi photo attached.

False Advertisement … On their website, they said 10% on collection but when i ordered it didn’t came up. i did call them and they said if I oder online I will get the discount. When I went after ordering online, they was asking full money. If they don’t give discount why they highlight that to attract customers with bogus advertisements.
