Frozen pizzas, Saw them take em out the freezer..Paid 6£ for a frozen pizza. lovely people but can't rate frozen "takeway" food.

Now apparently if you want salad wrapped in buy paper because dont want it to contaminate your meats they now charge you when salad is ment to be free when ontop of food . This is joke im sure is illegal methods as they could put salad in my hands i could carried it even but they such pathetic also there meals have got far smaller and they cost almost 2x higher i feel insulted about this app im never using them again they lost loyal customer

Such a friendly & welcoming place, the gentleman are amazing in there, they all work so hard to get the orders out & they are so clean & tidy, everything layed out neatly in the cabinets, 5 stars from me wouldn't go anywhere else 🙂 & the food is lovely & cooked to perfection, my son loves their chips 😂.

The food was delicious, I did receive 2 small donner kebabs instead of large but the food was good and delivery was bang on.

Walked in off the street and was acknowledged straight away. Fast service HOT food even by the time I got it home. Very good chilli sauce, I believe, is made from scratch, not out a bottle. (Only guessing as good consistency and very fresh tomato bassed and perfect spice heat to suit average person )

I recently ordered two small mixes, small chicken donna and small chicken kebab from this establishment, hoping for a satisfying meal. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the customer service I encountered when I called to address the issue was abysmal. I had specifically requested mixes for the variety of meats in my order, expecting them to be layered within the mix. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was advertised. The only meat present was chicken donna and lamb donna, with no trace of the other meats I had expected. This blatant disregard for accuracy left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. Upon contacting the restaurant to inform them of the error, I was met with a complete denial that anything was wrong. The staff member I spoke with insisted that they had prepared the order correctly and that I must be mistaken. Instead of offering any form of resolution or apology, they proceeded to argue and shout at me over the phone. Their rude and unprofessional behavior was shocking, to say the least. To make matters worse, the staff member abruptly hung up on me, leaving me feeling disrespected and unheard. It is deeply disappointing when a business fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and chooses to mistreat their customers instead. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. The staff members were not only rude and unhelpful but also deceitful about their errors. There are plenty of other dining options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer genuine service. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out a different restaurant that values their customers.

This has to be one of the best chicken doner wrap I ever tried, food is so tasty, good portion and the staff are very nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend.

Tasteless kebabs with a side of food poisoning,probably all the cross contamination raw chicken on top of cooked chicken on the grill avoid

Before I came to this takeaway I was complaining to my boyfriend that we hadn’t found a place that we would want to order from again. I think this will now become our go to place. He got large mixed doner which was a fair size for the price. I got a 12 inch cheese pizza. He loved his food and didn’t find it too greasy and the salad was nice and fresh. My pizza was nice, I like it on the border of burnt though so I’ll ask for it to be done an extra couple minutes next time I think. All the staff were really nice and it was made quickly. When the food is ready they list everything you ordered to make sure they haven’t missed anything too so you don’t have to go checking through the bag for missing stuff :)

I love kebab and this is one of the best in chatham.taste is authentic and the portion size is value for money .thank you Turkish delight and the prompt delivery to top it off overall a Great wat to round a Friday off .

Used for delivery and also collection of food. Reasonably priced, always freshy cooked, portion sizes are great. Garlic bread with cheese is to die for, the chicken and shish kebabs are always fresh, with salad presented separately.

Just had the worst pizza all the sides burnt looks like they have picked off the burnt parts under the pizza over cooked and hard the onions where all slimes. Can't believe they even sent it out.. You have bo lost a customer

I ordered a lamb Rap and a mixed chicken and lamb Shish kebab with Rice and salad it was delicious. My wife is in Medway hospital so we was eating on the ward and all the patients sat up in there bed and said how Wonderful the smell off the Food and how it made the feel so hungry. Look like I’m taking orders for them all tomorrow 😋

Gone well down hill. Been back twice and order is still wrong. And the bloke was very rude. Maybe if he put the phone down he would get things right.

Not impressed with Turkish delight lately but this time was the worst I had a hair in my dinner chips had cheese on them when I asked for chilli and the meat was cold and chewy not good

I used to live around that area 10 years ago. This one was a very nice place to visit and buy some kebab and doners. The guy over there name “Pesa” treated me really well when I studied in that town. I still remember him and I hope he is well today. My favourite one is Chicken Doner.

Had doner kebab meat and chips takeaway and when I got home with it and opened the box it was swimming in grease which made the chips soggy. My husband gave them a 2nd try and the salad in the doner kebab was wilted and uneatable. Will never get food from them again

Just had a fantastic kebab from Chatham Grill up until last week always ordered from you, my last order I advised that I wanted to pay by card but when the driver turnt up he had no card machine, he was so rude & aggressive threw the the food at me like it was my fault so I phoned up to pay over phone & explained what had happened no apology how rude.

I don't like it,my son after food stay at home with diarrhea for couple days,for me not enough tomatoes and cucumber.

We arrived quite late so there was limited stock.. The food we purchased was of high quality and ample amount ( including the salad ) The staff were friendly and easy to understand The meat was cooked well and not greasy I shall definitely try here again a bit earlier in the day so I can sample a larger range of good food

Veggie burger was very nice. Small doner keban also nice,just had a weird tasting chilli sauce that wasn't even hot lol.bread wasn't cooked propley either,salad was ok. Compared to alot of disgusting [FAKE] kebab houses in medway this is a little bit better but still not blown away in all honesty.

Having had a kebab from most places in medway this one topped the lot. Lamb was crispy and not over greasy, my mixed chicken and lamb doner was totally delicious as was the wifes chicken shish.

I never finish any kebab meal.. . But colleagues at work decided it was a kebab night party. I ordered the chicken kebab, salad and mayonnaise.. ....... . Wow, this kebab blew my taste buds away, i was almost licking the kebab pack. The chicken was 1000%, spicing on the chicken was 1000%, salad was also 1000%.... You surely got a new customer here......

This is our holiday treat whilst stopping over en route. Nobody does the Chicken meat like these guys, you get what you pay for, top quality and top portions. See you next time lads, and the next, and the next and the next.....
