Turkish Delight in Edinburgh, City of

Two hours for a delivery. Unacceptable. No apology nothing. Pizza burnt. Kebab average and chicken pakora way too much batter. Have used this takeaway a lot. Never again

Wow!! What else could I say about this place, extraordinarily delicious food, finger licking taste, me moved away from this place but still Drive about 25 miles to grab food from here, once you taste it it will stay in your mind forever.

Ordered a large lamb doner kebab and paid extra money for the sauce, the food quantity was less also cold food covered with lots of onion and the sauce was everywhere , never order again

Plenty of parking outside the shop. Makes halal food and very good taste. We have tried a couple of times and was never let down. Very affordable price

Just bought 2 chicken shish kebabs large too and they were brilliant. 18 pound for 2 of them and there was loads of chunks of chicken too as we were starving it was even better than worth the money. Lots of competition down there with chippies, and chinese takeaways. Partner just moved down here and i visit weekends so this will be our kebab haunt. Nice lads serving too.

I have ordered here a few times and the food is delicious and tasty always tastes fresh and warm when it arrives. They can be busy and generally it will say they will deliver in an hour and we have it in about 35 min on average. Most importantly it's tasty! The Kebab with yoghurt and cheese we would highly suggest a try! The meats are tasty

This Takeaway used to be great when they did their own deliveries. I now have to go through Just Eat. Last meal was very cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered tonight and I was missing part of my order. 40 mind later it has still not been sent. I would have raved about this place as the food was excellent. However if you do not get the service when ordering online/remotely it is so frustrating. Not sure if we will order again. My meal is ruined .

I try a new thing from the menu everytime I go in .. I've not been disappointed with anything ... Food is Fantastic, Great respect towards customers .. Would recommend this place to anyone ... Definitely worth a visit 😋😋👏

During this time, everyone is busy so the wait was long for delivery about an hour. But that was not the problem nor was the food as always it was fantastic. The reason for my 4 stars is as follows: The delivery driver came knocked on my door and when opened started criticizing my garden, telling me he almost tripped over a lump of grass in the grassy part of my garden when there is a PATH so he shouldn't be tripped I mean my mum walks on the path with 2 crutches EVERY Day and does not fall? He then told me he almost tripped over a rug that is outside my door against a wall due to being unable to take it to the skip due to lock down that there is NO WAY he could trip over it unless he deliberately did it by moving it. I was really annoyed because he was there to deliver food, not tell me how I should and shouldn't have my garden.

East or West turkish delight craigmillar is best so far I try any takeaway in Edinburgh. They do lovely pizzas and kebabs excellent customer service fast delivery. Highly recommended

Had to wait over an hour and when we called, the guy at the phone was extreamly rude and even made it seem as it was my fault. He began to to nearly shout at me and I wasn't even saying anything rude. All I asked was when it was coming. He didn't even apologize to me whatsoever. Horrible customer service!

Worse food Ive had a got a burger and took bad food poision was on the drip in hospital I rate it 1 star unfortunately cause u can't rate it zero

Never ever buy chips as they are not freshly cooked as been fried half way then out then dipped in again and it was oily tasteless , u could not even taste potatoes . Would not recommend chips at all whenever u ordering.Very honest review am giving.

Food was delicious, customer service was excellent, if you call you may wait a bit sometimes but that's because food is freshly prepared, and Turkish Delight is so popular, well worth the occasional wait.

Fine if you go in for an order , however if you ask for a delivery we were told they were busy and it would be 45-60 mins we have waited over 2hrs still no delivery

The food was absolutely delightful and flavoursome. The salad beautifully seasoned and the kofta kebab really good. A less chilli version would be great for kids. We ordered 2 with pitta bread. One was busting with meat, the other was miserable but that's the only fault I found.

They accepted an order for delivery from an Irish mobile phone and delivered to me in the street as access to the estate was blocked. The food was also good.

I ordered my food 11pm through just eat and I phoned them at 11:45pm they said on the phone it's on it's way! I called them back at 0:00 and no answer all in all they have took my payment and no food stay away!!!
