Turkish Best Grill in Luton

I orderd 58 pound on just eat for two mx grill kebab and i recived only half chicken with one peace of bread .i called the restourant and they said not our problem contact justeat...will never order here again

The worst kebab of my life..do not order here

Restaurant is only cash . no one had not told us till we finished food . Customer service literally bad .

We visited this place for an evening meal. We parked our car in the multistory and walked over to the restaurant as the roads nearby can be busy in the evening. We were welcomed and promptly shown to our table for 6 quite quickly. We ordered a few things including a mixed platter and beyti. The food was delicious and cooked well. We all enjoyed our meal. As a plus, we were treated to Turkish tea, baklava and rice pudding afterwards. I would definitely Irecommend.this place.

The food was delicious! We got a grilled meat platter for 2. It was a lottt! the staff is nice and helpful. The baklava was perfect! The right amount of sweetness. The salad mix was sooooo gooooodd!

Staff are rude to customers and they only take cash and price are gone high and the food poshon very less there nothing in there no wings or lame chop nothing only five piece chicken and five piece meat small one . First and worst things they dont accept card payment CASH ONLY, such a big restaurant how can they get away with only cash, the portion of the plater is geting small day by day and the price getting up, paid 39.90 for 2 person plater only rice chicken shawarma 5pec chicken and meat shish. No wings no lemb chops, Its completely rip off..

Just had the mix shish and the wings an wow what a meal they was meat was juicy an tasty full of flavour, the rice they both come with is amazing too chilli sauce is the perfect balance between heat and taste. Such a great place to get food.

The service was good the family platter cost £75 price increase every year. Drinks and water were not included the staff are friendly. Finishing the meal with turkish tea and baklava was delightful.

As a family, we visited Turkish Best Grill. Before going in, we confirmed that they would provide a VAT receipt at the end of our payment. Upon leaving the restaurant, they provided us with the bill, but we asked again to make sure we would receive the VAT receipt. However, we were told that the bill was the receipt. I explained that a receipt should include a VAT number. One of the waitresses responded rudely, saying that she only had that bill. The conversation took a funny turn when another staff member joined in while I was speaking. The food was delicious, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Having worked in a restaurant for 10 years, I know that the main focus should be on customer service and resolving any issues to satisfy the customers, rather than just saying "What can I do, I don't have a VAT receipt?" It's unbelievable that a place cannot provide a VAT receipt to its customers after taking their payment, especially when I mentioned it upon entering. My company was supposed to pay for my meal if I provided a VAT receipt. In this unacceptable situation, I had to pay £47 out of my pocket. Was it right for the staff to call the bill a receipt when it didn't include a VAT number?

The food was amazing, as always. I’ve been 6 times before today and never had this sort of thing happen however I nearly walked out today before our food got taken to the table. First, the “overly-friendly” waiters behaviour was absolutely shocking. He constantly came up to my toddler squeezing his cheeks, kissing his head and hugging him, even after my toddler expressed a dislike to the mans presence, then he took the dummy out his mouth but eventually left us alone for 5 minutes. However, he ended up coming back up to the table again giving us unsolicited advice about how to raise our toddler and kept switching the phone off which my toddler was using to watch YouTube on. We went out to enjoy a nice meal not get bombarded with a waiter who didn’t know boundaries and was kissing strangers babies or giving his unasked opinion about someone’s child. I love this place but I can honestly say that I will never be able to come here again after today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff.

Was very disappointed with service, we sat their place our order, it was almost empty few minutes later another group came they placed order after some long wait they got their food but we didn’t, it was almost an hour then i went to counter and inquired about my order unfortunately they hardly know English then he called same girl who took order from use and they were talking in Turkish then I realised they must have forgotten about our order although there was on 2 customer in that restaurant, very strange behaviour and most annoying thing they gave me reason for not preparing my order is that “because other customers have big order that’s why we gave them priority “ it was so humiliating if we were four people and they are 6 persons obviously their order will be bigger then use but what kind of this service, better we should go to a restaurant where they know to give respect to customer nit to order size, so we left but they charge use for drinks, never recommend to visit unless you are ready for a big order according to their standards

It was nice and good food to eat after a long time.

Utter disrespect shown. Ordered food which was said would be done in 15 minutes. I proceeded to wait in my car outside the shop(directly outside). After 20 mins I walked in and I was told to my face by the chap I made the order with that I didn't make it. He also offered to give me old food as an apology. ( by old I mean, taken out of a take away box of someone's else's order and put onto a plate for me). Horror show.

I forgot my lunch today so ordered from Turkish Best Grill, I have walked past a few times but it was the first time I had ever been in there. However all of the staff greeted me like an old friend and made me feel so welcome. I was offered Turkish tea whilst I waited and myself and the staff chatted. I was given probably the most generous portion of food I have ever had for lunch anywhere in the world. The food itself was great and was cooked fresh right in front of me. Have no doubt, I will be forgetting my lunch more often so that I can visit Turkish Best Grill in future. Teşekkür ederim!!

I order at 21:15pm and receive the order at 22:43pm, I was calling the restaurant and they couldn't speak English and they were asking me where I'm fromwhich is not important and I was asking them where is my have of order them problem were where I'm from and they close the phone in my face 2 times and I was talking to 4 different men's as it looks like no one understood English . But the worse part is that I received have of my order and and I pay for everything. There was telling me to go in store when the time was all ready 23:00pm. I lost my money and half of the order. I'm not going to order again... I feel sorry for who is going to order in this restaurant.

Excellent service and food. Prices are more than reasonable. The complimentary tea was lovely. The only let-down was that payment was cash only, and we weren't told from the beginning, so had to go find an ATM.

Really really tasty food, staff were friendly and looked after me whilst I waited. Lentil soup whilst I waited was delicious. No extra charge.

We ordered a takeaway from Turkish Best Grills in Luton. A family pack comes with different types of kebabs, chicken wings, salad, bread and spicy sauce. Food was delicious. Delivered on time.

Staff are very rude and ignorant. Two girls completely lacked any skills in dealing with customers, say nothing of poor English that they couldn’t understand what am asking for. I asked for a glass of tap water and they refused. The staff were shouting and fighting with each other infront of the guests. At the end I went to pay and they surprised me by saying “ cash only”. This was not written anywhere outside the restaurant. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered for delivery yesterday just for iftar and although there was a mix up with delivery time the food made up for it!! I re-heated leftovers the day after and it heated up well. I will be ordering again. Special thanks to the brother who managed to get the delivery to us at 8.15pm. I will be back :)

Customer services was awful on the phone calling to argue. When arrived at the restaurant the staff was rude and not understanding of the situation. Ended up with no food

I usually come to Luton for halal food and usually visit here with friends but today I was super hungry after my fitness session and let's be honest, you can't go wrong with a Turkish! And I'm glad I came here. It was great service from Ahmed/Ahmad, makes you feel at home, looks after all customers and makes them feel at home. He even got sanister, and everything you needed without asking! Now that's family service for all!!! The food hit the spot and good portion sides, I ended up taking food home for round 2! Thanks to Ahmed/Ahmad for 10 star service, a credit to TBG 👍

The food was absolutely horrible plate came out with a rank smell the seish kebab literally had no taste. Only one type of rice and chips you had to order separate if you didn’t want the rice to come with meal which was a small burnt out portion. Dips and bread were the only thing nice. Was not worth the money my friends and I paid. Would not recommend.

First time I ordered off uber was nice. Couple months later I collected the same food and it was terrible. The Sheesh kebab tasted off and the grilled haloumi was rubbery and tasteless. The chicken was ok but the baklava was still very nice.

We visited for a family dinner a few nights ago. We got a platter for 4 people which was plentiful. We had to get some of it packed up to take home as we could not finish it all. The members of staff were helpful and polite. The food itself was nice, but some of the meat was quite tough. Some of the larger pieces didn't have much seasoning; I would have liked more on there. That being said, I did enjoy the wings - they were cooked to perfection. The staff offered us some Turkish tea which I'd love to have tried if I had longer to stay. Many thanks.

This place was brilliant! If your after some nicely flavoured grilled Turkish meat, this is the place. 6 of us came here after an evening of drinking to finish our night following a freinds recommendation. We were not disappointed. The food tastes glorious, the meat was cooked and served very quickly considering how much we ordered. All fresh, all flavoursome, starting bread was also lovely with the various dips. We paid £65 for a whole trough of various meats, rice and naan. With a few portions of chips and a bunch of soft drinks the bill came to £105. Just check the pictures for proof, service was also great, the waitresses are polite and helpful. Muslim owned or not, I always prefer restaurants to serve alcohol, hence one star deducted, but as we'd already had a few it wasn't a problem

This is prob the best kebab place in Luton.. Authentic Turkish kebabs and food. Excellent customer service, polite and with a smile. Good seating area, great for families and large gathering! Food was spot on.. Not over cooked or under.. Or too spicy.. Just right!

I've eaten food from here 3 times. First 2 occasions definitely a solid 4/5. But 3rd occasion food tasted like it was off. Lamb was not fresh and Adana had a very weird smell and taste. 1/5. For me, it's not worth going back here again.

Had a large order for my engagement for 30 people. Food was piping hot. Amazing taste and fresh tender meat and delicious salad. Best Kebab in Luton/Dunstable and dare i say outside the M25. 10/10. Ive eaten at this place over 20 times and it has always been 10/10. The best and most authentic taste with high quality meat.

The wraps are expensive but tasty. However this is the second time I've bought a chicken shish and chicken donner and even after asking the guy on the phone to put sauce and salad IN chicken sheesh and on chicken donner he ALWAYS forgets!! Very stingy with salad and sauces for 2 meals only got 1 chilli one garlic sauce same as last time!!

So the food was alright. But this was the first restaurant to refuse us tap water when it is the law! After talking to the main person about this he just refused us again and walked away. The food was overpriced and my Ribs were burnt and after telling them that, I was told its just the bone when it was the entire meat on half of my ribs. I wasn't offered more ribs or a reduction in the expensive bill. A waitor was apologising however she was just doing what the manager was saying. Save your coin. There's many other places in Luton with better service.

Food is always nice, however price increase recently , and less flexible to cater for customers with allergies. A recent example was ordering a meal which comes with rice as standard, however due to allergies asked to swap the rice for chips, most places charge a small amount extra to make a swap, however the staff here stated they would charge the full meal price (and remove the rice) and charge extra for a full portion of chips. It's a shame as the food is food, but the customer service isn't great.

Rip-off restaurant! too much salt in the meat, Cheap quality rice. Expensive for the very poor quality food served. And they only accept cash payments pnly..Another way tax cheating traders use to avoid paying the correct tax to the Government.Never going back there again.
