Nice roof top place. The food was okay, and the mixed grill was decent for the price. The guy making the shisha is a bit rude. He kicked up a fuss about removing an ice pipe off even before the shisha came. The shisha is decent, but again, the guy forcefully insisted and chose the flavour rather than letting me choose. Overall, it would have been better if they were more polite or waited for us to see the menu for a bit it was pushy service. Other than that, nice place to come for a nice chilled evening. Just be careful sitting for long periods of time as they don't have indoor heating. Nice seating area, but the toilets are absolutely dirty.

Great hospitality with friendly staff

I got the chicken shawarma as a meal and drink, they are pro boycott so they had Salams coke which was nice. The chilli sauce was really, tasted homemade. Nice spot to sit and also for takeaway. Also came with a small box of salad which I forgot to include in the picture.

I had a issue with the shisha last time , but this time Abdullah made it and it was amazing very friendly , thank you for sorting it out with me professionally. I have not missed a day of smoking shisha in a lounge in years so I may come here more often as it’s nice and warm also . Perfect place to get work done on the laptop or come out with friends to socialise , haven’t tried the food yet . Maybe next time thank you

Amazing food seasoned and garlic mayo sauce is amazing and there always quick and polite.Friendly staff always make us feel welcome .Different. Cultured music to make everyone feel equal and comfortable,Heating whenever it’s cold or asked for. Would love to know where the garlic mayo is from.As soon as finished they take plates,cups etc and we can pay after the meal

I Visited Arabella Lounge I Was There Regular Costumer Before I Go There Once Or Twice A Week & Eat Food From There For 40 50 Pounds Food Was Satisfactory Before 2 Star Food But Once They Gave Me Old Food I Ordered Ribs And Lamb Shank Lamb Shank Was 3 4 Days Old I Told There Manager He Said No it’s Fresh I Payed 48 Pounds And I Didn’t Eated Food They Just Want Money They Don’t Care About There Costumer.They Got Money But Losted A Costumer I’m Nah Recommending Any Body To Go There Food is Jus 2 Star.

Been here a couple of times now, fantastic food, superb service and a very relaxing environment. Highly recommended. No alcohol is served here. They do however have shisha to rent with a variety of flavours. Great value for money also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking is a bit of a challenge in the local area though

Amazing experience when I visit Arabella Lounge. It has a nice atmosphere for socialising with people and very comfortable which makes me feel like I’m at home. This place has so many amazing dishes to choose from and they are very generous when it comes to portion sizes also has good selection of Shisha (Hookah) flavours. Coming to the service which is 10/10 as the staff are very welcoming and polite. Highly Recommend!!

Always a great experience when visiting Arabella. The lounge has a wonderful atmosphere which is vibrant and cozy making it the perfect spot for relaxing and socialising. They have a wide range of flavourful dishes which are served in generous portions and a great selection of shisha flavours. The service provided by the staff is brilliant and they make you feel welcome every time. There is ample parking either outside the lounge, in the street directly opposite or in the car park at the end of the block.

Arabella exceeded my expectations. Every dish was incredibly delicious and with generous portions complemented by superb and friendly service. Totally recommend

I use go there, everything was great , but in the last few times , the shisha its rubbish , the customer service doesn't exist , they were rude to me and my guest , my decision I will never go back there again,

Great place, lovely vibe. Ordered hummus and jumbo prawns witha side of Arabic rice. Food was cooked to perfection. Their blue mist shisha was great value for money. Staff were accommodating and lovely.

Food is absolutely fantastic we ordered Mixed Grill with Kabsa rice, it was cooked to perfection and the staters were really yummy 🤤. Definitely will be back and we will recommend it!

We used to order quite regularly from Arabella, but they no longer delivered in our area so we were so excited to get delivery from there. The owner must have changed as this was shocking! None of it tasted even half good. Wine leaves skinny and no rice but mush stuffed inside, falafel skinny little overdone disks. The mix grill meat half decent I guess 🙄🙄 such a shame this was my meal of choice for my bday eve. I’m totally gutted.

Awful. Whoever serves falafel like this should be punished Vine leaves thinner than your finger Mixed grill - overcooked and very dry! We used this restaurant around 2 years ago and it was fabulous and was our go to. So now I presume it’s changed hands

The food was good i got the mixed grill. The shisha was average the double apple was (genuine al-fakar) even though i complained about it nothing was really done it. Also the music was ridiculously loud. I asked them to turn it down abit as we couldn't even have a conversation. The response i got was. Its shisha cafe we have loud music. The service and attitdude of the staff let it down.

I don’t recommend this restaurant for online orders ! I placed an order on just eat today, and I tooked some things ! When the food arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered ! I wanted some hummus with chicken, but I didn’t received the CHICKEN ! Just to know that, if I wanted just plain hummus I ordered, no? 🤷‍♀️ But I pay extra for your “delicious “ hummus with chicken😠😠😠👎👎👎 ‼️‼️‼️ In second point, I tell them in 1 note to don’t put ONIONS in my salad, because i can’t eat ONION, and they put ! * I called the restaurant and they just said sorry ask for refund ! ! I will never order again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎!

I ordered via Uber eat lentils soup with bread pitta/fried was not delivered so I phoned Leynna them know the they guy on the phone was not interested and just fobed me off…… the bread was not delivered at all and lentils soup and no taste and i also chicken soup was the taste less. It far too expensive for the service and the food not up it normal standard!!! I have saved all details and when I go in person make a really harsh complaint to the owner !!! Me and my family had food from there plenty of times never had any issue !!! I normally don’t write bad review but this time I thought was necessary because it manner the guy just fobed me on the phone he wasn’t interested and didn’t apologise!!

longest wait times for no reason, we ordered before alot of other customers and their food came before ours. waited 1hr 30mins for the wrong order… i asked for a chicken burger and got beef but he proceeded to tell me its grilled chicken? chicken isnt brown and chewy😂. worst ever!

Maybe the best in luton,I was always searching for a late night restaurant in luton for a nights hangout and finally i found arabella,they got nice starters,mains and lots of varieties of drinks and also they got the best location in the rooftop..❤️

Decent place ambiance wise, the sheesha lounge is on a tight rooftop so social distant sitting won't be possible. The new owner is a nice guy and the shisha was good.

Good rooftop food and sesha experience. Tasty food, shawarma was full of flavour, mixed grill was OK, chicken wings were nicely cooked. Lamb chops and Lamb Seesh kebab was below average in taste. This is on top floor... be ready for decent steps on stairs. Helpful staff kept asking regularly if we need anything else or if we have any feedback about the food. Weather wise bit cold here but you can manage, they do have heating on tables. This place was quite busy on Friday evening. There is parking on the road or nearby streets. I will visit again and probably will stick to chicken shawarma and wings.

I've been there with my friend for dinner and shisha. The way how the staff treated us was horrible. obviously not all of them but one can give a good example of the reputation of that shop. will never go there again and I really disappointed about thei redness and the behaviour they act. shame

The restaurant is located on the roof of the building and is almost entirely glazed, so we have very interesting views of the city skyline. The unusual atmosphere inside adds another advantage: dim lighting and the possibility of smoking pipes. delicious turkish food decent prices.

Horrible customer service from who might be the manager. Been here many times before and not a problem so I dont get why the today the manager decided to cause an issue. Clearly hasn't had 🐈 for a while and decided to take it out on me and my mates. Well done guys 👏👏 I always preferred 'engine' in town anyway, lost yourself 4 regulars 👏👏

We found this place during COVID times and started ordering via the food ordering apps. We always found the food to be of the top quality and slightly different (in a good way) compared to the other restaurants nearby, so we decided to pay them a visit for a take away order. We ordered a half baby chicken, a full peri peri chicken which I was expecting to taste different as it was meant to be marinated with their secret spice, and a shish kebab. I must admit that we were slightly disappointed as the taste wasn't what it had when we ordered via the mobile apps. I'm not sure if they have changed the chef but we found the food to be bland and shish kebab had no spices whatsoever. I might visit them again once more just in case our former experience was a one off but I'll update my review to reflect our experience. Food was ok. Ambience was good. Service was good as well.

Their food and customer service is excellent, what’s more its on rooftop with an eye catching view all around, we visited during very cold time although its on rooftop but they have very good arrangements of heating it was nice cozy, food didn’t took long and it was fresh and hot, Now question here when i am praising everything but still not able to give full five stars and reason is its entrance, entrance area need some cleaning and tidy up,

Situated on the very top floor. There is a small lift. Sitting next to the window was very draughty. Toilet had no paper and the water was cold. Lebanese food, no alcohol served. Four adults ate very well for under 50 quid.

Bought a portion of rice & chicken tikka for £9.50 which was not even cooked on coal, was shocked to see amount of food. It was not even for 6,7 years old kid. If. You cant provide enough food why You selling it and making joke. £9.50 is not a small amount to make joke with.

The food is good, and the music choice is great, but the place is usually packed and with the way chairs are laid, there is no personal space. Absolutely amazing if you go just after they have opened up

Went for lunch and shisha with friends, food was lovely we had Mix Gril for main and hummus, Wings and Mutabal for starters. Shisha was cloudy, smoky and full of flavor. Service was excellent from Ash *****

Best shisha lounge in Luton! Hamada’s shisha’s are always on point, and I also have to give a massive shout out to Mohamed and Yousef for providing good food and excellent customer service! If you’re ever in Luton, come and check them out if you want to have a good lounge experience.

Did not stick around. Was difficult to even get to the place and then the stale shisha smell at 11am put us off staying. I'm sure it serves its purpose in the evening but didn't invite an impromptu lunch.

One of the Best lounges, amazing food and Shisha

The WORST customer service, they hardly understand English and can't read simple instructions when you place an uber order. Something is ALWAYS missing from the order. I ask for extra chilli and pay for it and they only give 1 chili. 1 full chicken and 1 chilli tub for a my family isn't enough! You order extra rice and you don't get it. So frustrating. Not worth it. KEEP AWAY.

Made a random pit stop here having hit a standstill of traffic on the M1. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and price considerably its part of a shisha place. Food was authentically Lebanese, the lamb chops were the best I've had in years. Will definitely go back if ever in Luton again.

Lovely restaurant, Mohammed the manager is very helpful and nothing is a problem for him to resolve.

The place is great for sheesha; however, the food is average. Ordered chicken shawarma which was a disappointment. Even the chips were a bit soggy. The Oreo and richer milkshakes were below average. The fresh fruit juices are better than milkshakes as the latter has more water and has a rather poor taste. Must only visit for sheesha. The baklava was topped with honey that again spoiled the taste.

We travel up and down the country and try eating at different restaurants with different cousins. I have to say this has been one of the best not just lovely food but great atmosphere 👌
