Decent place if you want casual drinks, food & shisha… however as we left we saw their cat sat on the kitchen counter! 🤢 This must break so many hygiene laws! Such a shame! Not to mention the nearby railway making the place quite noisy. Music selection was good so it wasn’t an unpleasant experience, but due to seeing the cat we definitely won’t be returning anytime soon!

Ok. I cames here think yes fun enjoy n laugh but lot of gay guy here. Smoke shisha chill n look eachother quietly smiling, can believe it? Aniway food was great n waiter lady is very good person, veri friend she is. Guy on till tried kiss my cash 2 see if it is real note, he den ask if i am married but i not like this so i kindlee rejects him. But shisha was nice n i ask for coal they tried to put on my head but i dodge it. playing rnb loud, alcohol for £2 double shots n unlimited beer! After 11pm dis ppl have celeberity here. Complete weeknd fun 4 the fun ppl. Lols Thx

Really bad service staff with unwanted attitude

Living nearby for almost 30 years and always wanted to checkout. I did it was pleasantly surprise. The take was brilliant. Nicely made and tasty. Perfect for vegetarian.

Amazing flavour selection. Very quick service and reasonably priced. Love that there’s a cat which keeps us entertained but friendly enough not to approach if you’re not interested. Food filled us up and was delicious.

This was a very dirty lounge, messy and could not sit there for long as it was that cold and dirty. Also they have cats, which they could have mentioned beforehand or on the website, we had allergies. On the side note, people bring their dogs inside this shisha lounge whilst walking through the kitchen area and it was dirty throughout. Which is shocking when the kitchen door is wide open and they are serving food, granted it is from a dirty kitchen, not very hygienic in the slightest. I am sure of that, we saw rat droppings maybe that is why they have a cat there. It was very messy and I am surprised they have any hygiene food rating here. I will report this place to the council. The shisha guy was rude and expected us to pay first rather than after seems a bit shifty and would not recommend it to anyone unless you want to get unwell. The seats were dirty and unbearable to sit down anywhere. On a side note the number does not work and if you call they just say that they cant pass the phone to the shisha lounge. The staff on the phone are rude and do not understand basic English. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Tunnel is how a shisha bar should be - cosy, civilised and welcoming. Its shisha pipes are first-rate, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. The venue is easily reached by car or train and is great for small or large gatherings. I’d recommend trying Tunnel’s frozen blueberry shisha - it’s awesome. As for food, the falafel here is banging. Check it out!

If you want quality food, quality shisha and attentive service then this is the place for you. The staff were attentive and welcoming. There is no pressure to order several shishas per group which I have experienced before at other shisha venues in the surrounding areas in the past. The food is delicious, I ordered the falafel salad with chips and mint tea. The food was fresh and had been prepared with care. The shisha quality was also amazing. Usually I always feel that there is a harshness to shisha but at this venue it was soo smooth- clearly they are using quality shisha, flavouring and coal. The staff also come around to change the coal and remove any excess ash. The staff and owners walk around regularly to check that you are okay. The prices are very reasonable. Overall a really nice chilled out venue which I will definitely be returning to.

I don't necessarily use them as a shisha bar but mainly go there to pick up takeaway falafel/halloumi wraps/box/pita.

I love the vegan falfel pitta with chips.majority of what is on the menu is vegan so take full advantage of the delicious food. I would definitely go back and order it all over again.

Decent chill for quick shisha if in area but I personally do not rate the shisha here. We were told to order 3 shishas. We ordered 3 premium ones. 2 of them were okay smokeable but the third one wasn't that nice, and when asked if we can change the flavour, we were denied. We know our flavours abd shishas. Other places we have visited, even where we've spent money on food and drinks have provided better service and offered to change flavour. Probably wouldn't visit here again.

Really nice shisha and flavors where really great. One thing to keep in mind is every food available here is vegetarian.

they uploaded CCTV footage of our faces on google with NO consent from us VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Very poor service from FOH We went for my friends 20th, as you can see from the reviews below that my friends have left we were treated very badly. The FOH was just rude and arrogant, insisting that we needed to buy more pipes, even though only half the group wanted shisha. We were willing to buy drinks on top of getting a shisha pipe, and after we suggested this his whole attitude became very hostile. It was disgusting, and really discouraged us from wanting to spend our money there. From the get go- he was being off and wasn’t really helpful when we were deciding what we wanted- as well as not being helpful in general when we were asking questions and made a sly comment- treating us as if we didn’t know what we were doing!! Don’t waste your money here

Worst customer service. Poor attitude from the start and we were turned, despite the whole group wanting to buy shisha/drinks. To make matters worse there was a birthday in the group. Left in tears. 0 stars to management and service.

I went yesterday with my missis for the first time and we both loved the atmosphere and environment. It wasn’t like other shisha lounges where the staff are not bothered to be there, the staff are amazing, one of the workers Aishah was fun to talk to and gave us an amazing service. They had exquisite shisha flavour and the food was better than a restaurant LOL. I will be there next week to try different food on the menu.

lack of service and poor management as we were refused to enter as staff behind bar demanded we all pay for shisha even though one of us could not due to health problem. Was there for birthday party and left disappointed. Seeing the response to my previous review, I think it is clear this business does not value their customers at all and is determined to shift blame. We did not want 1 pipe between six of us we were following the policy of two between three at least and then were planning to buy drinks and food. But the FOH was adamant on refusing service which was unbelievable as we were among the last few guests of the evening and there was space in the lounge. Absolutely shocking unprofessionalism and attempts to cover up their truthful bad reviews with bots.

Tunnel lounge is always busy when I come through and the flavours last really long and taste really premium. Aishah has never failed to help me find a flavour to my liking also including different alternatives for me to smoke!

I visit Tunnel Lounge quite often & the Lounges ambience particularly in the evenings is so relaxing. I have had great Customer Service from Aishah, nothing is too much, I usually like the heating on as in Winter it can be cold. However she always makes my visit a comfortable & relaxing time there. Once my Shisha was too strong & she immediately made it softer & less harsh for me. Great service & always with a smile 5*.

Good shisha..good vibe. TVs all around showing live football. For groups - If you are not ordering enough shishas for the group (one between two) even if the rest of the group aren't smoking you will have an issue.

Good quality collection of flavours for Shisha. Although gets very cold when cold outside so sort out the heating guys. Update: went in yesterday and the heating issues have been sorted out. Shisha flavours are still top notch

Tunnel lounge is close by to me and is by far my favourite place to come for a good smoke with good variety of flavours Aishah always makes me and my friends feel welcome and encourages us to try different flavours. Thank you tunnel lounge!

Good staff and sheesha was well made as well. Fair prices and good ambience. The front entrance is a bit misleading since we almost left when we saw it from outside but you understand the real place once you go in. Just took once star off since i feel the toilets could do a bit better since there was no paper towels and there were no separate toilets for men and women. Otherwise a very good place.

They now have really nice pizza on the menu. Great service from Aishah, she took our order calmly without rushing us. She helped us choose flavours and she made the shisha herself really well. She also checked back in with us to see if everything was going ok. Thank you Tunnel Lounge!

Probably one of the best lounges I have been to, a very nice ambient atmosphere, great customer service, staff are very polite and helpful, management even makes sure you are having a good time. One of the staff members that stood out to me was Aisha, she was mainly coming out to me to top up coals etc, she is very kind and has a sweet soul. She is always running around has a good work ethic, can also make ur day by her smile and her very interesting conversations. Check them out u won’t regret it!!!

I was at Tamara lounge and aishah showed me the Instagram from tunnel lounge. I went the week after and was really impressed by the layout of the lounge. You can tell the flavours are very premium here as they last very long and you can really taste the flavours

This lounge is very different compared to others I’ve been in a good day. Only downfall is no card payments however the shisha flavours, the layout and the staff make up for it. Aishah has a friendly tone to her and always makes sure our tables are okay. And she is good with cats!

I came into the lounge in the early afternoon and Aisha warmly welcomed me in. She spent her time making sure I chose the perfect shisha for me depending on my preferences (went with frozen apple and iron bru). I was interested in shisha making so she kindly showed me how they make the shisha and what they do and explaining. She turned the heating on for me and showed me the blankets. Shisha came after a few minutes and was extremely good as well as long lasting. Made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I needed anything else from time to time to make sure I was good. I left feeling very relaxed and taken care of. Best shisha place in London!

Friendly staff, good WiFi if you need some quiet time to work. Shisha is prepared well and has been prepared consistently as I have been coming here for a few years. There are a wide range of shisha flavours and the staff know their stuff as they are good at making recommendations too. The staff service is on point. Tunnel lounge has a falafel bar and serves a variety of food and ice cream too which are delicious. A drawback is they only accept cash and you pay as you order instead of settling the bill at the end. It's a cosy place to chill with friends, good heating system for when it's chilly. It's a lovely, local shisha place to go and unwind. I'm a regular for good reasons!

Amazing choice of shisha flavours and the staff make them very well, all friendly and decent priced, it’s cash only but there is a cash machine outside (when it’s working) they have been refurbishing so it looks really amazing and also a new special addition you have to check out yourself!

Friendly service, good atmosphere, staff are attentitive, well mannered and polite. Shisha is really good and it helps that they have the tv screens to watch football. Definately loved the sweet potato fries and the price of the food is good. Portions on the chips could be a little bigger though.

Asked for a straight strong mint. Shisha is made perfectly hands down. Their mint is sweet though .. for people like me . As much as I'd like to go back, sweet mint doesn't do it for me .

Service is worse then worse and mess on table. In covid-19 they are not cleaning tables and chairs and when you tell to staff regarding cleaning they use abusing words and not give proper sheesha . I will recommend to other sheesha than this place if i can give ratings i will give -5star

Small but cozy place in West Harrow. Simple and unassuming. Great place for a shisha (great selection by the way), tea and watching a game on the tele You can order a very generous and delicious falafel, one of the best i tasted in the UK The staff are young and very helpful Will visit anytime i am in town. I recommend it if you are looking for a simple unassuming relaxing evening
