Nando's Harrow - St George in Harrow

The big cheese was one the tastiest burgers Nando’s has ever made but it was not on the menu today anymore. As a vegetarian I’m gonna miss it, hope it will be back on menu again

Staff are talk so rude and if you ask something they not even answering properly ya anything food are good but the staff are not good in talking and behaviour

Loved it. I accidentally dropped one of my chicken legs and they were too nice to replace it without any hestitations! Nice Atmosohere, Good food, great service!

Everytime I come to this Nandos the food is dead. Yesterday the garlic bread was hard as anything. Chicken was dry and fruit flies everywhere. We were going to order the olives but there was a fruit fly stuck in there. My partner and both had bellyaches after.

My wife and I always dine in. Very convenient while shopping in Harrow. Excellent vegetarian options and tasty chicken for the nonvegetarians. Staff always very helpful and polite and always give us the table we want.

Normally order from another Nandos in the area but was in St George's so thought we'd try this one out for takeaway. The front of house colleague, Richa, was very kind, welcoming and helpful. The colleague who took our order was also the same. The food was as top quality as can be from Nandos and delicious. Would highly recommend. Kudos to the staff for smiling as its not something alot of the staff in other restaurants do nowadays unfortunately in my opinion!

I have been here many times, food was defi itely much better a few years ago, but i love their sauces so i keep coming, today realised how much they increased their prices and reduced portions to a bare minimum...churrasco seemed a micro burger, and rushed, flavour was not as last one i had in july, chips had barely any peri peri powder, and the spicy rice was filled half an already very small container.....they wonder why its no longer as busy as they were and believe me....i first visited a nandos over 15 year ago...shame really.....ohhh forgot....garlic bread...the same bread roll with a bit of garlic butter on it.....☹️

Standard Nandos food, they can't really go wrong with warming up pre cooked food - wait they did! They actually messed up an order but did not offer a correction to the individual affected. The place was clean. However the level or noise made it quite a unpleasant environment.

While Nando’s is just standard everywhere but the main issue is you don’t get WiFi to make orders online in the restaurant and neither does a 5g connection come through as it’s a bit of a cavern inside St George’s shopping mall and the queue at the till is massive! Nope I am not going back there! Not recommended.

The food took so long to arrive. It took 30 minutes for them to realise that we have ordered. No apologies about the delay in the food and when we ordered extra hot chicken thighs it was not hot at all but very dry, tasteless chicken. I would avoid this place. Waste of money and waste of time.

Food portions were less than in other nandos

Service was very bad due to lack of staff. I wasn't happy with food. I couldn't approach anyone for help because I kept being told to go on my app.

Checked undercooked. They wanted me to use the app but there Internet don't work and I had no signal, poor service

The place is quite close to Harrow Bus station and easy to accessible. Food items are good but they only have starters or platter but not having any curry’s and other items. I have ordered Full Chicken wrap with sausages and Portugal Sagres beer with it. The place is nice and staaf was good for sure. They average cost for one person is approx 15£ if you are having the drink together.

Great customer service at this Nando's! The staff is super welcoming and friendly 👌💯 Always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! There is also plenty of space to sit and is one of the cleanest Nando's I've ever been to! Keep it up team Nando's 🙌🙌

Food was not the greatest. My friend got food poisoning from the chicken. Bread felt like it expired yesterday you could smell it. Starters were priced reasonably. Service was excellent. Monica and Jay did a great job especially Monica was always checking with us and asking if we need anything. Atmosphere was very warming but overly loud and busy at some point

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service each time we visit! Always greeted with a smile and staff are very attentive and willing to help wether its the back of house or front. The Manager Madelina is also equally amazing and you can see that she is great with her team and supportive with them as well as the customers! Highly recommended this Nandos to anyone wanting to have a enjoyable tasty meal and lovely staff around. Thank you guys :)

Do not order medium liver if you want medium spicy. It is on fire! It was fully burnt and the broccoli tasted like 1 month old.

Been taking away at our Harrow nando's a couple of times , each time it's been awesome, great manager and customer service.

Seems like the quality has gone down and price has went up... Not good anymore. 😐

The menu has changed a bit since COVID. There's no platter with bottomless drinks. Had to spend £3.50 each for a bottomless drink. The chicken platter was the same as before, the charm of Nandos. The service was average. I think I'd seen more friendly people at much busier times before the pandemic. But then costs have risen for everything across the UK. So just bring back the 2 bottomless and 1 large side with the plaster and I'm as happy as I was before :)

Sadly a very disappointing meal, the chicken had no flavour, the garlic bread has changed and isn't great. Such a shame as I could always guarantee a good meal at Harrow Nandos

It is always nice to be in Nandos! I like the music, food and colors, spicy sauce... I have to give a special thanks to Maddie, who has an understanding for our family needs and finds us a space and she makes sure the food is served quickly. Thank you!

Good food and good portion size. Waiter was very polite and she came to check if we needed anything. Little disappointed with the person at the till as he was keep doing multiple things while taking my order so had to repeat cos he wasn't paying full attention.

Food and the atmosphere is well like any other nandos and whilst the dishes are always great, I believe they are a bit pricey for what you get. That said the service at this nandos is exceptionally good and both our server and attendant at the till were rather friendly and quite attentive to our not so simple requests.

A lovely atmosphere and the perfect place to dine in. As it was late evening they ran out of broccoli stems for my salad but I got extra coleslaw instead. Friendly staff and excellent value.

A good place to go ocassionally the menu isn't super vegetarian and gluten friendly but you can find the usuals like fries and mac n cheese. Over priced burgers given we get all the Nando sauces in supermarkets

First time visiting Nandos in St George shopping centre Harrow. We usually go to staines or Windsor. Our experience here was excellent. We were served by a chap named jaydon. Who showed us excellent customer service. Food was cooked correctly as I prefer my chicken well done. Atmosphere was busy and vibrant.

If you like chicken🐔 you love nando's chicken. It's always tasty 😋. The taste becomes mouthwatering when you add variety of souse. On top of this unlimited soft drinks 🍷🍷and water. There are plenty of food options to choose from. The ambience is vibrant, could have been better. Toilet facilities are here, but neeeds more frequent attention on cleaning 🧹 and maintenance. The service from the staff here was very friendly and welcoming.

You need to get rid of table 3 Just maximise the use of space in you restaurant, you ruin the experience for whoever has to sit by a pillar in a small table, when everyone else has ample space and brightness. Undoubtedly, you make more profit by doing this, but it lowers your reputation.

From the kids menu I ordered bean patty with chips and broccoli for my son. The inside of the patty had big chunks of chick pea and the broccoli was hard. Not edible or appetising for a child

Three stars for food says a lot. This is somehow not a surprise as Nandos have a solid reputation in that area. The service was also very good, whether you order online or at the till. The atmosphere was good, there was a good group of diners at the time and everyone seemed content and having a great time. I definitely could dine there again.

Honestly this nandos used to be really good, used to have amazing service, consistent quality food. Over the last couple months it's been downhill. Any new items they have seem to run out. They NEVER have straws because of a "missed shipment" which coincidentally has happened every time I've been here in 2023. They forget your order after being reminded several times. Just go to a different nandos for a better experience.

As a frequent diner, I have had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They have truly gone above and beyond to ensure that every visit is enjoyable and memorable. The entire crew, including the managers Maddie and Burt, have been consistently amazing. Really nice atmosphere as per usual of Nando’s, with extra friendly faces and great tasting chicken. Unfortunately it does get busy most days which can lead to wait times of up to an hour.

I seriously have so many questions about the new chicken prego: How is this 10 pounds Why does it look nothing how it was advertised Why is it called prego? Assuming we go with the portuguese theme, that'd make this a chicken... spike? Honestly I felt conned.

Had a great family meal (8 of us) on 18/8. Friendly staff, quick turnaround from ordering to receiving the food. Food was fresh and hot, great flavours, very enjoyable for all of us.

Loved the food and ambience. The staff is really nice and friendly. Especially loved the loaded fries and the butterfly burger. Their in house sauces are amazing. Loved lemon and herb sauce the most.

I had a amazing dinner because of the amazing costumers service by marry at station Road harrow nandos. She made my chicken way I like. Thank you so much marry.

A staff member sat us down, gave us 3 menus, and didn’t tell us at all the restaurant had run out of all chicken and had no salads either. We found out 15 mins later when ordering. A Nando’s without chicken? Just close up for the day you sillies. Otherwise a great Nando’s.

After coming to your nandos with my two year old, he now asks to go weekly. I now use my son to ask my wife to go to nandos so she won't say no. Brap brap.

Genuinely excellent experience. Not sure if they've rejigged something at Nandos but definitely felt massively improved compared to previous experiences. Staff members Adeel and Adam were attentive and friendly, making sure we knew what to do and had everything we needed. Food was fresh, garlic bread tasted fresh for a change where it often tasted a little stale, place was clean and we got a table straight away without a long wait for food despite the restaurant being quite busy. This place will likely always be a favourite just before going up to the cinema. Only issue I would bring up is the mash had clearly been sitting under the heater for a while as the top of the mash had gone dry and crispy, but luckily my weird partner likes it that way!

Very busy Nandos-especially during half term! I have to say though that the cleanliness, service, food, and atmosphere were all top notch. Every member of staff and management we encountered were friendly and efficient. We even were lucky enough to be gifted with a piece of chocolate brownie at the end of our meal! Thank you guys. This really made our day! 🙂

Great experience. We were there from 12 - 1.45 pm at that time surprising not at all busy. Service was good, staff were pleasant, food ordered was two family platters. There were 7 adults and 2 children. Overall good.

Waiters serving food were very rude and disrespectful. Heard other customers complaining out loud too. Tone of the waiters was very sarcastic and not at all welcoming. Not what you would expect when you’re trying to eat out with family. Very disappointed.

Great service! Just a bit annoying that you have to order through their QR code and pay before order despite the coverage for a lot of mobile phones there are quite non existence. We can choose to order and pay at the cashier, however if it's just one person ordering, not sure if they'll still have their seat since they'll be away from the table
