What a gem of a local restaurant. Understated decor, attentive service - but most importantly lovely food. Quality ingredients prepared simply and well. Great neighbourhood restaurant, we will be back again very soon!

Found this restaurant online as it was close to where we parked for the Apollo Hammersmith. Was not disappointed. Lovely friendly staff, modern and clean interior/toilets, varied drinks and food menu. Our burgers and sides were amazingly tasty and we didn’t have to wait long. The waitress new we were going to the theatre so ensured we got there on time and new the way from the restaurant. Would definitely visit again.

This is one of our regular favourites… either for takeaway or eat inside. It’s not fancy, but the food is amazing! They also serve one of my favourite German beers on tap. Definitely worth trying!!!

We have been here a few times and always impressed by the quality of the food and friendly service; good value for such excellent food too. We shall be back!

Fantastic burgers, large, beautifully cooked exactly the right side of an impossible “rarer side of medium rare” I requested. My wife had a “amazing” perfectly cooked Cajun burger. Thank you

This is Barnes best kept secret. Just had another delicious dinner at True Grill: tender chicken, full of flavour, perfectly cooked vegetables, amazing burgers and lots more. It’s a great place for a mid week treat or Sunday roast. If this was a chain or pub the prices would be much higher. Go if you’re in the Barnes area - you won’t be disappointed!

This brilliant place doesn't publicise how fantastic the food and the cooking is! The sunday roasts are superb, cooked better than any pub. The burgers are sensational and so are the brunches. It is frustrating the lovely owners don't market themselves well - you'd have no idea they did roasts on a sunday or the top notch meat comes from the very expensive Ginger Pig butcher. Please go as we want them to stay open !

We have been to True a few times and the food has always been out of this world. Whether there is 14 of us or 4 of us, the service and quality of food is excellent - the True burger is truly class.

Ordered Mexican burger which was superb! Really excellent burger, better than byron, gbk, and on par with honest burger which is where we used to go before bridge shut.

Great burger and excellent delivery option in Barnes. This was a super delicious burger, quality meat and nice and pink on the inside, good extras and bun. When we've had takeaway burgers in the past they've arrived looking past their best. This one was hot and still super delicious. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended.

Outstanding. Been twice now and both times the food and service has been absolutely fantastic. Best burger I’ve ever had. Regular fries with thyme seasoning are fantastic as is the sweet potato fries. Broccoli salad also superb. Can’t fault it.

Best Burger Ever. Burger patties from The Ginger Pig, homemade relish took this burger to the next level. And crispy fries with a rosemary salt was a perfect compliment. All for a reasonable £10. Highly recommend.

This is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in Barnes. My wife and I have both eaten in the restaurant itself, which is spacious and welcoming and have bought take-away meals. There is a wide-ranging menu: brunch includes a 'full English' and a BLT,...
