I have seen this mobile catering van advertised on various platforms , and decided to give it a try. I waited for a day where the visit was fairly local , and paid a visit. Despite reading reviews that the staff we rude , I found them to be polite , if a little distracted with their own conversation. Cod and Chips please - that's £7.90. A short wait saw me receive a small white paper parcel. I went to the car , and unwrapped my meal - I was hungry. Nice and hot , but oily , it needed to drain before serving. Quite a small portion of chips and a small piece of Cod. Chips were quite tasty but the fish was bland and tiny. Something I noticed after was a distinct lack of Fish and Chip smell in my car despite having a splash of vinegar. If you want local and convenient food - then give it a try , but for me I will stick with the shop I use , and spend the same money to get more.

Trish and chips is the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, it’s the only chip shop I’ll eat at as nothing comes close to their food and curry sauce :)

Food was ok just a shame that the service was with a snarl. Her attitude towards myself was very poor. worst customer service i have ever experienced. They seem to enjoy insulting the customers.

Please please please can you both consider coming back to Park Lane even if it’s once a month just as a trial???? Missing your food! Maybe once a month and customers will wait for your fish and chips!? Yours hopefully 😎

Went here on Friday for the first time. Have been frustrated recently at the mixed standard at Andy's so wanted to give this place a go. The queues i thought were a positive sign. Had haddock freshly cooked and it was delicious, the fish flaking away. The batter was lovely and light and did not feel heavy as some can. Chips were equally lovely. Even tried a sausage which was far higher quality than what you normally see. I have a feeling this coming Friday will see a repeat visit. Brilliant new addition to Madeley!

We booked Trish and Chips for a lunchtime treat at our business venue in Shrewsbury. We have around 80-90 employees who all enjoyed a fish and chip lunch. It went down an absolute treat, and the service Trish and Chips provided was excellent. The food was incredible and so tasty. Fast service in under 1 hour to serve all employees. Highly recommend!

Visited on a couple of occasions now, bypassing 3 or 4 other places to get the best chips in town. My husband said the fish is like something you get from the seaside! Great establishment with friendly and passionate owners. Keep up the fantastic work.
