Absolutely lovely hotel, with amazing views.

Fake reviews about this hotel, one person dumped me, she said she will pay if I write a good review, I wrote but then deleted the good review, she said she would pay but deleted the chat between them. The hotel is very bad, I do not recommend it!!!!

We stayed in the cottages of Tregarthens a couple of years ago and it was amazing! We stayed elsewhere this year but we always come for dinner! We had another superb meal this year and the staff were so friendly and accommodating!

Popped in for a drink after evening walk round the garrison. Hotel has been refurbished and whilst didn't need a room there, appears very nice.

Nice hotel at the harbor. Rooms were small. The bed is fine.

Such a fun place to visit - definitely worth the trip

Had a fantastic 3 night stay from Monday to Thursday this week , 2 of us stayed with 1 dog , we had a issue with our room on the 1st day with the shower not doing any hot water but the staff were quick to change us to a room next door very fast and gave us a discount on our meal that evening. The staff all week were fantastic and very helpful espically at breakfast and dinner times where our dog was very anxious of other dogs and men but they sorted us out in a quiet corner and gave us water and bowl during meal times for our dog. Menu options were great espically with allergens control, 1 of us was dairy, gluten and soya free and so is restricted often with options but the team here were very helpful and made adjustments without any issues. Staff were very helpful with us being able check in early once we got off the ferry and also on our day of leaving being able to leave bags at the hotel and then come back and relax in the lobby with drinks before departing. Would strongly advise anyone visiting for the first time to stay here , makes it all very easy. Close to the shops, very close to the Quay so able to catch the daily ferries to other islands which they have have the times for each day in the lobby. We booked a Seaview room and the view as you can see is stunning, made the whole stay fantastic. Thanks to all the staff , hope to visit again in the future 🙂
