We were served by Zaf and Abdul. They were very polite and friendly and the desserts we had was amazing.

Had the ferrero rocher cheesecake. It was terrible. Probably the worst cheesecake I've ever had, anywhere. It was bland and rubbery. I don't know what they used to set the cheesecake but it was far too much. The only reason why I didn't give it a 1 star was because of the nice presentation.

Been coming for years, but recently seen a massive difference in service, general aesthetics and choice of offerings on the menu. Genuinely love this place. Wonderful family-friendly establishment. Served by Maryam today, who offered a flawless service. Update: 16/11/23. Served by Michael today, who was particularly polite and professional. Has a very welcoming demeanour and made us feel like royalty in the way he served us. Top marks!

I've been visiting this store since it opened and I have seen a massive improvement over the last couple of months. The store looks cleaner, the service is brilliant, the desserts are delicious and I would highly recommend this store. I was served by a gentleman called Michael today who provided me with very good customer service. He was very polite and had a very positive attitude towards his work.

Shocking customer service, the lady who sat us down was rude and didn’t have any manners at all. We sat down for 10 minutes and nobody was taking our order. We asked the same lady can u take our order please and she replied with her colleague will take the order even though it was just 2 of us and it would of been quick. We waited another 5 minutes and nobody came so we ended up leaving.

10/10 foods bangin and has the best mock tails in brum. Service was on point very nice people.

We went to Treatz for my Son’s birthday we have asked them 3 to 4 times that if they do anything for birthday special. They asked us to order cake then they will write happy birthday on it. However, after they asking many times they bring us plain slice of cake. We were shocked after asking them many times they just bring slice of cake on plate not even sparkles. When we asked they said they don’t have any sparkles. Im very disappointed with their service. I will never visit there again. I’m shock after their terrible service they want us to give them good reviews. Hannah and Zakir they both were terrible staff. Soon as they take money from us they didn’t even care about my son’s birthday. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there again!!!! Shocking service!! Terrible staff!! Don’t waste your money!!

These dessert makers called Zain and Zaff made me the best dessert I ever had wallahi that pistachio milk cake is just different. They better be here when I’m here next time

Treatz is always our favourite desserts shop, i must say Zak gave us very good service... although it was busy day but he managed very well and he was making sure everyone is happy with food and service. Thank you.

Great service. Kids loved both the ice cream and waffle range. Great for kids and the second wife . Reasonable prices and very spacious, hence we have come 2 days in a row .lol . Might consider a delivery next time.

One of the most disappointing churros I’ve ever had. They were frozen and soggy.

Visited first time this place and tried cookie dough the ambiance was very nice, clean and tidy. Staff member “ZAF” was very friendly and attentive he served us in well manner. One thing which needs to be improved is cookie dough cooking temperature, it was well cooked from outside but very soft from inside. Usually it’s crispy from outside and well cooked from inside rest everything was perfect 👍🏻

I went down to treatz sparkhill and i walked in the atmosphere was so welcoming and peaceful and they had beautiful nasheed playing thought the speakers. I didn’t know what to order and they were so patient with me and did make me feel like i was wasting there time also our server and dessert maker zaf and zain were so welcoming they had the biggest smile on their faces and made me feel at home and respected as a customer.

I have trekked down to Treatz Sparkhill today and the service was out of this world I was served by Zaf and Zain and I have to say they are the most ethical and work oriented men I have ever met and I can just tell that they will succeed, my desserts were prepared with such love they had me feeling at home.

I walked into Treatz Sparkhill today with no expectations but i left feeling full and relaxed. The servers zain and zaf were so welcoming that it just made me feel right at home. You could tell in every bite that Zain the server made the desert with such passion. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Strawberry Villa Waffle which was very yummy. 4 star for the chocolate wasn’t as I was expecting. Not all of it was melted. 5 stars ⭐️ for Hannah the service and assisting staff. She was veryyyy kind (rare to find somebody this kind these days as a restaurant staff). Hannah was very friendly and cute. Had a brilliant experience at Treatz Sparkhill. We popped in for some deserts after lunch. Zaf, the lone staff member on duty, truly impressed me with his exceptional skills and dedication. He made the waffle to perfection, prepared our coffees and served up a selection of ice cream. I observed him effortlessly manage both dine-in and takeaway orders at speed. Treatz Sparkhill is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated and fast-working staff member like Zaf, who made my dessert experience exceptional!

Travelled from London for a weekend getaway and needed a sugar fix. When entering Treatz, we noticed a busy atmosphere and one staff member. Let me start by saying, although it is impossible for one staff to manage a whole shop, this guy did it. His name was Zaf and not only did he serve us but was also the only one making the desserts and drinks . You don’t see young men working this hard anymore and it was much appreciated. Thank you for the delicious waffle and excellent americano. Great service

I would not recommend this place, I thought I would take my nephews out for a treat and once we got there alot of the desserts we wanted were out of stock so we settled for other desserts. The portions are very small for the price but my biggest bone I had was they wanted payment upfront. I’ve never gone into any restaurant that wanted payment upfront, I asked the girl why they wanted payment upfront and she said it’s what the management have asked. I haven’t seen in the other reviews they’ve requested payment upfront so obviously we were seen by the shop management with some sort of contempt, in future I will give downmarket places like this a mess.

Service can be a bit better but the desserts were very tasty. I would recommend going for the lotus pancakes

Went here a few days ago and it was a warm day and your shop was roasting no air conditioning on at all and your ice creams were no better already half melted before they got to the table. Not the best option if you have young kids.

Ordered waffle and cookie dough paid £15.00. Very small portion waffle was only half in the box, definitely not worth the price.

I was extremely disappointed! We visited here I ordered a peanut butter stack was told they don't have any, ordered karak chai they didn't have any, then ordered cake was told they didnt have any custard. So we ended up walking out! I'm glad we did because the prices are ridiculously extortionate
