Kids love it, I’m not so fussed but definitely a great “treat” for them. They love the milkshakes specially

Tasty food but the portion sizes are nothing like on the website. Very expensive for the actual size. Cookie dough tray is most definitely not a ‘tray’

Ordered one of their classic Chocolate bar shakes Toblerone and was so good after a couple of months in lockdown. Was of a good consistency and tasted yum.

Such terrible service I’ve ever experienced- wouldn’t ever return even if I was paid too! ‘Jayden’ the manager - what a absolute joke. Give 0 if I could.

So first visit was with friends and it was totally messed up. The staff apologised a lot. Promised 20% off. Benefit of dough, I took myself here again. Very slow service. I don’t know what to say about these guys. Such a good model but totally in wrong hands. Desserts look pretty but taste is mediocre. Coffee is nice. Spiced tea was over sweet. I will not come here again unless they are ready to improve their service.

Went here on my lunch break. One genetleman named javed greeted me very warmly and was very professional. Didn’t get the other mans name but he was a young Asian man aswell. Excellent customer service from both. Food was hot and tasted well. Arrived the time I was told it would. Would recommend

A quick visit for a tasty treat on a summer's day. We were greeted and seated very quickly, but weren't informed that we needed to go up to the counter to order so sat there for quite a while. It took a while for the drinks to get brought to the table after we ordered, we actually thought they'd forgotten! When the food arrived my order was great, but the other order incorrect (the waitress had told us the peanut butter would come on the side, but was already on the waffle). The waitress was apologetic and offered to change it. The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of options, the only negative was that there was not ONE toilet working!

Came in with an order for waffles and cookie dough just to be left to wait for 50mins(wasn't informed it will take that long, had to go ask where my food was). It tasted good but the wait was not worth it whatsoever. I suggest you go to Brü in St Anns, won't need wait any longer than 10 mins and the deserts are much better with a better atmosphere. A waste of money and time.

Great evening service, good warm vibrent friendly staff, the young man gave me a warm friendly greeting and lady counter was very polite. Only bad thing was the tap water as it was too warm, next time could with ice.

I really enjoyed my desserts! The staff made us feel very welcomed and the food tasted great! This is my 3rd visit now and I love it here

Order a Sunday and look I nice it is. Very very good, staff very polite and communicative with the customer. Have a nice time with my family and definitely I will come back with friends. Harrow was need a place like this one where people can come and have a good time. Well done guys keep up the good work

Ever since I noticed the works before opening the parlour, I was looking forward to it. On the first day there were like 40 people in the queue outside, but probably because they were given something for free. The first time I came there the 4 scoops of ice cream I had were about ok but the guy that was working then, apparently alone, was lacking any customer service whatsoever. No hi, no how are you, no what would you like - instead I got asked ‘yes please’. I work in hospitality myself and if I behaved like this I’d get fired instantly. But I know how it is and everybody deserves a second chance, so I came again after a week, ordered a cookie dough and was informed that it takes 20 min. I was like well okay then can I have 3 scoops of ice cream in the meantime, but when I wanted to tell the server the flavours, he and his colleagues were too occupied taking pictures of shakes for their instagram. When I finally managed to order the ice cream, it arrived after 10 min with staff more than customers (no wonder why), and cookie dough 5 min after that so I couldn’t even finish the ice cream. Speaking of which, it also needs some improvement as it all tastes like tasteless frozen water (i was having pistachios and snickers and besides the colour i couldn’t tell which is which, because it all tasted like ice cubes left over in a freezer for a long time. Also my receipt didn’t contain cookie dough, only 3 scoops of ice cream, so even if I wanted to complain, I wouldn’t have any proof or purchase. Also no check back done. I may be giving one last chance but nowhere in the near future.

Great place to be with family .Really cool looking parlour , needed one in Harrow . we loved the desserts. even though it was so busy we were served with in a reasonable time and liked the service .

Well I can say I will never go in there ever again the staff and management are not trained we had to wait over 1 hour for ice cream and all our food was late The ice cream had no flavour the maple syrup was cold the service was shocking I was a total let down Save your money people and go else where to eat.
