Trattoria Settebello in Gloucester

Our daughter chose Settebello for her 21st birthday. It was an impressive storm going on outside and there were some impressive Italian offerings going on inside. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Pizzas, pasta, garlic bread, all excellent. We want to do a particular shout out to Kieya, who served us. Really nice interactions with us as a group. Some lovely witty exchanges; and we felt appreciated and looked after. Waiting staff like that can make a meal really enjoyable, and Kieya did just that. Thank you.

Superb! The service was outstanding , the food was excellent and the view was fantastic. What a gem of a place, we will certainly be back.

A lovely meal with friends at Settabello. The staff really make it special. The food is very tasty, and the vibe in the restaurant makes it special.

A regular spot for treats and on this occasion a birthday. Highlights are the food, the Quays. Saturday night though… Yikes. Food was good as ever. Delicious pizza and we had a laugh despite it all. Chaos reigned! We were two adults and teens, a sober group in a major booze-up! People got LOUD!!! The lights went out. Smoke everywhere. Alarms going off. Our waitress was sweet but new. Forgetful. I mentioned the birthday in case they brought a surprise but the two staff I told forgot in the madness. Would come again as it’s a family fave but would avoid Saturday night mayhem!!

Fantastic quality food and great service. The only downside is the noise level but it was so busy, you cannot fault the restaurant for that.

We love it here. Probably our favourite restaurant in Gloucester.food was great my only feedback was it felt very rushed. Less than an hour from mains to coffee and a bottle of wine.

Nothing special poor service and bland food...3 meat balls on what tasted like a tin of heinz spaghetti...only decent thing was the seat outside with blankets and heating...

A very nice restaurant, very good food and great service. The only thing that I could say that could be improved on is the amount of of space around the tables, it did feel a bit cramped and as if we were all sitting very close to each other, we were virtually sitting with the table next to us!!!. Apart from that it was a great place to eat.

Lovely atmosphere. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. Fabulous food. Went on a Friday night when there was rugby at Kingsholm so it was busy but that did not casue any problems. Will definitely be back.

Celebrating my friend’s milestone 60th birthday over a girlie lunch. The food was delicious the salmon was to die for and the Orange cake and ice cream was mouth watering . The service was extremely good.

Wow. The menu spoils you, and when you do choose you are not disappointed! I can only imagine the food envy if you go in a large party! The service is friendly and prompt. The bar team are efficient and know their craft perfectly. The venue has a special atmosphere. I cannot wait to return.

Great location, friendly welcoming staff, the food was delicious along with the cocktails. We had a great table in the corner with service being paramount, well done, definitely worth going to for Lunch or evening meal.

Lovely staff from being greeted at the door and the staff member taking orders. I am gluten free and was pleased with all the options available. Food was Brill and atmosphere was great. Didn't feel rushed at all.

I would highly recommend Settabello. It has Great food, lovely staff, and is all at a reasonable price. I have been a few times and it never disappoints.

We went to celebrate my Wife's birthday, with our two sons. Authentic Italian restaurant using good quality ingredients. The restaurant is quite vibrant and friendly. My only small criticism is the tables are fairly close to each other, so I felt a bit closed in....

What a surprise this was to find such a wonderful waterside restaurant tucked away at Gloucester Docks. The food, wine, attentive service and overall experience was exceptional. If you love Italian food, you're really going to enjoy Trattoria Settebello.
