We stayed in the HI before a flight out. We had no car so had to eat in this hotel restaurant. The room was fairly empty so we were seated right away. The menu was pretty extensive. The staff asked about food allergies and the chef actually came to the table to suggest appropriate dishes. Nice touch. The food was hot and fresh but not special. Adequate but not memorable. It was a bit expensive but when you are stuck at the hotel with no transport they can charge what they want. Basic but okay. The service was good though.

Honestly I was not expecting much from an airport hotel's restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised with the good service and friendly waiters and waitresses. I ordered a parsnip soup with warmed bread, and a King prawns penne pasta main. While they were out of the world, they were decent comfort food. They still got used more seasoning though. There are plenty of deals including a 39.99GBP two course dinner for two including a glass of wine for each guest.

Not a bad meal at all. We had five with a small child and they took pretty good care of us. A bit slow despite having a hoard of staff lingering. But they weren’t in the kitchen. Without a car, We didn’t want to leave the airport area and were pleased with our meal.

Good food, nice wine, and a very nice ambience for an airport hotel, together with extremely helpful staff. Small, but very comfortable bar area.

Good: Plenty of room at early dinner, fast service to take order and bring food, convenient when staying in the hotel. Poor: Service after the food delivered, mediocre food, high prices.

I found the restaurant (and bar) to be extremely overpriced. I also thought it was pretty cheeky adding a ten percent service charge to bring me some ice cream from a couple of metres away. The ice cream itself was flavourless and extremely disappointing.

The restaurant was fine, service good. smallish menu, food good prices a bit high perhaps for families. A 10% service charge is added. Smallish wine list but a good standard. Not a restaurant for a special occasion but fine for travellers passing through.

I have stayed here more than half a dozen times in the past year and have never been disappointed. Although a bit on the pricey side, especially for steak, the food is very well presented, cooked correctly and of good quality; I have never had a bad steak here. Not much for vegetarians however, but loads for meat and fish lovers. Service is fairly good although inexperienced staff do sometimes need guidance (as to what whole grain mustard is for example). This was only a minor point although was a little disappointing that despite serving a fine steak the only mustard available was that awful American stuff! Breakfast is self service and eggs to order unless you want fried or scrambled. On the whole the quality of the food was pretty good and for large quantities, well cooked. Only a small selection of cereals and the Haggis, I so look forward too, is very greasy and probably the worst I have had in Scotland, a shame as the black pudding is fine. Tea and coffee served at the table so no choice on type although, what they serve is ok.

This is an okay hotel restaurant. We came down from our room and were told by the hostess that she didn't know if she could find us a table although we could see plenty of empty tables. She did seat us, and during our meal, the restaurant emptied out with few new tables occupied. I suppose it's my fault for ordering a "pulled ham" sandwich. It turned out to be sort of ham salad with relish. Kind of strange. The french fries were very standard. My husband liked his fillet of salmon on a bed of spinach.

food was bland and the ordered bacon for my partners Burger failed to materialise. The waitress was really a gem and was so apologetic the kitchen had ran out of bacon ( supposedly ) and failed to tell her or us it wasn't part of his order after all. My Penne was a poor example but the waitress was so pleasant she made up for the food quality. The Sauvignon was very good but made me feel quite tipsy after just half a glass.

We were staying in another hotel which didn't do food, so thought we would try here for dinner. Fair to say the restaurant has no atmosphere, fair too bright and where we wer seated felt like we were in a canteen. Both had a drink and prawn cocktail for starters, which I have to say was fabulous and tasty and plenty of it! Main of seafood noodles and a steak, my steak was very tasty, cooked as requested an most enjoyable, the noodles were okay, just not many prawns in it. The shock was the bill at £60 for 2 people, 2 courses and they have the cheek to add 10% service charge. So £66 which was very very overpriced for the food and surroundings, I appreciate they have a captive market at the airport but this was almost like daylight robbery! Will I go back, no way!

The restaurant is located in Holiday Inn at Glasgow Airport. I had Caesar Salad followed by Pork Loin Steak. Food was very good. Prices seemed quite steep though.

I have now started working across the road so I thought I'd give this cafe a try and I must say I was not disappointed. The staff are very polite and you don't have to wait too long before someone serves you. The food comes quickly and is always absolutely piping hot. The menu is varied and it is often quite difficult to know what to have. This really is a little gold mine and well worth a visit or two or, like me, nearly every day.

Food was tasty however weighing the slices from the carvery made my mum quite uncomfortable and when she started to eat her meal the meat was so sparsely cut that it was see through, I had the carvery salad which states to have 537kcal I would disagree given the same issue as mum the meat was incredibly thin therefore calorific value would have been less. Service, staff and atmosphere lovely but the food portioning …….. Disappointed to say the least

Ordered a tall filter coffee, usually get this as it's super quick. No filter coffee available, would I like an Americano for the same price? Not wanting to wait too long, as I had to be somewhere else, I said yes. Waited a while for the order, collected my order and rushed out as I had to be somewhere. Reason I waited so long was they had brewed the filter and they gave me the wrong size. Didn't realise until I was back at the car. Also bought Halloween pumpkin chocolate brownie, a bit expensive for the quality.
