A lovely little tea room, we stopped in for a quick bit and a coffee. The food was good and it’s very dog-friendly too. Highly recommend.

This quirky place in the middle of a historic village is some where everyone should visit. The reasons being:-Delicious ,freshly made food, something for all diets ,cakes spoilt for choice, all home made, and very friendly staff. It’s ideal for eating whether you’re just visiting the village or at the start of a walk ,or simply meeting up with friends for coffee. Nothing is too much trouble. We recommend it frequently to others.

This place was amazing! I had chicken, avocado and spinach panini and my partner had the quiche, both were incredibly tasty, honestly blown away by the flavour. We obviously had to get some cake too and again all of them were incredible, I highly highly recommend the lemon meringue! The owners/staff were so friendly, very quick service, clean and tidy place and even better was that it was dog friendly (within the front of the cafe) My partner and I have already decided we're going back later on in the year, so much tasty food to try. Highly recommend a visit here!

Booked in advance for a breakfast ahead of attending a football match at The Shay. Less than 10 mins on foot to the ground. Cafe was smartly turned out inside and the bar area led out to a pleasant and colourful courtyard. The staff were friendly and attentive. Even though I'd pre-ordered, my breakfast was cooked freshly. The first sip of the accompanying latte was beautiful. The bacon was thick and tasty, the sausage was local farm produce standard. Three sausages and three rashers too. Portobello mushroom and grilled tomato completed the ensemble, save for the tastiest grilled chorizo sausage I've ever tasted outside of Spain. Toasted sourdough bread and butter completed experience. Reasonably and fairly priced too, I will be back the next time I am in the area. Thanks all at Urban Garden Kitchen and Bar!

Bobs tearoom is always marvellous. Very beautiful walk to get there no matter where you come from and the drinks and cakes are always well worth the walk. A local hidden gem.
