Super super slow despite lots of people working and no lunch rush. Suggest a different location. 15 mins for a wrap is too long in the City.

My go-to place for healthy lunch. Workers are really nice and kind there!

I am a regular customer at tossed but I always felt special when I visit Coleman street store. The staffs are friendly and energetic. The way they treat customers is exceptional. Buffalo chicken salad and the protein shakes are so good that I even recommend it to my friends, who are fitness freaks. Thank you Midhun and Justina for making everyone special !! You guys are amazing..

I’ve been coming to Tossed on Coleman Street every day, and I absolutely love it here! Their salads are my go-to choice for a delicious and healthy meal. The Buffalo Chicken Salad is hands down my favorite—I’m basically in love with it! The Parmesan Chicken Salad is also incredible and highly recommended. The team here is super fast, everything is always fresh and clean, and the service is top-notch. If you’re looking for a spot that consistently delivers on quality, Toast is the place to be!

Usually quite good but the chicken breasts they used today were subpar. The ‘chicken, egg & sweet potato box’ included broccoli on the menu but were missing in mine. Had hoped to be a regular here, what a real shame.

Menu is changed to what it used to be pre-covid.. the small bowls were good.. this is not it.. no more brown rice.. they got my order wrong.. not as good as it used to be

Very slow service during lunchtime resulting in long queues. A person in front of me was waiting for his order for 30! minutes, lost his patience(understandably) and asked for a refund. Signs in the store are misleading with no screen to show when the order is ready for collection.

Modern healthy fast food. Place your order on the tablet, you can customise what you want as you go through the order. Then wait a short time while the order is freshly prepared and packaged. Works well and the food is very tasty 👍

THE WORST chicken Caesar salad I have ever had. The Parmesan is like melted scraps of cheddar cheese it’s not Parmesan. Everything was bland, not enough chicken. £5.99 daily ‘special’. Scam of the century I need to stop entertaining these wind up merchants

Yesterday I was served by a very sweet young lady, I’m not sure of her name as she didn’t have a name tag maybe the manager as she was dressed very differently compared to the other employees in full black. Anyways I just wanted to thank her she was very busy but still accommodated very well to my needs. Very polite and always smiling.Tossed needs more employees like her!

The store looks nice and spacious and the staff is friendly. However the food itself is not good. The hot food is not even hot and the chicken is depressed (dry) for the amount you pay roughly £9 you are better off somewhere else.

I love this place, once I ordered the wrong thing by mistake and Linda was so kind to have changed it for me with zero fuss. They are always so busy but honestly are brilliant. I go there about once a week, it's healthy, fast and always served with a smile. Coleman St branch has made me a regular customer of yours, it's a little pricy, but for fresh healthy food I think it's a no brainer:)

Horrible stal food, I had the 'chicken meatballs catsu something' and it was dry and hard to chew. The portion was small but the main problem was the texture this time.

This was the last time I'm coming here. There's a huge difference in portion size between different employees. This is supposed to be a 'large' size. If you get the girl to prepare your meal, expect about 25% less. This happened to me several times over the last few weeks. With corona they are not exactly swimming in custom at the moment, but I am taking mine elsewhere. Very disappointing!

I am Selva and get my daily lunch here at Tossed Colman Street. Highly recommended. Amazing and friendly service from the staff mainly Mr Celes, Mr Alexander and Mr Jeorge, best service ever and also other staff too. The food is so much fresh, and made on order. Definitely one of the best healthy take away across London. Awesome healthy food. The best ordering experience. Highly customizable, super fast, reliable, no human interaction to get your order wrong, love it! I don’t understand why others gave one or two stars to this wonderful place and such a superb healthy food.

Tried the Malaysian chicken yellow curry with superfood ... the taste was good and healthier option for lunch .... well that’s the USP and I like toss for that ... you go to shop and order on screen , see calories for whatever you order and can customise too ... all good ... minuses are the quantity seems low for the price point if you compare to wasabi / Japanese canteen or similar joints ... relatively busy but quick service

Management team need to go back to fast food basics; consistency. Your business lives and dies by it. What made McDonalds great? It didn't invent a burger or fries; wherever you went whatever you ate, there was a consistent formula. This place can barely string it together twice in a row. Food tastes fine, though nothing more disappointing than half a bowl. I ordered a large red thai bowl plus add-on -- paid GBP 9 ! -- for half a bowl, and a conversation. I didn't want a conversation, I just wanted a full bowl. I won't be risking this venue again, never mind that it won't be an option in months to come as it won't be in business.

Pre-ordered food online when i was in a rush. Just picked up and disappointing to find that the turkey meatballs (part of the dish selected) were missing from the order. There were lots of staff and few customers so this was particularly frustrating. Sadly i don't have time to go back so a veggie lunch for me and wasted £ paying for extras.

Nice place to get a low calorie freshly made food. And most importantly, if you drive then you can get a place to park your vehicle and get in and pickup your food quickly.

Mushy and flavourless; I wouldn't return.

Ordered two wraps, one with extra falafel one with extra chicken. The chicken wrap had no chicken in it at all and the falafel had 1 in there. That's the 2nd time i've had missing ingredients from this place!

Bit expensive but very nice. Hot pots are a good option if one doesn't want 🥗.

Just awful. The food is so bland and uninspiring. Everything tastes the same. Any company that calls their minimum wage paid staff ‘Tossers’ as a joke isn’t exactly going to be high quality.

Wow. Bad. Their automated till screwed up and double-charged me. They were unable to give a refund (no cash, "we can't refund Amex cards", and the other card simply wouldn't refund), and pushed a voucher on me. When I went back to use it, their tills couldn't cope with the voucher. To cap it all, the food's not that tasty. I would not go back.

Fairly decent salads and hot bowls, if a little on the pricey side. A few vegan options too which is nice, but no vegan protein shakes. Something to consider adding.

Very poor value for money. I ordered a salad for £6.50. Got back to my desk to see that the pot was only a third full. Took about 20 seconds to eat. Pathetic.

Big queues at lunchtime but the iPad ordering system gets through a lot of people very quickly. The piri chicken and halloumi wrap is great.

A number of the dishes that are served are not really that healthy as with many cases when dressing is added to salad type ingredients. Appeals to the poser and techno nerd with its ordering system using touch screens which seem more done as a marketing gimmick than speeding up service

Three times now they have manged to get my order wrong. Pay for extra chicken, no extra chicken. They forget the normal ingredients out often. If your posting £6.50 I expect it to be perfect with all items. The staff don't care clearly.

Salads are great, but it was the second time I visited this particular store to get the Chipotle salad and once AGAIN, it was hardly "tossed" - the leaves and dressings were not mixed. The falafel was still whole and they forgot to put avocado in the salad. Very disappointing.

Automated touch screens to order and decent lunch selection. The only problem with Tossed is the inadequate amount of dressing they give.

Salads, if you like that sort of thing. The tablets allow you to place an order so you don't have to deal with humans lol
