it is second time I order pizza quatrro formation but I received something else not happy

IM NOT COMPLAINING BUT HOW THIS DRIVERS FOR 10 MIN DRIVING FROM RESTAURANT TO ME CAN MAKE THIS PIZZA COLD....FROMM THIS PLA E THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME WITH THIS PROBLEM...HOW WHEN I MMAKE ORDER FROM DIFFERENT PLACE FROM MORE FAR AWAY LIKE HAMMERSMITH....PIZZA IS ALWAYS HOT....ONLI FROM HERE ALWAYS IS COLD...NEED TO TELL DRIVERS TO TRY TO DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP FOOD WARM

How can I send some pictures of my order ?! The delivery guy brings me pizza in a vertical way and now my pizza looks like kebabs

I came here for dinner with my family and it was amazing! The food was delicious (buttery pasta). The decor was warm and perfect for a cozy meal. The staff were lovely and inviting and I really enjoyed my dinner there. Great options for dietary requirements.

The food was delicious and the portions were very generous - you could tell that the chicken had been freshly cooked. The prices are very reasonable. The server was excellent - we ordered Peroni and he brought us chilled glasses to pout it into. When you get the bill, please check it - because it doesn't include a service charge and it is definitely worth giving a tip.

The food was a disgrace 8 pounds for 2 pieces of egg and couple pieces of toast with a 1/2.A cup of tea.Never recommend anybody there.That's I promise you.I've lived in a libya fifty four years discussing them

An unfortunate first visit… waited over an hour for the chef to arrive (we were told he would be 30 mins). Left hungry, and paid full price for the wrong tea 😅.

The food was very tasty and very good value for money. The portion sizes were very generous, particularly the calamari starters where we initially assumed that the first plate was for us both to share! The waiter was very friendly and served us very promptly.

I'm a regular customer of yours because I enjoy the food, but yesterday's order of a salmon dish was terrible... The fish tasted and smelled off/spoiled and was lukewarm too. Please check your fish supplies properly before cooking, I could NOT eat the dish, £16.00 just wasted

I am Italian and my home made lasagna is much better and fresh. It was OK but small portion, a bit overcooked and overpriced for the quality offered.

The rice was overcooked, bad looking and tasteless. I was disappointed as I have ordered several times and always liked it but not this time :(

Pizza was cold but that’s the least of it. So thin it was basically a biscuit, and being cold also hard as a brick, but the mozzarella on top was a weird consistency - hard on top but like ricotta underneath. Very weird. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza, but they delivered a non vegetarian pizza, I'm really unhappy!

Most terrible service, the pizza arrived cold and soggy. I called the restaurant because the order was so late, they said they have no driver and do not really care about it. The first person I tried to speak to did not speak English in any meaningful way. A total disaster. I will never order from Toscana and will make a complaint to Just Eat.

Food wasnt good. Pizza was cold. Thin like Paper, i know real pizza should be thin but not like that. It was like tortilla wrap. Pasta wasnt fresh, smell like expired meat. Sour. It was first and last time. Very dissapoitment.

Hi, The pizza was the one with egg, and the egg on top was only the whites, and was not cooked at all was very runny. Also the pizza was damaged, all the ingredients were on one side, like the driver did not transported it right. But the most dissapointing was the runny egg on top could not eat it like that. Dissapointed sorry wont order again

All way busy. They do s nice stake you can also ask or book things that are not on the menu. Like Octopus you do need to asked a day a head. Good service. Wheel chair accessible. Good range of wins.
