Sadie,Toni,jarih 3 of the best staff that work there had a great experience got treated with respect and felt welcomed got greeted with a smile from all 3 ,food was 10/10 service from all 3 of them was the best will come there more often.

I recent come here with Dad to grab a quick bite to eat after work. The staff were very friendly and talked us through the whole process. The food is really good value considering the location as well. He had tacos and I had a burrito and we both enjoyed our meals. We will try some of the other locations in the future!

Forgot half our order (delivery) Burrito literally all rice and nothing else. Missing stuff we ordered inside too.

Nothing worse than the people serving you being stingy. I asked for a large salad bowl. The severs were taking bits off each spoon. Being fed should feel like a generous experience. I left hungry. Won't be back

I went to visit for the first time with my Mother on March 3rd and it wasn't a good experience. No welcome from any of the staff. After awaiting 15 min (because they prioritize orders online or call orders) then I got rushed to order as well my Mother. I spoke 4 different languages but my Mother only speak Spanish so Iwas helping her to order when Kristina was extremely rude and rushed me to order. I explained to her and she got really upset. Kristina start tossing the food one side to another and she was furious even thought when we were the only people to order there was no more people or a long line behind us. I asked Kristina for a lime/lemon for my tacos and she took it with her bare hands using NO gloves so I told her I don't wanted that lime/lemon and she took it again from the plate with her bare hands and put another one wearing gloves this time but she was so upset. I don't think she has the requirements to be working at Tortilla because Kristina has "0” knowledge about what customer service it's about. I have to mention that was my Mom's birthday and we just wanted to have a nice meal. I'm Very disappointed of "Tortilla" It was our very first time in London, first time in this restaurant and will be the last one honestly. Very disappointed.

Got a piece of chicken meat in a vegan buritto. Very disappointed in the experience, do not advise ordering if you have any allergic, ethical or religious dietary requirements.

Bought the breadless Chicken burrito... Imagine my shock when underneath a load of pointless lettuce I find two tiny cubes of chicken. That's the extent of the chicken in the burrito... what a swizz. Absolutely disgusting. As it was take away I didn't have time to go back and lodge a complaint. Won't be going there again.

Absolutely crazy. £165 order and they delivered 2 burritos. We assumed an honest mistake and called them. They said they'd run out of food and would give us credit. CREDIT! So we'd waited an hour, got no food, and would not get our money back! Truffle company.

Was celebrating MSc graduation with fellow students & decided to visit based on my teenage son’s recommendation. He has always rated this restaurant much more highly than Chipotle. He is not wrong, and we all agreed that the meat and the tortilla are soft and the flavours simply delicious! We will be back - and regularly! Bravo!

We had a deliveroo from Tortilla London last week and it was immense! Probably the best food we had all weekend and by far the cheapest! Complimentary sweets was a lovely touch :)

Yes it's quick, and for a small juice and what they loftily call "burrito" it was £9.50, so reasonably priced, but would you want it? I say no, because if, when you take a swig of your orange juice you realise it's fermentingly off, take it back to staff, who acknowledge between themselves that "OJs are past due date", but not offer you any apology, just ask if you would have apple instead, and build you a weird creation comprising old rice and beans and the smallest handful of chicken with 0.80p extra for touch of guacamole, then no! I felt off afterwards, definitely not eating here again. Can one also ask, does the staff need to look so miserable in a place that supposed to serve happy Mexican food?! Service doesn't have to be surly, nor do you have to lecture me for asking for salt because "our food already contains enough salt and we don't offer pepper". Whatever! The only good thing about it is, you can have a Corona sitting outside in the afternoon sun if it's nice weather.

Food - I usually get the medium chicken burrito for £5.20 and I put nearly everything in lol including peppers and lettuce and chillies - by the time they're done my burrito is massive!! I tried the nachos and wouldn't get them again, a massive portion for £5 but there was nothing special about them and no jalapeños .... nachos without jalapeños are not nachos to me :( Service - usually quick and they do student discountPs I love love love the extras chilli sauce they have on the tables!

I've lived in Dublin, Ireland for the past 4+ years. There are a number of "Mexican" ("Tex-Mex"?) (the quotes are necessary, whatever we call the style of food restaurants there modeled after Chipotles in the US (and Chipotles is pretty decent Mexican, maybe not as good as your favorite mom &amp; pop taqueria in SoCal, but good), yet none are even close to Chipotles' level of good. There is something in the spicing that is just noticeably off, and none of them understand that pulled pork and carnitas are not the same thing. I arrived on a Sunday in London for a business trip, and had the day to walk around, and passed by the Tortilla walking in the area of my hotel, and decided to give it a try. It too is modeled after Chipotles, but it pulls it off, and might even be a bit better. I had a grilled steak medium sized burrito, and the quality of the food, the spicing, etc., were really excellent.They even have carnitas, and I'm sure I'll give that a try some day. I also thought the prices were very good value. Highly recommend (whether you are an expat American living in a Mexican food desert or otherwise). It is really, very, very good, and great value.

I used to come here frequently because the food is generally nice and it isn't too expensive (plus they offer vegan/veggie options). I always get the naked burrito because I am not too keen on wraps myself. Anyway one day I ordered my usual and after a busy day I took it home to eat. When I got home I opened the top of the box and it had a chunk of meat inside...I am so disappointed by this and it really made me feel unwell. I can't understand how (unless the food has been contaminated by the staff or prior to cooking/heating) this got in there. I can no longer eat here and I am really annoyed about it.

It is more a takeaway place. During lunch hour the queue is very big but the guys are fast and you do not end up waiting a long time. You can pick what to put inside your burrito. The prices are very OK. The sizes are OK too, not too big. The food itself is tasty. Very fast service. If you want to eat in, it is a bit small. They have a room downstairs that is more quiet but kind of small and dark.

If you want a quick, fast yummy burrito with or without the tortilla, grab one from here. You may have to queue at lunch time, but its never more than 5-10 minutes. The service is quick, whether you're eating in or taking away. They serve appetising food that's cheap and cheerful.

Le restaurant Tortilla est situé sur une place où se concentrent d'autres établissements de restauration. Ce fut une bonne surprise, j'ai découvert le "burrito", c'est comme une fajitas mais à base de galette de blé et non de maïs pouvant être garnie d'ingrédients divers (poivrons, tomates, haricots rouges et surtout du riz) le tout agrémenté de sauce barbecue et piquante.Le service est très sympathique et l'endroit charmant, même la salle en sous-sol. Il est possible également de manger en terrasse.Je me demande pourquoi de tels établissements n'existent pas, à ma connaissance, en France.

There was a long queue here stretching way out of the door. So it must be good - wrong. It is mass production and the food was bland with little taste to the shredded beef, or indeed the guacamole and other ingredients. The consistency was too watery! There is a conveyor belt of serving assistants and some confusion over who ordered what. Great Mexican beer is available and you can eat outside if there is a free table but you will have to clear the previous diners remains. Overall very disappointing and bill for 2 came to £21.

Service was great and food is soooo delicious! Quick and so easy! The food is not hot but some what Luke warm but that's the way it should be! The ordering system is basically like Subways.. You walk across choosing the different options for example a different bean, meat etc !! Defo give a try! Also very cheap!! Only £5 for medium or for an extra pound £6 for large and guac is an extra 70p which is normal for guac

Came here twice when we were in London. Both times I had a 'Naked Burrito' sizes medium then large and both were just absolutely delicious! And they really fill them up to give you your moneys worth! Great service as well, quick and easy! Both times VERY busy so obviously very popular. Loved it :)

My mum and I had the naked burrito. They were both delicious - she had the pork which was very tender and I had chicken which was full of flavour! All the ingredients were very fresh and tasty - I would recommend the guacamole and the mild salsa especially!we will definitely be back!

We thought Barburrito was the best fast - mexican we had so far until we came here today. Burritos, quaesidila and nachos between two adults and a three year old with only clean plates all round. Tasty, quick and easy on the wallet too. A must visit joint for any time of day.

As a taco enthusiast I tried this place for the first time last month out of curiosity - I am happy with tacos from other locations but I wanted to see how these would hold up as I'd heard great things about it! It did not disappoint. First off, they sell soft corn tacos here which is a major plus. I can't eat flour tacos and as much as I like hard corn ones, soft ones are so much better. So big plus there. The meat served here is absolutely lovely, as is their salsa and that all important lime juice. The tacos here are on the cheaper side compared to other places, the chips on the more expensive side (but cheaper add-ons such as guac. Can't speak for any other dishes here however my friend did enjoy the burrito! Will always keep visiting here for sure.

I came back from America with mass chipotle withdrawal symptoms so I decided to check out this place. There is so much wrong with this burrito i am surprised this place still exists:1. It's served lukewarm2. The chicken was dry and tasteless3. The rice was incredibly dry and tasteless4. I think there were about 3 pieces of chicken 5. They put half a teaspoon of salsa in6. They put half a teaspoon of sour cream in7. The lettuce was soggy8. I got a stomach acheThere is no wonder English people are so skeptical about Mexican food with places like this existing.

I visited here for lunch and would definitely recommend it. I was served quickly and the burrito was excellent. You don't just have to have a burrito there are other options and you can also get a beer to go with it if you fancy.There is outside seating outside as well is inside and downstairs.

Had 2 meals at the Tortilla franchise, very close to the Hammersmith tube station (on the Piccadilly line). It's barely a 30-40 meter walk from the same. I strongly recommend this place if you want to grab a quick bite with some beer. It's a casual place, and the staff is quite accommodating. They have vegetarian option as well, and I assure you if you like Burritos, this is the best place to go to in London. Very cheap and heavy meal.

This Tortilla is OK for a spot of lunch but unfortunately this is one of the more average of the Tortilla chains. I recommend the Benitos Hat down the road where the portions are bigger with better value!

I have dined here twice over in my consecutive london trips. The Burrito they make is delicious, even a veggie like won't complain as they fill it with all their fresh ingredients. Tortilla is another would-be-TexMex-chain that has become so immensely popular these days in London. The burrito with chicken and beans, as well as the vegetarian tacos with extra guacamole were quite good, albeit a bit salty.Service was with a smile, and the bill including a can of soft drink came to 11.30 GBP. One of the better TexMex eateries for sure.

Stumbled upon Tortilla just off of Oxford Street and decided to give it a try. The food is inexpensive and the service is quick. I ordered a steak burrito and it was delicious. We visited during the afternoon, so it wasn't crowded at all and there was good seating downstairs.

Had a reeally great tortilla here with steak not so long ago. The queue was heorrendous so go early but they do serve fast so iif you cab stand the wait its well worth it!

Having been to many Burrito places in London, I thought of trying this one. i had always seen long queues. There were still long queues but ample place to sit. Unlike other places for lunch, they do not charge anything extra for sitting and eating. The burritos are very economically priced £5 for medium and £6 for large (without extra). You get an ample choice of drinks(alcoholic and non). I tried the pulled pork burrito which is definitely recommended.

Would highly recommend as a spot to grab a bite to eat. It's not a full on restaurant style, but their food is excellent. I went for lunch on a Friday so it was fairly busy with a queue out the door! A sign of how good it is. Only thing at lunch time was you could queue for 10/15mins before getting served. But worth the wait, my chicken burrito went down a treat!
