Tortilla Nottingham Victoria Centre in Nottingham

Very good burritos! The ability to order ahead on the app is great but ordering in store is very quick also. The corn chips are perfect match to Cali-Mex and Tex-Mex style Mexican and the mix of ingredients is perfect too. I don't use food establishment apps for anywhere, but using the Tortilla app gets you free burrito every 5 orders so it's great!

My overall experience at Tortilla was excellent, thanks to friendly workers such as Maddie, who ensured my visit was enjoyable. She also did a very good job at keeping the place clean.

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. Teegan went above and beyond to serve us. Kinga and Dan were also very helpful. The burrito house and large chicken burrito we ordered were delicious and quickly served. I can’t ask for more. Thank you guys ! We will certainly come back again.

Came for an easy dinner. Had a medium beef barbacoa burrito and a soft drink. Order was recieved quickly and it was delicious and fully of flavour.

Sadly i got in touch with an issue, they haven't responded in their '48 hour window' and I've allowed them longer, i have given you a chance to resolve this and you've chosen slience. That is a real shame

Ordered the chicken salad bowl and must say i really enjoyed the the food. Had a good option ranged and when mixed together was nice. There was a good amount of salaad and Chicked. Ordered via a delivery service so would probably say its a bit expensive when taking in account service charges.

I've been using Tortilla for a while... but I've just been back after a break and had THE best burrito prepared by Samira... perfect amount of hot sauce and everything else... it was delicious thanks guys!! 😊

Just WOW. This place is a burrito lover’s dream. The tortilla was soft and warm, packed with perfectly seasoned fillings that hit every flavor note - juicy meats, fresh veggies, and that creamy guac that’s worth every penny. Portions were spot on, leaving me full but not regretting life. The vibe is chill, and the staff know how to make you feel like family. Easily one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. 🔥🌯

Can’t tell you about the food I have a learning disability and was told by the very rude black lady that told me she isn’t there to serve me i have to stop being thick and use the machine to order

Some of the staff working at Tortilla in Victoria centre need to be reviewed by the management because honestly who picked them? Food can be hit or miss, depends on who is making it. Some staff don’t even listen to what you say and put things in your order that you didn’t even ask for. Girl named “T” looked like she wasn’t being paid to be there, couldn’t even crack the slightest smile at the start of making the order, I genuinely got the feeling like as if I was forcing her to serve me. If you hate your job so much, maybe it’s time to look for another one, I also work in customer service but I don’t have this negative attitude towards people. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but again, put stuff in my order I didn’t want, misheard me 10 times and didn’t bother to scan my loyalty card. On the other hand, this black girl (I didn’t get her name) working there is absolutely lovely! Very nice and friendly, always gets the order right and gets the proportions of food right.

The food is generally good , with customizable options like burritos, naked burrito bowls, and tacos. However could have increased the food portion to enjoy the dining experience.

Update - been again since and it was good so I’ve increased to 3 stars. Really hit and miss depending on who is serving, some staff give full effort with food and service, other(s) is a big noticeable drop off, which is mentioned a few times in these reviews. Whereas, the Derbion branch is 5 star every time I go, has been for over a year. I await the obligatory ‘fill out the contact form’ to give the impression these issues are being dealt with despite them being referenced on reviews that are 6+ months old.

I regularly order the same burrito and noticed on this occasion that it seemed different. I politely asked to ensure that the extras I had paid for were included. Unfortunately, I observed that Gemma, along with some of her colleagues, appeared to be making fun of me during this interaction. Such behavior, including comments or actions that could be interpreted as mocking or shaming, is both unprofessional and disappointing to witness.

It was my first time visiting Nottingham, and I saw the restaurant open quite late. Jack and Tegan were really friendly to explain what was in the food and help me with what I should get due to having an allergy to tree nuts. Both of them were really helpful and made my experience really good. I will come again while I am staying in the UK
