I used to come here all the time, but it’s just not the same anymore. Some of my favourite staff have left, and honestly, I can see why. It’s awkward watching the male manager try to flirt just to push extras—feels so unprofessional. Such a shame because this place used to be great. Guess I’ll be heading to Taco Bell from now on!

Amazing team! Great services and regular deals. We come here often for lunch and the service is fantastic every time. The girls behind the counter on Monday 31st March had a great dynamic, bounced off eachother and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

Our order was late, it took an hour and a half to arrive despite first saying it would take 30 minutes, by the time it arrived all the food was cold.

My go-to choice for a quick lunch. Strong selection of fillings for burritos, fajitas, and tacos. Friendly staff. Quick service. Price may seem high, but for the quality and quantity of food it is incredibly reasonable.

I ADORE Tortilla so much. I love visiting here for lunch and the food here is divine. I enjoy ordering a burrito or a quesadilla from here and let me tell you. The burritos here are just incredible. There is a staff member I want to give a special mention to (I don't know his name. Sorry) but he's the gentleman who always wears a baseball cap and he has brown hair and a brown beard but he is the most kindest and the most joyful staff member there. He truly lights up the room with his joyful personality and his customer service is just wonderful. He is a credit to Tortilla as he is always so lovely and kind. Tortilla has become my new favourite place for lunch. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. ❤️

(Lincoln-based) Great customer service, Vlad is hospitable and very friendly. This is a good spot for date nights or a good pick me up.

The staff here really care about creating a comfortable experience and going the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated. Agna complimented myself and my partner's appearances and made us feel safe and comfortable, Slava prepared our food and took great care, even allowing me to sample some of the sauces to decide which I would like in my burrito, and Vlad came to check on us during our food to ensure we were having the best time, giving us both a complimentary cup of coke. Burritos are often messy, but Vlad was working diligently to keep the restaurant neat and tidy. I'd recommend a meal here any day of the week!

The burrito bowl contained less meat than it would if you went in store. But still very delicious.

Packed with flavour, high quality and affordable. Wasn't too sure at first about trying here, but was glad I did, it is similar to subway in the sense of it is create your own, but in every way it is better. The food is packed with flavour, it is filling, the options look appetising, and are! And best of all, feel full after! 100% recommend here if you're after a filling quick meal that doesn't make you feel guilty for eating it.

Delicious burritos, but the extras (tortilla chips and tiny dip) were nothing special. Would definitely have the burrito again though

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating as we had our 8 month old with us.

Ordered as takeaway, burritos arrived cold. They were also filled with either uncooked or old cooked rice, was rock hard little bits of rice throughout it, ruined the meal.

Great tasting food but light in the fillings of the quesadillas for the size of the actual wrap. Also prices for drinks not displays to be warned.

Driver seemed in a rush, didn’t speak much and gave us the wrong order even when I said it wrong he assured me it’s right, overall really upset and left with someone else’s order

A big shout-out to Slava, Vlad, and Amber, who truly made the visit unforgettable. They made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Wouldn't have ordered without the 40% off. The 3 burritos were very tasty as was the sides but unfortunately we had to put everything in the Microwave as when the food arrived it was all Luke watm

over two hours since ordering with the app simply saying they were preparing the order with a constantly shifting delivery time. advertised as 15-30 minutes upon ordering. wrong salsa sent with one part of order. food was warm but I had to call the restaurant directly to see if the food was being made after nearly 90 mins

We ordered a delivery via a platform. Unfortunately one main meal was missing, initially they wanted me to call the platform but after I explained the issue they arranged a hot fresh replacement to be delivered to us. I really appreciate the effort they went to in order to put it right. Big thanks to the manager for sorting it. Thank you!
