Torcefn Tea Room and Farm Shop in Carmarthenshire

Having seen the reviews of this cafe, we decided to take an elderly friend for lunch. Having driven through beautiful Welsh countryside we arrived at 12.45. There was a welcome sign saying what the soup of the day was with the price…all seemed well. We entered the cafe and there were plenty of tables with tables outside. However, upon our entry we were asked if we had booked! When we said no, we were told that all we could be offered was a dessert and a drink! When I pointed out that nothing on their website said bookings were required, I was told that bookings were required! We were told no seats were available inside, so went and sat outside and had a scone for lunch! We noted that the cafe was completely empty of customers when we left an hour later. I suppose all who booked could not make it! The scone was nice, but not really adequate for a lunchtime meal. I should add that the Ty Bach was like an outdoor privy. There were electric socket unit hanging from the wall near a sign that warned of very hot water. I doubt the facility would pass a safety inspection! All in all we were extremely disappointed. Having driven some miles to take a friend to lunch, we feel we were let down by false advertising on the website which simply said it was open Thursday to Sunday and offered a full menu. The sign at the door offered soup of the day, but obviously not to us. BE WARNED… they apparently require customers to book in advance. The toilet facilities are dangerous!

Happy got this wonderful place recommend by a friend, nicest afternoon tea ever. Cakes and sandwiches were fabulous and plenty of tea to wash it all down. Loved crockery, would 100% recommend.

We visited for afternoon tea. One of the cream teas was gluten free. We could not believe how many sandwiches, savouries and cakes arrived per person. There was also limited beverages. The quality was superb. The service was spot on. We were even allowed to take our dog with us. TOP MARKS THANK YOU.

My companion ordered the ploughman's lunch - advertised as ham and cheese etc with a baguette. NO BAGUETTE! There was a tiny roll on the plate. In other restaurants you would be given a basket of these while waiting for your mains. When I queried this I was told it was a 'mini baguette' and that was what was on the menu. Have checked the menu since and this is not the case. When I've asked around everyone else seems to think, as we did, that a baguette is similar to a subway roll in size. Not something so small you could hide it in your closed hand. The original 'ploughman's lunch' was traditionally a hunk of bread and a chunk of cheese. Not salad and grapes. To give them credit, the place is attractive, the food fresh and nicely presented. Not enough to make our experience a positive one though. My companion was disappointed with the meal and I was embarrassed to have suggested this visit. (Thinking about it since, why not just offer another roll, or a piece of bread and butter since it was obviously an issue for the customer? Not doubled down because we could not check the sole menu which had already been passed to other diners.) It is also not possible to leave a negative response on their facebook page. If you try, the message pops up 'We're having trouble with completing your request. Please try again.' No matter how many times I tried, or how briefly stated, this came up every time. Perhaps that is why all their reviews are positive? No negatives allowed!

Visited here as a group of friends including (2 young children) for Afternoon Tea. Beautiful place The best cakes and such a great variety of sandwiches, pastries and cakes. Couldn't finish it - plentyful! Staff were friendly, accommodating and bubbly. Highly recommend and will be back very soon. Diolch

We absolutely loved our afternoon tea at Torcefn Tea Room, the atmosphere in the tea room was lovely and the food was superb, everything was fresh and delicious with plenty of food between two of us; so much so we took some cake home with us. Would 10000% visit again. Thank you!

Andy and Sandy run a campsite alongside the Tearooms. We had a Welsh learners group reunion camp-out for the weekend. The setting was beautiful. Facilities were unashamedly basic but we had all been made fully aware beforehand. 10/10 for the campsite. As for the Tearoom - we all agreed we had been looked after brilliantly on both evenings of 'occupation'. Nothing was too much trouble. All diets were catered for and the quality was excellent. I know some of us who pass through on the M4 occasionally will definitely be making a detour to revisit. Note: Andy also keeps a couple of bottles of Penderyn whisky. As high a recommendation as I can give.

A group of 12 of us stayed on the campsite for a weekend, it was perfect for our annual Welsh learners group reunion - hope to hold it here every year from now on! Short walk from camping field to tearooms & toilet. The homemade cakes are divine. The tearoom is also licensed to serve alcohol & we hung out in it like a bar in the evenings. Not sure if that was just by arrangement for our group. Andy & Sandy are lovely & couldn't do enough for us - they catered for our every need!

We stopped purely by chance...sooo glad we did! Atmosphere was fantastic, welcome was great especially given how busy they were. My smoothie was gorgeous along with the huge piece of the lightest and tastiest slice of Victoria Sandwich that I've had for years. My husband had Rhubarb Crumble with custard....and he said it was the best he had ever had.

We have stayed at torcefn tea rooms and camping a few times just beautiful and relaxing place and the food from the tea room is freshly made and the best cakes ever and afternoon tea is delicious 😋 there are sheep goats ducks the owners are extremely welcoming and very friendly going back soon thank you penny

Absolute gem of a place, fantastic food, the friendliest, most obliging of people. We were first introduced to Torcefn on Mothers Day 2020 when my children treated us to afternoon tea which was delivered to the door, it was awesome. When we were looking to book somewhere for our small wedding reception Torcefn was the obvious choice. We were so happy when the said that we could have it at the Tearooms even though they didn't open on a Wednesday. They didn't disappoint lovely setting, loved how they decorated the table, fantastic food, nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful time had by all

Absolutely stunning! I ordered afternoon tea for two for my Mum and her partner's birthday. It was delivered on a cake stand, wrapped in cellophane with a gift tag and lovely cover letter, explaining all the items. Gorgeous selection, and very fresh. Totally delicious! I would highly recommend, and will certainly be using again. Well done guys. They were thrilled to bits with this gift. Thank you.

Just perfect for Sunday Brunch, been here about four or five times over the years, usually for afternoon tea or lunch . Opted for brunch which was amazing . I had the scrambled egg with smoked salmon, and my boyfriend had the Eggs Benedict. We chose cranberry juice which was served with ice and some lime, but we had take away Americano coffee and Hot chocolate. for our onward journey.Weather was lovely so I chose to sit outside. The staff were extremely attentive so will be back again asap

Just finished (well almost) a wonderful afternoon tea here, was absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t fault it! Beautiful selection and everything fabulously fresh and tasty. Really well thought out slightly simpler version for the children too. Free entertainment provided for the little ones in the form of the owners delightful children who instantly became their friends. Plenty of space for them to play around and animals to see so we could relax without worrying about them fidgeting.Will definitely return!

Visited this lovely tea room with my partner. The Victoria sponge I had was absolutely beautiful and my partner's scone looked amazing. Even the tea tasted nicer in the lovely cups. Definitely worth a trip to try it out

From the outside a very large garden shed, from the inside, a warm friendly vintage style Cafe, home made delicious food in a clean and friendly atmosphere. My good lady wife and I both have dietary problems, gluten and lactose to name but a few, however this was not a problem for Andy and Sandy who have recently taken over the reigns, Andy was at front of house and really knowledgeable looking after your dietary needs, our food was delicious and very enjoyable. I would recommend Torcefn to all who seek the perfect treat out.

We called in just for a coffee but went on to enjoy a delicious lunch. I had the Ploughman's Lunch which had both ham and assorted cheeses... very reasonably priced and very tasty. Their Coffee is also good. We shall certainly be going again.

After reading the reviews we booked afternoon tea for a friend birthday. The venue is a nice little place with a nice menu (if you are not having afternoon tea) The afternoon tea, was nice with plenty of choice for cakes the sandwiches however were very disappointing with three tiny squares (not even finger sandwiches). We had one small pot of tea between 2!! When we asked for more (as we only had a small China cup each) we were charged for another pot of tea.I understand that it is now under new ownership so maybe the above is just teething problems. New managers are lovely and I would go back for food and cakes, but not for Afternoon Tea.

Took the family to Torcefn tea room this afternoon for Xmas dinner. We were ten in total and had a fantastic meal. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Nothing too much trouble and the meal was excellent. A great setting and got us all in the festive spirit. Well done Torcefn.

Lovely setting for afternoon tea.I called here with a friend after receiving a voucher from work colleagues for my birthday. The tea room has been decorated in a way that made me feel like I was going back in time. We were served quickly and the afternoon tea was very nice. They were willing to accommodate my dairy free requirements which was nice. We didn't feel rushed and we left feeling full.

Visited today on a wet and windy today with my good friend from school/work.We were greated by a lovely lady who explained the menu's.I am gluten free and was given a number of food options to choose from-sandwiches,toasters,jacket potatoes and cheese and potato pie.I opted for the jacket potato and beans whilst my friend went for the corned beef pie.Both meals arrived piping hot with a lovely salad and dressing on the side.The corned beef pie was huge but not stodgy according to my friend.My jacket was beautiful.The meals were well presented and very tasty.We both ordered tea to drink and we received a huge teapot each and lovely little milk jugs.The choice of desserts was fantastic especially the gluten free.It was a tough choice to choose from-scone,fruit tartlet,roulade or carrot cake.I had the carrot cake and my friend had Victoria sponge.Both cakes were stunning.The Victoria sponge was huge and very moist.The carrot cake was moist too and creamy.We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again to try the afternoon tea.Everything was lovely from the old fashioned and quaint crockery to the napkins with the message Croeso.I can't recommend this place enough.Best meal and pudding I've had.Diolch Torcefn.

Went with a family member for Sunday lunch today The food was first class- choice of three meats and vegetables with the veg( mashed potato, broccoli , swede, cauliflower and peas in serving dishes)and parsnips and roast pots and yorkshire and stuffing already on the plate..The meat was pork beef or turkey or you can have a mix and the gravy was thick and homemade.The environment was quaint and reminiscent of a 40's garden summerhouse. Single course was £11 and I would have liked a dessert but I was so full there was no room!I can see why its a good location for teas and will be back to try one.The only downfall is that the road off the main road is rather worn and bumpy so dont go in a car too low to the groundHighly recommended as a different place to visit for lunch or tea

We arrived to Torcefn Tea Room today (sunday) and when we walked in there were tables full of pretty crockery all laid. We were seen too and seated straight away. Once we got comfortable a man came and took our drinks order which there was a good selection of. We were also pleasantly surprised that soft drinks were included with the afternoon tea as well as hot drinks. We had the drinks in no time and the tea and coffee was lovely. It did not take long for them to bring out a well presented tray of all kinds of sandwiches and some crisps. They also catered for 2 people who did not like butter and gave them their own little plates with sandwiches with also a very good selection!

I have just moved to the area so visited here with my husband and a friend. We ordered afternoon tea which was superb. The carrot cake was probably the best I have ever had, and the cheesecake was close on its heels. It was a proper afternoon tea with a variety of sandwiches and cakes, and very good value. I wish it were further away as I fear we may be tempted to visit more often than is good for our waistlines!

I was taken as a birthday treat to this tea room, what a find this place is a fair way off the beaten track but so worth the trip. We had a cream tea each. It was served on Bone China with choice of teas. These teas were excellent. The sandwiches were varied and the selections served were 1st class. What can I say about the cakes and scones except watch your waistline people they are so moreish. Loads of cream to go with the scones which are light and fluffy. All in all, this is a place that you get great value for money in a lovely setting and far from the madding crowd.

Five of us,(three vegetarians,two not)visited for afternoon tea-lovely food,very reasonably priced. Staff attentive but not intrusive-I love this place.

Visited with four friends today and cannot compliment Torcefn enough. We had afternoon tea , a choice of freshly made sandwiches , home made scones and cakes. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A relaxed atmosphere with a warm welcome. Incredible value for money. I have had afternoon tea in a number of locations but Torcefn is the best. Will be back!

Visited today with my son. The tea rooms are definitely worth visiting surrounded by beautiful gardens and a walking trail around a lake. The tearoom Is beautifully decorated. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. We ordered a plate of sandwiches and two cream teas. The presentation was excellent and it tasted wonderful. Very reasonably priced I shall certainly be returning. Anyone who fancies a cream tea this place is certainly worth visiting .

My friend, my 1 year old and I came here after hearing good things and it did not disappoint! £9.50 for a large selection of sandwiches, crisps, scones and an amazing selection of cakes with your choice of tea (delicious!) or coffee! We all thoroughly enjoyed and stayed for nearly 2 hours! It’s lovely inside and there’s seating outside in a lovely garden too! There were also things like toasted sandwiches and jacket potatoes on the menu! Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic food , we had a friends wake there yesterday, all the food is excellent, you could not get better in a posh London restaurant, every thing is freshly made and beautiful. Carol and Mike are fantastic hosts. They also do Sunday and Thursday Roast dinners to order. Open Thursday to Sunday 10.30am until 6.00pm.

Our thanks to Carol, Mike and her team for making our special day extra special. From allowing us to decorate the venue, display our anniversary cake, toast the occasion and make a charity collection in lieu of gifts, all our needs were taken care of. Our 30 guests all enjoyed their afternoon tea with the variety of food and specific dietary needs all accommodated. All in all a lovely occasion in a chic venue. Could not have asked for more.

After a fairly short drive down a country road, this looks like a painted, converted shed. A couple of very small quaint rooms inside, but the welcome, homemade dishes and cakes are second to none. Well worth a visit.

We went to Torcefn Tea Rooms in order to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday. We invited a couple of her friends and their mums. The proprietors were very welcoming and the place had a very relaxed atmosphere.

Visited twice in a week as on holiday nearby. Fabulous friendly service with the most amazing home cooked food. Fabulous selection of delicious sandwiches and cakes for the afternoon tea. I think probably the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Wish we lived nearer. Will be back next time we are in Wales.

Hidden away down a farm lane and situated amongst lovely gardens in a farm environment this Tea Room was amazing - very retro and a nod back to my childhood. The food was amazing - home made sandwiches and cakes served on very pretty floral china. We had an extra pot of tea and coffee and were offered our left over cake to take home!!! Shall certainly return.

What a lovely place. Have been for afternoon tea at least 3 times. Perfect every time. Lovely sandwiches, Warm "light as a feather " soft, fresh scones. Lovely selection of home made cakes and treats. Lovely setting, feels so relaxed and welcoming. Spent many an hour chatting to friends and soaking up the vintage atmosphere. I have only been here once but I absolutely love it here. The owners are lovely, the food is amazing and really reasnobly priced! I have told sevral people about this place! The place itself is really pretty aswell inside and out! All I will say is I have tried to phone to book a few times and never had an answer :( love it here !

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time but had never got round to it. We booked afternoon tea for mother's day and were not disappointed. Fantastic value for money, lots of choice, all homemade and absolutely gorgeous tasting, we were all full up, and they even wrapped the leftovers so my grandmother could take home with her. We had a very busy toddler with us too, and they did some sandwiches and cakes especially for him and didn't charge us extra for it! The staff were friendly and Hey accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone, will definitely return.

We had been recommended the Torcefn Tea Rooms by friends and this afternoon paid them a visit. We were "welcomed" and shown to our table with a smile and made to feel at home. The building is unique and furnished to a rustic standard but comfortable. The menu is geared towards "AfternoonTea" and slight permutations of. The cutlery and China.is olso on the same theme. The food has the home made feel and served with a pleasant smile and is resonantly priced. A warm conversation with the Proprietor finished off a pleasent experience. Diolch yn fawr.

A lovely and homely tea rooms between Meincau and Bancffosfelin. A very warm welcome and friendly atmosphere, gorgous home made deserts. This place is not to be missed.

My husband & I have been meaning to give this wonderful tea room a visit and finally got to today and wow we weren't disappointed, we both chose the cornbeef & potatoe pie it was fabulous as was the dessert of Victoria Sponge & lemon cheesecake, the place is beautifully done and the staff are lovely will definately be visiting again.

I was staying in the area for a few days for work and wanted to find somewhere special to take the boyfriend when he came to visit. We were not disappointed!The whole tearoom was decorated for Christmas on top of a lovely shabby chic style. All of the tables have beautiful vintage tea sets all set up which creates a lovely homely feel and perfect for afternoon tea! We arrived fairly early for brunch and had toasties which were all homemade and delicious. Not forgetting the huge teapot which gave us both plenty of tea!It's worth noting to remember to take cash or cheque with you as they do not accept cards. If you want to go as a group I would recommend booking as well, as when we arrived most of the tables were booked. Will definitely be visiting again!

I have had afternoon tea three times now, it has to be the best in the area for a fantastically low price of £8.50. Was here last Friday 7th October and again was not disappointed, plentiful tea and lovely choice of sandwiches followed by really lovely warm scones cream and jam and a really good choice of cakes. They also do light lunches which I am told are really good.

Wasn't sure what to expect as we pulled into the car park....but the staff were so friendly and the afternoon tea and cakes divine. The best afternoon tea I've had in ages. Definitely coming back here!

We have been here a few times and each time it gets better and better. You get so much food and cakes for your money. Always home made cakes and different cakes each time we've been. Scones are amazing too - all home baked! Great choice of sandwiches and the tea pit is always topped up throughout the visit. Staff and owners are lovely. Would highly recommend. I've also purvhased afternoon tea vouchers here for family and friends, and they loved it!!

As a get together we booked afternoon tea for our family of 13 on the Bank Holiday Sunday. The service we received was excellent - the owners and staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The afternoon tea was exceptional with a large selection of sandwiches and the most delicious homemade cakes and scones. Highly recommended.

A mile from Meinciau. A gently driveway, a lake bordered with mature trees. A wide selection of cakes, sandwiches and desserts. Excellent service and all reasonably priced.

Miserable Sunday afternoon - weatherwise was forgotten by the wonderful afternoon tea at Torcefn Tearooms. The food, atmoshere, welcome and service was superb. Roll on our next visit.

Well, what a beautiful afternoon tea. The selection of freshly made sandwiches was impressing enough, but when the cakes and scones arrived , our jaws just dropped with amazement. And as much tea , coffee or cold drinks as you wanted. Absolutely fabulous. All freshly made. I can't praise Torcefn enough. We were eight very happy satisfied ladies. Lovely quaint surroundings . Friendly staff. We will definitely be returning. I would go as far as to say this is the best afternoon tea in the area.

This tea room is lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious. I had an afternoon tea, sandwiches were great and the cake selection was even better! I highly recommend. The rest of the family had corned beef pie, they all said it was lovely, as were their puddings. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated too with lovely china tea cups and plates etc. A must visit!

I went here with a friend and her daughter. I have previously been here for cream tea. On this occasion we also tried the savoury food. I chose the ham sandwich. My fiend had the corned beef pie and her daughter had the jacket potato and tuna. Each meal had a side salad. We also had a large pot of tea. Afterwards we asked for scones and received two each with jam and clotted cream. There is a lovely area to sit outside, I will definitely be visiting again especially as their prices are very reasonable.

We went on Saturday afternoon after a confusing journey. We found it in the end and it was well worth it. We had a great welcome and we were shown to a table which was covered with very nice quality china cups, saucers, plates etc. also a very nice oilcloth table covering. It was really cosy, comfortable and had a homely atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Just right for afternoon tea. the menu is fairly basic but the food is of excellent quality. I had home made corned beef pie which melted in the mouth, it came with a extremely nice salad. The tearoom is only open Fri/Sat/Sun .We were lucky finding a table as it wasn't all that busy when we arrived but soon started to fill up. I would recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment. Well worth a visit. They also have a farm shop selling season vegetables.

Attended with my family for afternoon tea, really warm and welcoming staff. Freshly brewed coffee, fabulous sandwiches and extremely tasty cakes. Really good with my children too as they were given afternoon tea that was suitable for them. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Food was fresh, varied and home made. Will definitely return. It may not be an executive hotel but it knocks spots of others in the area. Thank you!

Visited here after reading very good reviews. We arrived on a beautiful summers day. The little outhouse where they serve the tea was really stuffy so we asked if we could sit outside. Probably not the best idea as I think they forgot about us for most of our stay. Tea and coffees took a while to come and even longer for the sandwiches. Had to order another pot of tea when the sarnies did come as we finished the first pot. Doesn't come as the traditional afternoon tea usually does in the 3 tier plate but sarnies came first on a plate with some crisps and then the cake plate came after another really long wait. Meringue was definitely a favourite - there was lemon meringue pie.. Meringue roulade and meringue nests. Unfortunately I dislike meringue very much so didn't eat anything. The setting was very nice and was made better with the sun shining. Ok for the price but wouldn't return in a hurry.

Took my gran and sister yeasterday. Arrived early, got a lovely table. Served quicly. Food was good, staff and service excellent and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely return.

afternoon tea with my 3 sisters after a recommendation from a friend and it lived up to expectations, plenty of assorted finger sandwiches followed by a selection of small cakes and then warm scones with raspberry jam and clotted cream all accompanied by freshly brewed tea served in pretty teapots(yes we had2) in pretty bone china tea cups. Highly recommended

Second visit, really lovely. The setting is quaint, the welcome is warm and the afternoon tea is amazing. Great value for money, slightly off the beaten track but well worth a detour.

I met a friend here for tea/coffee and scones. I had tea - which meant a huge teapot of tea in a dainty little teacup - I couldn't fault the tea at all. My friend had a latte and it was a good size, we also ordered scones. The food/drinks arrived quickly and the service received from the staff was excellent. We received two scones each and on also were given a bowl containing jam and another containing clotted cream - there was more than enough of each - definitely no skimping on servings here! There is a choice to sit outside or inside - on a sunny day it would be great to sit outside and enjoy the views surrounding the tea rooms. I would definitely return here.

Tucked away in the middle of farm land, off the beaten track, this is a little gem if you like tea and cake!Family run, by very warm and friendly people. Cakes looked all home made, and very difficult to choose the winner. Everything is served on beautiful floral china. Probably not the best place for full of energy kids. We had two hot drinks, two scones, two welsh cakes and a strawberry trifle, and it only came to less than £8!! Their only flaw is there was no tips jar, as they certainly deserved it!

Torcefn is a fantastic place to visit for afternoon tea. Indeed most of the hotels or restaurants in the area who offer afternoon teas would learn a great deal from this small unusual tearoom. It is situated out in the country and is always full to capacity. The food offered is all home made and the choice of sweet is absolutely amazing. It is a delight to visit Torcefn and Mr and Mrs Evans are wonderful hosts aiming to please all their customers, I would have no hesitating in awarding Torcefn as the best tearooms in Wales.

We pop up regularly and always have fantastic food. The cakes are to die for especially the scones! If your looking for a rural little gem this is the place to visit. Enjoy :)

This is a family run tea room that serves delicious food. I have virtually tried everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The afternoon teas are especially good value and so nice...just don't eat a meal before having them...they are SO generous. Such a shame they only open Friday to Sunday !!

What a lovely place , loved how its been decorated with an assortment of the prettiest china , food is brilliant all home made and reasonably priced .very buisy place , always book not to be disappointed , well worth a visit , there is also a farm shop - always good to have a shop

Lovely afternoon tea with excellent sandwiches, scones and cakes, would have preferred stronger tea!. Very busy tearoom on a Sunday afternoon hence a wait, staff very pleasant. Excellent value, highly recommended. Shame the weather was not with us to sit outside......

A reasonably priced, lovely setting tearooms. Only open Fri- Sunday and will take bookings soarge groups can go. Sandwiches were good and the apple pie was nice according to my gran who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tradional cup and saucer was a winner with my gran who is looking forward to returning.Advertised as a farm shop there wasn't much for sale in the little shed when we were there and the drive was pretty pot holey so be ware of this on your car. Sign is also easy to drive past if you're driving to fast on the road. Enjoyable enough.

Afternoon tea, sandwiches, and cakes were lovley as were the scones but very skimpy on the jam and cream. Tea and coffee were very weak. Staff very friendly but service was somewhat slow.

We visited Torcefn Tea Rooms for Afternoon Tea yesterday and we received a very warm and friendly welcome. There was a great selection of sandwiches and fresh cakes and we were able to take our time, without being rushed. A very pleasant afternoon, which we will definitely be recommending to friends. Great value for money!!

Visited Torcefn this week for Afternoon Tea, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, delicious sandwiches and a huge variety of homemade cakes served on pretty china, copious amounts of tea. Terrific value for the quality of food. Lovely owners, very attentive. The log cabin was homely and in such a pretty spot -- nice outdoor seating areas also, surrounded by flowers. Well worth a visit. DR

Worth seeking out. They know how to give service and it looked all home made. My scones, jam and cream were scrummy (and warm) and welcome after a hilly bike ride.

Set in the middle of the countryside is a wonderful teashop. Home made hot and cold refreshments. Perfect destination for an afternoon drive.

Visited the Tea room today for the first time. Owners very friendly and were very helpful. Cakes were delicious and so was the coffee and tea. Well worth a visit. Been open a short time and its gaining a good reputation for friendliness and good service and of course great produce. Veg for sale also in the small shop. Hope they do well - they deserve to as they appear to work very hard indeed.
