The pizza was deliciously cheesy with a perfectly crispy crust. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left me wanting more. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would happily repeat.

The thin base pizza tasted doughy and not the usual quality that is experienced from Tops in Elephant & Castle. Pizza was missing topping and cookies were hard and burnt. They are usually soft and gooey.

Didn’t like their ‘meat lover’ one. It has very specific taste, which is caused by sausage. Seems to be low quality ingredients

I hate giving bad reviews but unfortunately it was an Unpleasant experience with a bit of stomach ache in the end. As a pizza lover, I can say that the pizza at this place is not good quality at all. The supposed edge with pepperoni is nothing more than 1 half piece of pepperoni with a horrible cream that imitates cheese. This same cream was used on my pizza which was "Cheese lovers" I suppose the only "layer" with some cheese was the top but sorry guys it wasn't enough to fool a cheese lover :) A withered dough without crunchiness and flavor.

Raw thick dough, weird meat. Not good pizza unless you’re looking for a worse version of Domino’s.

This company have taken my food voucher given to me by The Royal British Legion They state Food collected but as I make mistake on the postcode I never got my pizza i walked away try call just eat etc and they left me as all my fault. Genuine Bootneck RM my brain not as switched on as it uses to be due to service I hope they enjoy the Pizza

Worst ever service I have ever experienced. I ordered a pizza and was told that it will be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I came in 25 minutes later and was told they will just start making it now and it will take another 7 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and was lied to and told it was cancelled. This has happened more than once. Never order from here.

Food: EXCELLENT! Delivery guys: GREAT SERVICE! Manager: THE WORST! Example: 1. The website had some issues as I could not pay online. Pop up window was showing a number to call and ask for help. The manager`s advice was to order from somewhere else!!! 2. Other case. My order was late 25 minutes. While I was on the phone my order went from pending to accepted. Same manager told me she can not watch my order, but do not worry, they will start preparing now. She was even surprised why am I complaining as they open at 11am. Yes, I placed the order about 10am, it was supposed to arrive at 11:45am, now it is 12:33 and waiting...

One of the Worst Experiences I had today. I have ordered a time from 12:30 to deliver it to 1:15. I have called 1:30 to ask where my pizza is ? and Guy started arguing that we don't have drivers, and will be there in 10 minutes. I called again at 1:40 and he said will be there in 5 minutes. Finally Got it at 13:52. So, Unprofessional services. I won't order it again in future. better to order from dominos or papa johns.

BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ORDERING HERE! I’ve never ever felt that sick ordering online food! I ordered a couple of pizzas and some starters,(overpriced) everything was off we started to feel bad 5mins after having the first slice, the worst pizza, jalapeños fritters and potato with bacon that I ever tried, they took more than 40mins to arrive and the restaurant was not even 15min away from our house. I reported them through Deliveroo and waiting for a response, if no one is gonna do something I will keep reporting them til they got a food safety inspection you can kill someone giving them food in bad conditions.

The worst pizza ever! I ordered prawn pizza with spinach. The prawns were not normal size prawns as per their website photos first of all but tiny cocktail prawns. There was Only two cocktail prawns per slice and hardly no spinach and quite oily. When I called the Islington store to express my disappointment with the size and amount of prawns and also the quality the manager said “ We can not make pizza the same way as it’s on our website photos as we have to run a business”. That said it all.

We ordered the downing party deal (three medium with garlic bread) for delivery. The website says that it should be delivered in 45 minutes, however ours arrived in 1.5 hours, after we called at the 60 minute mark. The food was average as well - the garlic bread was unseasoned and the tops club pizza had an eggy smell from the mayonnaise. The service was kind of nice though - the delivery man was kind and they sent us two cans to make up for the late delivery. I wouldn't recommend this place for delivery unfortunately.

Absolutely filthy food, the beef was undercooked. I am certain it only took them 5 minutes to cook, food was disgusting. I had diarrhoea the following day aswell as vomiting. Definitely will be reporting them to the local council. They need a hygiene inspection done immediately! Unhygienic workers, touching the food with germs or either selling beef past its sell by date. I would advise everyone to be careful before they order from this place!

Do not order from here. Rude staff rude delivery drivers! Had to leave my house and walk down the other end of my road because the delivery driver didn’t know where to go then had the cheek to argue with me! I ring the shop and told them about how rude the delivery driver was and then the delivery driver phoned me 10 minutes later for an argument because I complained! £17.99 on my money straight down the drain the pizza was cold bland soggy and they wouldn’t even send me out a new pizza! Avoid this place at all costs even if it’s only place open and your starving hungry!

Stay away, the serve real bacon and pork. The vegan pizza is not vegan, it cases an allergy reaction.

Extremely hygiene food and delivered on time. Ordered over the phone for pick up was given 30-35 minutes pizza was just coming out of the oven upon arrival which made the ride home and was still fresh customer service was excellent.

Honestly the worst place for pizza. I remember when I moved into the area, I was looking for good quality food and topps pizza at first provided it. However over the last couple of months standards have dropped; it’s become so bad that I would literally pay you to not purchase anything. If I could I wouldn’t of given it any ratings but I mean I have to give it one for the delivery of food everything else poor. Many reasons why but the one which sticks out is the pizza itself, the temperature and texture is not the one I remember. Finally I would rather purchase 5 meal deals down the road at Tesco and share 4 with people in need rather than waiting for food I know isn’t up to standards. Please if there is a place to purchase pizza for yourself or family think twice and search for nearby stores that offer this. Thanks
