Food was lovely, ordered a sweet and sour chicken, only reason for 4 star was there was no delivery option on just eat at the time, this may not be the case all the time

Ordered at 6, called at half 8 asking where is my food and they said it hadn't left yet, by 9 it said it had been delivered when it hadn't and they wouldn't answer the phone, struggled to get a refund, awful service, basically keep your money without delivering your order. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS PLACE 😠😠

I We also mail and it was wrong when It arrived they said they would rectify but it will be a couple of hours I have never had a problem with the chippy I don’t think I will order again depending on how long is the duck take to arrive ???

I ordered food between 17:00 & 17:30 @ 18:10 I rang up and was told it was with the delivery driver. I rang again @ 18:50 they didn't know where my order was, it eventually arrived at 19:05 & was only warm. Never using them again. I'm a self isolating senior citizen with health conditions & can't get out.

Arrived half and hour late chicken chow mien looked rancid and smelt even worse when we thought that was all... no it tasted vile. The bbq ribs looked lovely but were disappointed massively. the taste was disgraceful the £25 meal went to the dogs and even they wont eat it dont waste your money

Seems like a perfect business ethic. You order and pay for food and they keep your money and deliver nothing. Don't forget, if you're planning a similar business venture, never answer your phone.

Ordered this evening via just eat at 6.20pm for deliver at 7.35pm its now 21.50 and still no food, called at 21.00 due to pandemic and allowing what we thought reasonable time told they were just cooking it would be 30 mins tops, called back 21.45 to be told the order may or maynot be with the delivery driver!!! Kids have now gone to bed so will not be eating food if it ever arrives. And on sure if the food was with delivery driver it's going to be stone cold by time it gets to us. Definitely will not be ordering again

Made an order via Just Eat told would be dilivered at 5.50 at 6pm tride to call them to see were my order was every time I got through a recorded voice said please call back later. Food finally arrived at 6.40 all most an hour late. It was stone cold and inedable put strait in the bin they are a total rip off spent £24.00 and got nothing for it. Please don't waste your money by ordering from this rubbish place

Pre-ordered today for a 5.35 pm delivery. It arrived at 4.30 pm. Faced with the choice of returning the meal for a later delivery and having to trust it would be fresh, or keeping the meal we opted for the latter. The food was fine, both in quality and quantity. Price was value for money. I would have awarded three stars but for the incorrect time of arrival.

Didn't deliver for 2 hours. No compensatory solution offered. Terrible service.

I came in tonight for spicy bean curd chow mein and it was amazing! If possible maybe thicker egg noodles next time, but it was still delicious

Amazing Chinese food, especially the duck and pancakes! Always delicious, hot and delivered quicker than estimated. Would recommend 👌🏻

Nice food, good prices, friendly staff. We didn't wait too long for our food to be prepared and when we got home it was still hot and incredibly tasty. All in all, a nice take away

WORST vegetarian chow mein I've eaten in my life.! Chips cold hard and burnt ,3/4 of the meal is now in the bin..NEVER AGAIN.

Food was disgusting. Chips were dry and bland, also slightly burnt, Chicken Nuggets were like rubber, and mayo tasted like Milk. Never ordering again from there!!!

Great food, haven't found a Chinese takeaway that beats it . Delivery always come in good time, would definitely recommend salt and pepper chips.

ordered from here a couple of times and each time something has been missing, this time however it was half the order! rang up and explained that after paying for all the items I would like my kids food -no apology and an equally good service from the delivery man whos reply was im just the delivery man!!! (of which after being charged for delivery I would expect at least an apology and pushing it even manners) so no I wont be ordering from here again.
