ordered very recently, have been a very loyal customer for about 9 years now I belive. However this time around, I have tried going inside the shop. I have entered without a mask and firstly they have rudley asked me to leave. WHY DO U HAVE TO WEAR A MASK I DINT BELIVE IT. #stopwearingmaskslivesmatter #nomasksgang they then proceeded to drop kick me out the store and told me to never come back I now have a bruise on my thigh big up ndl

Omg terrible, I came in to the restaurant and asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and a Murray mint, they all laughed at me and said to try another shop. Do Not Recommend!!

Definitely would not go again. Tried ordering a pizza, then the owners started laughing at me. Can’t belive I was humiliated in front of my 4 children and husband. I had to go Lidl instead to buy their 35 pence pizzas.

Can't complain at all...food is always on time, hot and tasty. Never have any issues with staff and delivery drivers are always polite and friendly. Been ordering from here for years and is better than any other Chinese takeaways I've ordered from locally

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered on their app at 7.15pm, still hadn’t arrived by 9.35pm!! Called to ask where it was, was told it was on its way and would be 10mins, called after that to be told the driver had gone past us to go to Wooley Grange, called again to be told it hadn’t been made yet... over 2hrs later!! Got dressed and went into the shop, the driver was in the shop and told me to F off, and then the proprietor also told me to F off and to never order again!!! The shop was full of customers and when I explained to them what had gone off and that i had waited over 2 1/2 hours for my meal, they were disgusted over how i had been treat and how i had been spoken to!! They did cook me a meal prior to telling me to F off and never order again, and my husband didn’t eat his for fear that they may have tampered with it. I am utterly disgusted with the way i was treat, and will definitely not be using them again. Horrible attitude towards customer service and disgusting delivery service. DO NOT USE!!!! I had to stop my husband going back into the shop after the way i was spoken to, as no doubt he would have been arrested for afray and criminal damage.. We will be finding a better take away than this shower from now on!!!

Left my ribs out of my order, when I rang up to tell them they told me my ribs were definitely there and that they served their ribs as batteries balls? I've had ribs from here before and they definitely don't come like that. When I proceeded to say they definitely had forgot the ribs as I ordered 5 things and only received 4 boxes (all of which were clearly recognisable apart from the ribs) I was told the same thing and treated as an absolute idiot. Worst customer service. 1 he and 30mins for delivery despite living up road and the last time I order from this place.

Would put less if I could, unfortunately I ordered here a few times but will never again. The last time I ordered was to order the chicken balls and they were raw (fully raw). When I called they said they would bring a replacement. I called 90 minutes later after waiting 45 minutes initially and they refused to replace saying I wasn’t right and the food wasn’t raw, even without seeing it. I had to drive all the way down to put my food right in front of them... I did receive a refund after driving down and commenting to them how rude they were on the phone and that they couldn’t treat customers in the way they just have to me. I will NEVER go back again. Very poor service and food that could have seriously made us ill. I only wish I could show you the images I have of the food

Ordered food at 17:50 on christmas eve. Was told an hour on the phone. Food arrived after 2 hours later. No apology from staff when i called (twice)or any offer of a part refund for very poor service

Big order which was ready to collect 5 minutes after ordering. The food was not as good as other places I've been. Kung po had no spice and no cashews, Pad Thai was very overcooked, seaweed was mostly salt, crispy shredded chicken was too sweet. On the plus side: free prawn crackers, the Pad Thai tasted great, and generally pretty big portion sizes. The food was perfectly edible but I'll try other places before I go back to Top Wok.

Dreadful service Told after 2 hours waiting that driver en route 20minutes later no food Told needed to speak to Manager but heard him in background that not willing to talk me I suggested I would collect if they remade the food as they can’t contact driver (who apparently has been travelling with our food for over 20 minutes) Told not willing to remake it as he has made it once - shame it’s not here !! Can you imagine what it would be like if it did arrive after 20 minutes in a car We are only 1 mile from their shop Never use this place if you want food or good customer service Now Just driven to lotus garden - much better service and food they also deliver so use these guys in future

Cold food and wrong order, when rang to sort it out got told that's what we ordered even tho the girl behind the counter confirmed it all before I left! And apparently the rice was hot when left even tho only live 2 mins away and dished it out straight away the rice was cold! When asked what was going to happen about rectifying it, the guy put the phone down! Won't be eating again

Ordered food before 8pm - by 10:45, after 4 phone calls where we’d been assured the food was on its way (clearly an utter fabrication) we gave up and cancelled. To add insult to injury the guy said he’d refund us but didn’t and we had to call Just Eat to sort it out. Such a shame as we’d been recommended by locals. Can’t believe a business feels so happy to lie to its customers. Dreadful.

This was very convenient as I was visiting a reletive in hospital and it was late evening needed to grab something to eat on my way home. They didn't have coffee apparently issues with machine. The staff were helpful thoe and service polite. Food average for fast food establishment. These places often run out of side orders thoe like beans etc which always amazes me, surely a manager issue.

Lovely staff, really liked the decor, lots of power points for laptops etc - ordered at counter and drinks brought to my table. I understand that the nearby library doesn't allow food, so if you need to work outside of the office and fancy a cuppa at the same time, this is perfect. It's not the cheapest but I thought the drinks were good quality and the staff were lovely.
