forgot my drink i rang up to tell them and they said they would send it out immediately, it took them half an hour to bring me a can of sprite when im just over 5 mins away from the restaurant

Chicken tower burger very fresh and juicy, chips were one of best in area, 3piece meal was fresh and red hot, pizza was a solid effort too, best we had in ages 🙌

Over an hour late, food was cold and asked for a refund and was told it was due to the weather. This isn’t the first time my order was 2 hours late. And the weather is no excuse it was abit of rain!

Chicken was hot, but wrap, cheesy chips and donor meal deal all cold.

AVOID. Food was 10minutes late and then found 3 long hairs in my pizza 🤢 absolutely disgusting

1hr 25m delivery for an order of 1 pizza off peak time. ordered a 14" pepperoni with added spicy beef, sweetcorn and garlic butter, it arrived hot, but wasn't as tasty as I expected given the additional toppings. it was OK, not bad and not special.

Portion size was horrible and not good enough for its price, arrived cold.

Top notch food as usual, delivered in good time.

Salad consisted of one piece of tomato top which you’d throw in the bin usually and lettuce and some white onion cut with the root still attached. Sent sweet Chili sauce not Chili Sauce and had to swap the ice cream to a different flavour. The wrap wasn’t assembled and wrapped up it was open and messy and the meat and wrap were on top of the salad.

Absolutely horrible ordered chicken tower burger and some pieces chicken well where do I start first of all the chicken burger I might aswell ordered a pork scratching sandwich as for pieces of chicken I got a back end of a chicken battered up absolutely horrible won’t be ordering from here again I’m lucky iv still got my teeth and not going to dentist

If you like gambling you’re in luck. Sometimes OK but today’s Doner Kebab with Naan bread was like eating leather wrapped in a beer mat.

Visited this place while passing not sure about going bk . Kids were outside terrorising everyone drunks from the pub next door looked real shady ... lass behind the counter could do with a few hours at charm school . Food wasn't too bad maybe a 3/10 although the wedges were gorgeous . Not sure I'd visit Goldthorpe again to be honest

Chips were wet through, everything was super soggy. The pizza had chunks of what looked like spam on it and was not pleasant at all. Burgers were stone cold and overcooked. Don't recommend unfortunately

chicken was dry and hard felt like had been left out a long time, changed garlic bread recipie which is just weird tasting overall not great

Have ordered from here a few times and always been good no issues. Yesterday ordered the usual 10 piece fried chicken a decided to try the mixed kebab. Straight away after opening the box with kebab I am greeted with an awful smell mostly coming from the shish chicken. This chicken was very obviously not fresh, cannot believe they would serve this honestly. The usual fried chicken was okay to taste but also had a faint expired chicken smell. Very disappointed and all went in the bin :(

the food wasn't great today. really under par for this restaurant. chicken fillet wasn't spicy either as requested and was strips not a fillet. the chips were hard had to leave most of them. not happy with this order today

The food came early, but had an awful smell to the whole meal, it almost smells gone off.. really really bad

Cold food. Missing Sauce. Restaurant not interested. Wish I would have looked at the previous reviews before ordering as they pretty much all state the same. Diabolical food.

Sent a pizza that was £2.50 cheaper than the one I ordered and had burned crust. They didn’t call to let me know there was a substitution being made. It wasn’t even similar to the one ordered. The kids were hungry so I kept it. I won’t order pizza from them again.

Food arrived over an hour late and it was all cold. Kebab filling was thrown on top of the pitta rather than inside. Chicken and donner meat was dry. Kids nuggets mixed with some sort of popcorn type chicken. Salad was all soft and brown.

Chicken strips smelt and tasted like fish. Absolutely disgusting. Rang to complain, offered free replacement which never turned up

Order was late. When opened it, it wasn’t even our order! Can’t get through to shop, no one picks up the phone. Eventually got through and was hung up on twice. Then had to wait another hour for our correct order to come, which I only think was made and delivered when I called again to chase it. Woman on the phone said “he’s just with it, he’ll be about 10 mins”, then 20 mins later, same woman was delivering it. Ordered at 8:13. Got our food at 3 mins to 11! Terrible service. Won’t be using ahai

Food is lovely from here but unfortunately the delivery time is not, ordered twice and both times waiting 2 hours for the food. Its a shame the delivery let's it down as the food is really good

Arrived early. Delivery driver tried to give me a milkshake which wasn’t mine. She said she must’ve forgotten to give it to the previous drop off. Chips were ok, chicken strips were very dry and inedible. I placed my order before looking at recent reviews. If I had done, I wouldn’t have ordered.

Really solid place. Takes slightly long to get here but not the worst. Worth it for everything else, always hot, always tasty, always does the job 👍🏼

This place has gone down hill loads ordered potato wedges they were like a full potato. Ordered popcorn chicken and my kids wouldn’t eat it because it was way too spicy. Chips were solid. Won’t be ordering from here again

0 star. Over an hour late. Cold and chicken burger consisted of 5 chicken nuggets on a breadcake

Bacon tastes rancid, “wedges” were literal roast potatoes, garlic sauce literally exploded and the whole packaging was covered in it

Food was not very good at all the chips was hard and very luck warm and the chicken burger was very small and didn't fit the breadcake at all and the chicken strips was ok but very luck warm nearly cold will not order or recommend this place to anyone else. The only thing that was good about this place was the delivery driver was very polite to customers

Got the pizza meal deal for 2 and we didn’t get any drinks was meant to get 2 cans we didn’t get any

Ordered fried chicken and chips, x2 sides and tango. It arrived early but the food was barely even warm. Chicken was pink inside on 4 pieces of chicken. The gravy was awful like brown water, horrible taste and I was given Pepsi not tango. Will never order from here again.

Customer service worse than the food and that’s saying something. Nearly 2 hour late. Food cold. Ice cream ordered had melted and gone all over everything. Sauce on the dessert had melted and gone all over everything. No point having a bottom burger bun it’s like it’s been out in the rain.

Rock hard potato wedges last time ordered but thought we d give it another go ….. back to normal thankfully. Great food

Good quality food. Slight mixup with order forgot to send pizza. This was quickly rectified and driver was back within half hour with my pizza and a free drink as an apology for the mixup

This takeaway has lost us as a customer tonight,ordered over the phone,had a feeling when I put phone down it was going to go wrong,2 hours later no food so other half went up to be told lost paper it was wrote on and could cook it now if wanted to wait,no thank you, easier to go home and cook, gone down hill since guys left who were there before,food and service gone down hill, unfortunately we won't order again and we were regular customers

Delivery on time what was stated, burger was nice,chips but rubbery but edible, 12" garlic bread bit disappointed was quite thin towards the middle and when was going cold it got harder/crunchier when eating, normally get a 10" garlic bread and it's usually a decent thickness all the way through

We ordered two spicy tower fillet burgers, they did not come with cheese as it states, the fillet was small and looked lost in the burger bun. The fillet had a strange taste almost fishy. We also ordered 4 chicken strips, these cost £5 and were very small. The chips were fine! Overall, it was a really disappointing meal and a complete waste of £21.50 and we won’t be ordering again.

Usually OK but when ask a chicken shop for chicken breast they tell you they only got one what's the point in even going there

Good food, Good Price, Lovely delivery driver

Items were missing when it arrived. I immediately phoned up to let them know but it took over an hour for them to deliver the rest of the order. When it eventually arrived, it was cold and not even edible. Horrible!!

Forgot my milkshake, after showing the driver my order he said he would grab it and come back. Still no show, been over an hour since I had my incomplete order arrive

Worst kebab and burger I've ever seen, tonnes of cold greasy microwaved donner and 3 pieces of dry something is not an £11 meal. Even my dog turned its nose up at the burger

Turned my order down twice. Told me to wait 10 mins and re order. But already charged me. Won't be ordering again. Food is amazing tho when it does turn up
