DO NOT ORDER FROM.HERE. Ordered currys before Christmas they were awful the meat was hard and currys was cold and dry no taste. I rang up to complain about my order and the man said the meat comes like that and didn't give me a refund wouldn't order from them again. The next day I had bad stomach from the food.

I am a student and this place is usually my go to. The food is fine and the price is ok. However, I ordered last night and my order didn’t arrive despite it saying delivered, 40 minutes later I get 4 calls which I did not realise I was receiving because I had presumed my food just was not coming after waiting so long. I called back a couple minutes later and they told me to call the restaurant and I was given no explanation as to why my food was late and was told “they’ll just deliver it again” even if it’s cold which it would’ve been. They refused to give me a refund, refused to explain, no apologies were given. I live near another takeout that ONCE forgot to put cheese on my chips and they told me they would note down my address and name and give us some extras next time we were in including the cheesy chips we missed. That is an example of accountability and a credible business. Top taste refused to do anything like this and when I rang up just ignored my questions and told me to take it up with just eat. Rude

Absolutely disgraceful establishment. There is no point in ordering food here as it will be very poor quality and/or rancid. I have had a BBQ chicken pizza from this place and that thing was a dose of guaranteed salmonella as the chicken was still pink and chewy. I have had a burger from here where the meat was tough and hard to bite through, like it hadn’t been defrosted properly. And to top it off, the staff are rude and obnoxious, especially over the phone. Last night, I ordered a meal for myself and the food never turned up. But on Just Eat it said the order was delivered. I phoned them up multiple times with nobody answering the phone and now they won’t even bother to give me a refund. If I was in control, I would have this place shut down due to health concerns and a lack of professionalism.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Placed an order online with an estimated delivery window of 30 to 45 minutes. Tell me why I'm sat here 2 and a half hours later still wondering where it is. Not even an update on delivery time or letting me know it would be later than anticipated (I understand its a take away it gets busy), no answer on the phone, or to even to let me know it wouldn't be coming at all. Appalling.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE i constantly had to ring them because it said my food was on its way 45mins ago and i rang them again and he told me he would ring me back so he can locate the driver. i got no call back. i had to ring them back again and asked where my order is so he put the delivery driver on the phone and he said he delivered it and that he knocked on my door (which he did not), he told me he rang my phone ( he did not ring my phone once) so he left it outside my house without letting me know, the cats on the streets was nibbling at my food, the food was absolutely freezing. never again will i order from there. the food never comes on time and if it does it’s always freezing cold.

This had to be the worst Curry we have ever had delivered It taste like a school dinner from the 70s, disgusting, I would not recommend,even if you have had a few drinks

I'm not a student. I guess if you're a student and it's quick and convenient it's not to bad. That's all I want to say really

Most amazing curry. Best I have had in years. Lots of meat, extremely well cooked, I had lamb korma, no fat on the meat whatsoever. The flavour was amazing. Prices were very reasonable would recommend Top Taste for brilliant curries.

We orderd on just eat mistake was made with order. Even though we order the same everytime he still sent. When we rang he offered no help to fix this apart from to pay again. So really dissatisfied and will not use again avoid bad customer service.

First time ordering from here , won't be the last , kebab is top notch and pizza just as good 100% .

I ordered Lamb curry and rice. It was very untasted food. Also had a hair inside. Spent around £15 with delivery. Never order food again from your place. Also I recommend anybody from Huddersfield do t buy any curry’s or foods over there. Because. It is very unhygienic place. .

Had the Naan Doner meal deal. It was worth the price with good quantity.

Only had cheesy chips and they were average... nothing special. Service was very slow and the chap seemed very grumpy.

Delivery drivers Propper thick and slow probably drop your food at the wrong address and walk past you being pretty rude but hey the food eventually turned up EVENTUALLY

Brilliant customer service Food was great fresh.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza, delivery was quick which was nice but when I started eating the pizza I realised the chicken was literally raw it was pink and squishy absolutely mortified, I then rang up the fella on the phone seemed polite and delivered another pizza but the guy who delivered it was extremely rude and ragged the old pizza box out my hand and practically threw the other pizza at me extremely rude didn't even apologise would not order from here

You should change the name of BBQ chicken pizza to chicken cheese pizza.

Great place, recommend the Mexican burger.

Food was hot and pizza was nice. Chips was rubbery and tasted like old oil. Korma sauce was not nice. Delivery was quick and on time but food was not great overall

Left disappointed with the mixed grill which mainly consisted of donner meat which looked and tasted old and warmed up and served on soaked nan from the donner meat . Salad portion small which was shredded lettuce and onion.

Convenient location to the castings aspley student accommodation. Open till really late around 2am. Hot wings were good and ‘meat feast pizza was tasty’ quote from my friends as I was not lucky to had a slice.

I was missing home cooked food, tried top taste based on its popularity, so glad I went here. I will definitely go here from now on, Decent food tastes like it should, cooked well, packaged well, handed to us within 15 mins. Best late night option for curry in Huddersfield. During the day I would rather go kabana or kebabish in city centre as they are more flavoursome however late night I would highly recommend top taste. The fresh nan and roti was perfect, chicken and lamb were both delicious, salad was fresh and clean.

Good kebabs, good curries, pizzas are okay but naan bread is very bad. Service is good and very fast. Overall quite good after a night out

Food was good, fresh and made with care, priced very well also. Only downside is that there was a long wait for my order.

1st time here got lamb rogan josh packed with delicious meat..margherita pizza..lovely..lovely onion rings ..so crispy and nice fries..all came piping hot by a very friendly delivery guy..all for under £20...can't go wrong..deffo will use again..thank you

I wanted keema and rice but got sent keema curry and I have been ill since. 5 days later with food poisoning still, 3 days missed off work because I am so ill. I will never order off them again. I've never felt so poorly in my life.

PLEASE, shut this place down! The food is vile. Chicken on the verge of being raw, chicken masala that's mostly sauce (and no, the sauce was not good, it's just water coloured with a red dye), lamb that's probably not even lamb as it is half chewy and half soft (not soft in a good, it disintegrates in your mouth like granules), AND to top it all off, their secret flavour ingredient... a hair. Boy, oh boy. What a treat, I had. I did not even bother going back there and telling them all this as they would probably not care at all; I'm assuming all this simply because of how they care for their food... and I also read some Google reviews.

Food was absolutely beautiful 1st time going here and we are always anxious about trying new places but where we usually go was shut so we gave here a try and glad we did my partner is bit fussy with food n even he enjoyed it Burges and pizzas are beautiful 😋 will deffo go again one star off as was bit pricey and chilli sauce was more tomatoey that chilli but other than that Bob on

I have been ordering from Toptaste for years. They are very reliable. Always nice customer service. The portions are very generous and the delivery is excellent. The kebabs are great and the Asian style pizza is wonderful.

Best Pizzas in Huddersfield, especially the Asian style pizza. The only other place that does decent pizzas in my experience are Papa John's but the Asian style pizza is equally as good here and another one I've tried which is the meat feast is alright too.

Reasonably priced and quick food if takeaways are what you need then check it out

I must say after reading the latest reviews I was quite skeptical to try. But I must admit I had as good as an experience as one could imagine to have at a takeaway. The hospitality was alive and energetic and the vibe was more multi-cultured than expected. It made the experience a lot more welcoming. I truly enjoyed the Chicken Biryani with mint sauce and shared a mixed naan with a few of the locals. I will definitely be back in my next visit to Huddersfield!

Just moved to the area fancied a kebab.first one i had was quite nice.2nd one wasn't as nice.the third one......I was sick as a dog.i won't be going back.stay away

I bought a takeaway last night from top Taste! I had a chicken tikka starter and chicken tikka vindaloo and a Keema garlic naan bread, when the delivery driver came and told me it was £20.40 I thought to myself it's better be good!, chicken tikka starter was red and tasteless, chicken tikka vindaloo was Mostly sauce and had hardly any chicken. About a third of the way through I took a mouthful of chicken with some of my source and there was a piece of wire uh as if from a scouring pad..... well that totally put me off in the lot when in the bin! I rang the guy though and he just said "oh I am sorry mate"! This place is a joke and I will never ever use them again...... it wasn't even worth 1 star

Not sure if they've got a new chef but I just had the worst korma I've ever had. No coconut, no nuts, no spice, it was just like chicken in watery gravy. Terrible won't be going there again and I've had food from there for over 30 years!

Went here while I was working in Huddersfield great shop front place looked tidy and clean. Ordered a chicken burger meal. The chips were fine however the chicken was not cooked properly. The outer layer was piping hot however the inside was cold and hard. It was very difficult to bite through so ended up leaving the burger. There was also a hair in the burger box. I won't be going back here and definitely don't recommend this place.

Uncooked masala in curry both tasted the same. Very bland. Very disappointed

We came into the shop and ordered kebab. Now I have food poisoning because It was very rushed, the donner was undercooked tasted under cooked and light in colour. It was thrown into the box in such a mess. Wish this order wasn’t rushed, as result being very ill

I got a 16inch bbq chicken pizza for a friend and me and it was absolutely amazing brilliant base wonderful texture wow it was mouth watering highly recommended!!

My husband has been eating from here since it opened many many years ago, he introduced me to curries from here and I have never looked back. Love all their curries and the service is second to none. Good prices too.

Best chicken wings I have eaten while in the UK. The taste of those chicken wings in combination with their chips (with cheese on top) and garlic mayo is by far the best thing I have tasted in the UK
