Tony's Turkish Kebab in Fife

Absolute joke! Initial delivery was supposed to be 45 mins, order marked as delivered and when I contacted them for an update it took another 30 minutes. Food was all stone cold! Waste of time and money. So disappointed as the service here used to be brilliant

Genuinely wish I could give it less but ordered my food hasn't even decided to show up and conveniently the time my order should be expected is when I can't call absolutely horrible business and just out right theft

Donor kebab dry ie donor meat and salad didn’t have any taste to them and I couldn’t taste the chilli sauce I paid for, also donor meat was not fresh , the fish was not fresh it stuck to the hard bread crumbs, so all you tasted was bread crumbs no fish, chips were also hard, that’s been 3/4 times I have had food from you delivered and I wouldn’t recommend you, don’t know what is going on but Tony’s used to be a brilliant carry out

Very poor, food cold, kebabs covered in garlic mayo despite only asking for chilli sauce. Normally okay, but not tonight. Ordered in shop and waited for food. But not good. Poor.

Just had a mixed Kebab and wife had a chicken kebab, thouroughly good, well cooked chicken was lovely. Pizzas look superb. Nope, recommended good foid fair priced.

Tried here tonight since we haven’t had one in months and the whole order was stone cold, don’t understand how when it was about 10 mins early on delivery time. Disappointed as usually the best hoggie wraps in Glenrothes

Got 2 kebabs only disappointment thing was the salad that came with it the lettuce was all brown so clearly not fresh 😒

I believe Tony's is under new management - really picked up it's game in my experience. One of the finest pizzas I have enjoyed in some time. Nice chat to the underside of the crust, plenty of topping, cooked to perfection. When I visited two young lads were getting shown the ropes on a busy Saturday night and were toiling, however, the female server deserves massive credit for ensuring fast turnaround of orders, pleasant customer service and being warm and welcoming. Best place in Glenrothes currently and it's not even close.

Food not warm on arrival local delivery 2 pounds not good

Considering Tony's in under new management you would think they would be out to impress and offer the best takeaway food and service... clearly not in their case. We recently placed an order for food after waiting nearly 2 hours the food arrived when we opened it up the food was stone cold called them back and said they would resend food arrived a second time some of the chicken in the kebab was raw and to our utter shock stone cold yet again. Certainly wont be back appalling service.

Yes,we get a takeaway very often if it's a pizza this is the place we go.

As far as takeaways go it was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Food is always pretty decent.

Just went in to order a mixed hoggie and it was disgusting 🤮 chicken was reheated in the oven and warm. AVOID AVOID AVOID. It’s not worth the money for the quality.

First of all, DO NOT buy from this place if you want a quality meal. The kebab is awful, and tastes boiled, and the pita bread that comes with it is also bad, you don't even get a naan bread. Second off, the pizza is awful, the dough tastes like it has 100 parts water and 1 part yeast, it tastes horrible. Along with that, the cheese on it was some cheap mozzarella, you could make better at home if you had over 1 braincell. Lastly, the fries are the cheapest thing you could get here, you're better going to the shops for frozen fries, and I mean that.

Got a 12 inch donner pizza was so bad my dog would not even eat it jesus 10 quid hardly any cheese utterly tasteless never again dunno how this place still open appalling tbh 😭

Ordered chicken and doner calzone and was the most bland awful pizza I've ever had. The chicken was tiny cubes out of a bag from the cash and carry and slices of smoked sausage. The doner meat was tasteless and clearly the cheapest available. Worst takeaway ever.

Love food here and tha staff are lovely

Asked for a cheese burger and chips,, the burger tasted and looked exactly the same as a rustlers micro burger with half a disintegrated frazzled cheese slice slapped to the side of the burger, the chips are dry tasteless and have a texture like rubber, basically pay for bird food. and even the seagulls avoided them on the pathway as they were non edible, shame as we love the pizzas from there won't be ordering that again

I ordered here today on just eat and in the notes I asked politely to have no cheese on my burger because I cannot have cheese. When I got my burger it had cheese on it. So I phoned the restaurant and said they put cheese on my burger and the person on the phone was rude. Since I was getting nowhere on the phone and I can't go back to the shop for a refund I just decided to add this review to warn others if you got any allergy/need a special request put in then I would not recommend eating out of those restaurant because they don't reed the restaurant notes and will miss it.

Absolutely rubbish! Avoid at all costs... Cold, dry and a waste of money!

People will say what they will, and I'm sure they aren't always great, but 9 times out of 10 Tony's give you a good meal, for me personally anyway. Highly recommend the chips and donner meat, or the half pound chicken burger.

Ordered online with a substantial delivery charge- email said delivery would be 30 min. 80 min later, still no delivery. Phoned to find out what was going on, no real help, said something about be there shortly. Phone call from the driver after 100 min, he is in the wrong town. Eventually arrived after 110 min. Pizzas were lukewarm with soggy boxes. AVOID

Ordered 7.45pm advised 8.55pm delivery, called 9pm, "we are busy" 9.15pm I tried to cancel "order on way" I was told, called 9.30pm "order on way, not all about you" ..bit rude 🤔 finally arrived 9.45pm, pitta bread missing and food cold partner had already gone to bed as early start tomorrow, very disappointing 😞

My experience with Tony’s was appalling, we ordered a 16” calazone and 3 portions of chips and doner, when the delivery driver arrived he told us he thought he had the wrong order and was taking it back to get it fixed, half an hour went by and we phoned up again to see why it was taking so long, the women on the phone proceeded to call me a liar and spoke to me with total disrespect when we told her what the delivery driver had said and she said that we told him to go away, which was not the case, now because of this we need to wait another half an hour for the order to after already waiting over an hour for this order, totally unsatisfied with this service I’ve never been spoken to that way by a person that works in customer service, this used to be a place I ordered from often and now will probably never use it again and would advise people of the same.

Had my first order of a Lamb Shish Kebab last night. It was so lush, the order for this evening will be x 3 LSK's.

Just got mix calzone , absolutely cracking, food piping hot and delicious, unlike k&k fish chip shop where the food was rank rotten and stone cold,

WE order a shish kebab with salad and sauce separate a portion of chips and onion rings when the order came it was just warm no sauce for the kebab the salad was just shredded lettuce with 1 piece of tomato by the time I got it all on the plates it was cold will not be using this take away again

Stayed for one night in this area and we fancied a kebab. I ordered a large doner. It was quite simply the worst kebab I’ve ever had. The meat was ok, but the mixed salad was limp and soggy, not fresh. The chili sauce was awful, probably very cheap and definitely artificial, not home made like most other kebab shops. I doubt I’ll ever be passing through this area again, but if I do I’ll steer clear of this place.

We decided to order a Calzonie instead of cooking a meal and to be honest I should have cooked instead. The orders we have previously received from Tony's has been good and we havent had much to question but this time it was one mistake after another. As I said earlier, we ordered a calzonie, a fernando's with extra jalapeno's which we normally order and have no qualms about it. The pizza arrived after about 30 mins and on opening we were a bit surprised to see a chicken pizza with olives instead of our order. I immediately contacted Tony's and advised them that the order was incorrect, they did offer us a discount on next order if we just accepted this one. It was an immediate no as both myself and the 'Da boss' dont like olives. I was advised that the new order would be sent out and would take about 30 mins. We sat back and waited, after a period of time someone arrived at the door and enquired if we were expecting an order, when advised yes, they ran off and a car came back a couple of mins order. It turned out that the address given to the driver was an incorrect address and therefore the delay. The Calzonie was to say 'cold' so needed up in heated up in the microwave which made it 'soggy'also one of the sauces that was normally received with previous orders was missing. Sorry Tony but in this instance as a repeat order you failed to meet you normally high standards.

Slightly disappointed this evening....found our pizza rather 'soggy' tbh..like undercooked...still tasty and wouldn't go anywhere else for pizza but not as good as previous orders x

The food is very tasty.. the service is really good and the delivery is quick and very punctual.. also they're open late..

Three stars but only because they give better 5 star meals and service to some people and maybe one star to some. It just depends on whether you inspire their hearts or not. ☹️ Gave up on them eventually.

Good food if the person, normally a girl gets your order correct. That’s three times in a row my order has been wrong to the point I will always check it before I leave the shop. However this time my wife picked it up and it was not correct. Phoned to pass on my complaint girl who took it said she would pass it on. So here’s hopping the owner gets it.

A staple for me when I visit the in laws. Sony's munchy box is awesome value and serious amounts of food.

Dropped in for a late night pizza friendly staff took 15 mins in the oven good taste . They do kebabs and fish and chips as well . and run a delivery service Situated on the corner of North street and main street there is plenty on street parking

First class as usual, friendly team and the food is wonderful, we always complement the food as we are eating. 😋👌👍

Food is amazing and really good prices and the staff are very welcoming would definitely recommend for a take away never been disappointed thank you to all the staff.

I have used this takeaway on & off for the last ten years, I went in two days ago & ordered a quarter pounder along with chips I enjoyed the whole meal this guy`s chips are always crisp & chunky, the salad on the burger tasted fresh enough & not too watery good value for money at £4 I thought. Polite enough service & will probably be using again.

Excellent delivery service. Order was all correct good value for money. The cheesy chip wrap was a highlight. Highly recommend.
