Tony's Kebab & Pizza House in Fife

Mine and my partners chips were so dry , stale like they had been sitting for a while and freezing cold. delivery driver was spamming my buzzer and didn’t give us the chance to even get to the buzzer to let them in, then when let in he chapped the door 4 times as i went to answer the front door. Tonys food is usually delicious but today has thrown us right off and i’m unsure if we will get another delivery, chips have gone in the bin and that was a waste of money. How do i request a Refund

The most amazing super dooper delicious burger i ever had. Taste 10/10 it made me its fan highly recommended i just tried 1/4 pounder chicken burger buy it was amazing. Most importantly the price is very low. You feel very good when you get something awesome that is worth it. I paid only 13£ for 2 burgers 🍔🥰😘🥰😍 I surely will try more from tony’s.

Please ask them for price first. Charged my £42 pound for two chicken wraps and a chicken popcorn+ chips and garlic bread cheese.

Ended up getting a chips and cheese last night from here and have been up since 5am with what is comparible to the norovirus with other people in my group suffering the same

Placed order online and called immediately to cancel as ordered at wrong store for over 30minutes collection. Was told cannot be cancelled even though it had not been startee to be made, had to then drive further to collect so food was cold when received and colder when we got home.

Ordered chicken kebab it’s the worst kebab I have had in my life dry burnt tasteless.Only good thing was their friendliness.After a long drive and wanted just something nice to eat.This is poor at another level.If I could give zero for food I would.

Asked for a chicken and mushroom pizza with a bit garlic and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. All I got was slop. Awful. They threw garlic mayo over my pizza. Shambles. Stay away.

Popped in here last night with a mate, ordered 2 Turkish burger suppers. Had to nip to the cash machine as they don't accept card and by the time we got back the meals were ready and bagged up. Got home to find the Turkish burgers had no doner meat on them. I phoned the shop to be told I would have to come all the way back down for a portion of doner meat as the delivery driver was too busy. Ended up not bothering as by the time I got there and back out burgers and chips would have been cold too. Not the best customer service to be offered. Food that we did get was good tho and the staff always friendly whenever I am there.

If I could have given them 0 I would have , meal was guaranteed by 9 .40 spoke to some incoherent employee to say it was on its way , then called back to say they are cancelling the order ! Poor poor customer service! I will never use this Ankara hotline again, promised me a refund ..... Still waiting ! Hmmm makes me wonder if all their RTW are all correct

I love Tony's, always have. Amazing food, pizza is amazing, donner hoggies are amazing and the best chips I've ever had from a takeaway, cannot fault them on anything, will continue to order and enjoy from here.

Always ready to collect on time, plenty stuff on their pizzas. Can be a wee bit rowdy Friday and Saturday nights, but great banter.

My daughter ordered online.2 calazone 10 and 12 inch. Put on special instructions Garlic separate. Came with garlic butter or cheese on top of calzone.RUINED.

Ordered food took over 2 hours to arrive was SHOUTED at not spoken to by a man who was totally rude , food was freezing will never order from this place again , It used to be ok a couple of years ago but the new people that have took over are rude arrogant and the food quality is rubbish 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Was bit disappointed with the Donner kebab.some of the meat was cold some red hot.portion size was lot smaller than I am used to for a large Donner kebab.was not cheap at £8 box half full.

The food here is delicious. Highly recommend them! There has been the odd occasion it hasnt met expectation which u get everywhere; but 9 out of 10 times its amazing! Compliments to their cheif because tonight he blew me away with the jalapeno pizza with added chicken n pineapple. No one ever gets this right but he did! I got chicken pakora a couole orders ago n it sadly was that 1 in 10 times where it doesnt meet their usual standards (sods law it was the 1 time i ordered it for me lol), however, they made up for it big time on this order. Thank you guys! That pizza is actually my comfort food for when I'm sad n tonight u made me feel alot better, cant recommend them enough! N side note; the cabbage... omg best in town, i will buy a salad n just ask for that cabbage nothin else in it because its that good.

Ordered off their website, website doesn’t state that sauce will be on donor meat. Chicken pakora tested like I was eating oil 🤢 phone up to say I didn’t ask for sauce on my donor meat. She said that’s what it states on your order. Explained the website situation and she was nothing but rude. Food was also stone cold and it only got delivered 5 mins along the road. I won’t be ordering again there goes £20.80 down the drain 😴

Used to deliver to us and now have restricted there delivery. Poor show

Ordered food from here, didn’t realise they weren’t doing deliveries and it was collection only, asked for a refund to be told sorry we can’t do that as you asked for collection and didn’t collect, told them I didn’t realise and now they have my money and I have no food to be met with no response, normally love this take away but with such bad customer service I will not be back!!

Food was decent but paid for two sauces..asked guy if they were definitely in bag and he said yes..got home, no sauce at all..poor show.

Order food at 9.05 and was told 30 to 45 min but didn't turn up until 10.30 lady taking order over the phone was so rude that she had more important things to laugh and joke about instead of taking my order down right as when order turn up was wrong and food was cold and discuting

Probably the kebab shop in Kirkcaldy always friendly and get a good crack from them

Sent for a meal on Saturday the food was disgusting it ended up in the bucket will never be back

Absolutely superb mixed kebab calzone pizza. Enough food to ensure there's still plenty to eat on Day 2. We'll be back. Highly recommended

Sent for a Chicken and Donna Rapp with Salad and Sauce separate " was told 30 to 40 Min, it arrived 10 min later semi hot !! It says on the Menu £8 but was charged £11 for delivery even tho it's just along the road !! The delivery Guy had to come back with my Salad and Sauce, I even had to microwave my food. 👎 Rating

Great place food is always really good, they do need to get someone a bit nicer answering the phone tho, just phoned up for an order and she was cheeky and arrogant!! It's a shame because the cooking staff are all very friendly.

Order didn’t turn up, told 1.5hrs, waited 2.5 hrs, clearly took the phone of the hook as couldn’t get through, constantly engaged. Disappointed as food is generally good! Poor service and experience, now heading to McDonald’s....

Ordered a delivery from here at 19.10 on 17-10-20 delivery said 2 hours time is now 22.05 and still waiting got a msg at 21.11 sayin approx 35 mins will 50 mins later and still nothing teied to call shop but been ringing out for over an hour totally disgusred with service from shop,been going here for over 10 yrs and have to say this is the WORST service i have ever had so definately will never be back totally and utterly DISSAPOINTED

I phoned a order and I told them in the shop what I ordered and they didn't even give me what I ordered!

My family waited 2 hours on 2 pizza’s and a chicken burger meal.. firstly the food was cold! Secondly the chicken burger was burnt and to top it off I had 4 pieces of pepperoni on pizza as I asked for extra cheese so you really couldn’t see the pepperoni! I wasn’t happy as we were all hungry... I phoned up didn’t want to reorder as I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours... the woman on the phone says will give you £5 off next time you order... that won’t be happy! £22.50 for cold food... I won’t be back...!

Have always found Tony's to be an efficent fast food service. The meals I have had have always been cooked fresh, delivered on time and piping hot.

By far the best kebab place in kirkcaldy! Little expensive though.

Food is top quality. Delivery is some times slow but other than that this is one of the best take outs i have ordered from.

Unfortunately I wasn't drunk like the majority of customers at night time, ordered a mixed kebab which was basically a donner with no more than half a dozen very small pieces of chicken and was tepid at best, avoid this place !! Rip off.

Totally disgusted with tonight's delivery after they delivered a kebab and we ordered a calzone and wanted us to Pay the Difference for the Correct Order as This Was there mistake We Strongly Disagreed with this , Having to Wait over an Hour for order as well and previously on other orders also having to Wait 2 Hrs + , We have given them regular business for numerous years, Receiving our bottle of Prosecco at Xmas as presumably thanks for our custom however the last month utterly ridiculous with Excuses of a Broken Down oven , Fireworks night , We can't Cope with the Demand , Girl on phone admitting it was her mistake but adamant we were to Pay the Difference and Wait another Hour for Delivery , We didn't want to Keep food we hadn't ordered ,No Empathy / Customer Service !! Disappointed is an Understatement ( What has happened to Tony's ?)

Ordered Chips Cheese and Donner meat probably an hour ago. Should've been £4.50 + £1 delivery but was short changed. I was given three pound coins, a fifty and a ten pence. Not very happy! The food itself is good enough. Not to fond of the portion for that price but it's not the worst i've seen though.

Best pizza in Kirkcaldy. Just wish they did bacon!
