Food is always incredible and portion sizes are huge! Service is wonderful and speedy, would recommend!

Food was very cold. Think was due to the time the driver took to deliver rather than the fault of the restaurant

Delicious food. Full of flavour. The garlic chips are highly recommended as they aren't overpowering and go really well with the pasta we had.

My husband ordered a take away tonight just a few minutes after 6pm was asked to collect at 6:30pm - got there at 6:24pm was told he will need to wait 5-10minutes which is totally fine(normal even) why at 7:15pm is he still waiting on his food. Comes out at 7:16pm with an incomplete order & being told the pizza oven is not working (also fine, if he had been told that somewhere within his 50 minute wait). Then to add insult to injury the take away bag bust while he was walking out, Would rate 0 stars if I could!

The order did come 15 mins later. The app budged up the time to saying the order would be longer. The food was fine. The delivery driver did have me in a panic as he arrived with a backpack. Miraculously the pizza was all fully intact and came warm. I had to heat the pizza up in my own as I like proper hot pizza.

No flavour/taste, really watery

Placed the order at 12:40 and it didn't arrive until 15:05. Two hours and twenty five minutes is unacceptable time for an order in a quiet period. Makes me not confident of using Just Eat as a delivery app and will choose elsewhere. The pizza did arrive hot which was the only concession I could give.. I couldn't contact the restaurant as the phone wasn't working which was also poor and I needed to contact another branch of the restaurant for help. No one contacted me back to keep me informed.

The pizza arrived cold. I watched the driver take a long route to my place. The driver was a long while getting here. I had to heat the pizza up in the oven which defeats the purpose of a home delivery of hot food.

I did not recieve my order. I was contacted by resturant to advise they did not have a driver and to request a refund. I explained I had no money to order from elsewhere and I was told not their problem. I managed to get money and ordered from a different resturant. the initial phone call to tell me there was no driver was at 18.42. I said can I not wait and they said my food had been sitting too long and they couldn't guarantee a driver would be available and to just request refund.

One of the worst examples of this restaurant chain I’ve encountered. The starters were utterly uninspired. The meatballs tasted as if they’d been simmered in canned tomato sauce without so much as a whisper of seasoning—essentially just unseasoned lumps of minced meat. The bruschetta was rock hard, as though it had been toasted with the sole purpose of challenging dental insurance policies. As for the cutlery? A true masterpiece of mediocrity. Initially, we were given utensils that could have been sourced from the bargain bin of a welfare charity. Upon raising the issue, they “upgraded” us to a mismatched selection of five different styles, as if to emphasize their lack of attention to detail. The main courses? Marginally edible, but hardly worth the effort. Overall, unless you’re looking for a laughably bad dining experience or a conversation starter about poor restaurant management, there’s absolutely no reason to visit this establishment.

Driver took wrong route and foid now freezing cold and not happy being offered 6.00 for a 28.00 when food is inedible

The bead is burned hard and cold - the Cajun chops are also cold

They have put the price up by £3 each, half the size and it was frozen with a plate of water as they haven’t drained the spaghetti

The food tasted fine but the pizza box had been carried on it's side meaning it was stuck to one side of the box witj the cheese all stuck to the lid. The delivery driver was also very abrupt about not having a code

Worse pizza I’ve ever seen driver been playing kerby with it. Delivered it upside down and smiled as if to say enjoy. Absolute disgrace he should be fired immediately. Even if it means his family has to eat a ton of beans for Xmas

The garlic bread was burnt and inedible unfortunately The pasta very salty and on the stodgy side.

Excellent food as ever always on time and always tastes great. Hiwever the pizzas were in a terrible state by time they arrived. My husbands amatriciana pizza was crushed into the one side with ingredients having come off the pizza and onto the box.

Delivery was great. I ordered the penne contadina which was actually quite bland in taste but not awful. The chips were quite hard when they got here and I couldn’t eat them. I wouldn’t rush back to ordering from here again.

pizza was all smashed up in the box . could not eat. not happy!!!!

Was ok but not as nice as when we usually eat in the express restaurant. (I know takeaway is never going to be same as dining in) Aglio Olio wasn’t very garlicky & spaghetti was a bit tough like it had been reheated in parts. Chips were undercooked. Pizza was lovely and spaghetti pomodoro was happily scranned by an ofttimes fussy 3 year old so that was good. I would be inclined to dine in here next time and order from another Italian chain if for takeaway as they do a good meal deal offer.

Just eat does not allow you to view thebingredients. I ordered Macaroni as I thought its just macaroni...nope its toamati based with sausagebinbit...im vegetarian....very misleading

Freezing food. Delivery was 40mins longer than expected and chips were lumpy/half cooked.

I was able to track my delivery on your app and after it lest the restaurant the driver went about a mile in the wrong direction to McDonalds and waited there about 10 minutes. He then went to another area close to where my order was from then he headed to the village in East Kilbride to pick up another order then eventually headed to deliver mine. The order was on the road for at least 30 minutes and is cold and unappealing. I’ve used just eat many times and request you refund me

Driver knocked the door and ran away when the dogs barking. Pizza was in a box, no insulated food delivery bag - result was it was barely warm.

Most of the food was good as normal tasty food. The Goats Chesse salad was especially enjoyed. But the Sweet Potato Chips had too much salt on them & the Aglio Olio Focassia only tasted of salt and nothing else. I had to double check the menu as I thought I may have accidentally order salt flavour Focassia instead of Garlic & Olive oil. I understand that salt is need to bring out some flavours in food but no one wants salt flavoured food. The Desserts that we ordered were delicious.

pizza came totally destroyed must have been transported very poorly- unable to eat as it is literally just dough!

On our arrival we were seated fairly quickly, however it soon became obvious that they were very under staffed as there was only one waitress and one member of staff at the bar. We waited around 20 mins for our drinks order to be placed then waited some more for our food order to be placed. Our food was great when it arrived! Portion sizes very good. The service when we got it was fantastic and the girls who served us deserve a raise as they were under alot of pressure, which is unfair to them! Note to management, you guys need to hire more staff, especially at the holiday weekend!

Both pizzas had been tipped on side during delivery, all the toppings slid off pizza to side of boxes. Ruined the meal.

Opened the box and all toppings had slid off the pizza base and were stuck on the side of the box, absolutely disgusting,never again, obviously the box had been put on its side and not kept flat

I don't know how we're these pizzas carried but all the toppings slipped to one side. And the pizzas were squashed

This was beautiful! All freshly cooked, pasta was lovely, lovely amount of sauce, Cajun chips were so light and fluffy no hard bits

Not as great as before, chips were hard and undercooked, pizza was ok I forgot how much I hated aubergines, I think if I got a pizza again it would just be margarita from here

Hi I ordered about 5.15 and never came till 7.05 o’clock very disappointed on this delivery try to cancel order as it took far to long but was not sure how to go about it called the shop and they said they could not cancel and did not have any drivers did not feel like eating it as I waited too long still said it’s no delivery but it was I will not order again as it’s the first time I have waited that long as I said very disappointed I could not cancel I have just wasted my cash

The pizza toppings had all slide to one side off the pizza

My pizzas were not carried correctly from the car so half of one of the pizzas was all over the top of the box. The chips were not freshly cooked. They were very dark in colour like they had been reheated a few times. The taste of the pizzas were as expected though.

The chocolate fudge cake was really delicious. The lasagna was nice but I felt like there wasn’t enough pasta in it and perhaps a bit too much meat for me.

Kept an eye on the tracker. Once it said the driver had picked up my order the map popped up, which showed the driver proceed to just sit next to the restaurant for the next 15 minutes before moving. As you can imagine, food was cold. Not cooled down, straight up cold. Shame as the pizzas themselves were absolutely delicious

The time of my delivery just kept changing. After speaking to restaurant direct they advised order had been lying for while awaiting food to be prepared as no driver assigned. U can’t just keep changing a delivery time for a customer that’s no acceptable

Brilliant Food, Lots of Choice On The Menu, Very Great Atmosphere and Extremely Friendly Staff who were very understanding about my autism. The staff had gone the extra mile to make me a very special non-alcoholic mocktail that made my needs which I don't drink myself. Food was piping hot and very tasty and very fast delivery

Pizza looked like the chef had volleyed it out the kitchen then slam dunked it into the delivery drivers car. No sauce, cheese or toppings even left on the pizza, all just stuck to the box, couldn’t even salvage a slice.

Arrived at around 1:30pm on Sat, not very busy. Friendly staff and tasty food! Now they are offering kids eat free 12-6pm 7 days a week! My little ones love the food! The restaurant is getting more busy at 2pm.

Husband in his wheelchair asked driver to push open door, driver said it was locked it wasn't when door got open the delivery was on the doorstep he had to be asked to pick it up as my husband couldn't. Very tasty actually only needed a bit of salt very hot which makes me believe that it was probably microwaved but that doesn’t bother me too much (what isn’t now a days 🤣) spicy Mayo missing from order and the cake that says it came with cream didn’t, but it was also 30 mins before closing so I was just thankful that everything else was good

Ordered a pizza a few times from here now an each time it turns up in s state. Pizza all ripped up and squashed to one side of the box. Food itself is decent but presentation is shocking

45 min before the place shut were told full booked not convinced, by the attitude was like they were more desperate to make sure they left on time that have customers won't be back
