Properly decent food, as always. Early and hot. Loads in the carton and expertly cooked. Love it.

Just the job for a quick and tasty take away.

Salt and pepper chips just covered in salt, noodle box very dry and bland as they only put sauce at the top of the box!

Delivery was much earlier than expected which we were very pleased with and the food was hot and delicious as always!

Food is half decent but unfortunately they seem abit greedy 4.50 for delivery is robbery

Tokyo wok has unfortunately gone massively down hill. Originally was a really good business but ingredients and cooking methods have obviously changed. Recently tried food to give it a go what a waste of money

Really expensive, poor tasting food. Go somewhere else, you've been warned. The whole carton was full of rice, Limited chicken.

We tried Tokyo wok for the first time last night. I half expected it to be plain as we stuck to chicken and broccoli but when we ate into it......WOW.....it was FULL of flavour. I was really surprised. I added the spicy teriyaki on top and it blew my mind. The service was brilliant too. I expected to wait a while as it was bank holiday and they were really busy but it was surprisingly fast. The staff are all friendly too. I can't believe it's taken me this long to try a noodle bar. Highly recommend Tokyo wok

Good meal, but stressful to park as there is minimal parking space, great variety for everyone,and good customer service

Ordered 2 meals and 1 side of prawns costing £38. What a waste of money. Chicken fine but both meals dry no sauce. We live in North somerset so have eaten or has takeaways from here more than 20 times. This last takeaway was poor. I phoned them they said sorry they were busy! If they were too busy they should of refused this order rather than sending out dry or greasy food.

Unfortunately the delivery driver didn’t read the note stating not to knock on the door and to leave it on the step. Meaning the dogs barked waking the kids . But food was nice

love the food however their website says they open at 5pm so multiple times i have been waiting outside and they haven’t opened. even waited till 545 and they still were not open? confused

Wrong sauce on two of the boxes and when I called they did not even offer a discount on next order. Have ordered many times before but won’t be from now on. Poor customer service.

Excellent food, noodle boxes lovely, salt & pepper prawns very tasty and a great addition. On the pricier side of takeaways but well worth it for a one off

I ordered a tiger prawn noodle meal and a crispy chicken rice meal. The noodle meal had no prawns and was so gloopy it was inedible. It went straight in the bin! The rice meal was dry and tasteless. The crispy chicken coating was soggy, like wet cardboard and the chicken meat was like rubber bullets. It went in the bin as well. I rang the vendor 6 times to have the issue resolved, but they do not answer their phone. On the plus side they deliver really quickly and the delivery chap was very pleasant indeed.

Absolutely love Tokyo wok normally but unfortunately tonight 2 pieces of my crispy chicken were undercooked. Very pink in the middle so couldn't eat the rest of my meal.

Very quick and easy. First time ordering from Just Eat. We received our order correctly & it only took around 30 minutes or so?

No vegetables in either box that were requested

We ordered a kids egg fried rice with pork, pineapple and satay sauce - but was a veggie box in the order and on receipt?? My lad is not very happy as has no rice just a veggie box with a few beansprouts.

Got order wrong and it was cold ruined our take away

Too early, was quoted an hour so I went in the shower, arrived while in shower. Ordered coconut sauce, couldn't taste any coconut, also ordered headshots and veg, there wasn't any in the food, very poor. Won't order again as it costs too much money for food and delivery to them receive poor standards.

My partner and I often grab a takeaway from here, for what it is it's reasonably priced and good quality. Highly recommend!

Food was stone cold and inedible

Paid £22 for chicken rice and brocoli and some prawn toast and it was just cold processed cheap chicken and like they just showed the sauce to the box and didnt put any in

Expensive, not very exciting, but still tasty enough.

Food arrived pipping hot. Also tasted so good. Gentleman was very friendly and will definitely be ordering from you again.

First and last time I order food from here, for how much I payed I did nt get much food and it was horribly salty ,, really salty .

It's a really cool place. You can choose which noodles you want and you tell the really nice staff members which fillings you would like. They quickly get the order done and you will soon be enjoying pipping hot noodles. You also get a drink when you do the lunch deals.

It has to be the worst food I have ever eaten. Noodles and fried rice was absolutely horrendous. Tasteless slop. First time customer, last time I'll be ordering from there.

We ordered our food and with in 20mins our first drive was on the way with our food! The first driver was rude and argumentative saying they had driven past our block of flats 5 times even tho someone was stood outside waiting! When we rang the shop and the lady answered the phone was lovely and very helpful sent out a new driver as soon as possible, the second driver apologised and our food was very good!

I usually love the food from Tokyo Wok, but today my noodles were delivered plain, without any sauce, despite my receipt showing satay sauce was ordered. As a result the food was a real disappointment.
