Latte was spilt over back soup was freezing cold won’t be ordering again

I've ordered from here multiple times and normally everything is excellent! However today I ordered a coconut flat white today, and on arrival took a drink and it was Almond milk. I have an allergy to Almonds and luckily I noticed quickly enough to respond meaning I am just red and itchy, but this could have been a lot more serious. I did notice that someone had put a sticker on the packaging, but in removing the cling film it was removed so I didn't see it! Just wanted to say for future refer

Food came freezing, potato scones were soggy with oil and gave me 4 pieces of bacon when it was meant to come with 2 and egg was over cooked

Always get lunch from here and the quality is amazing, portions are big as well. Friendly staff and quick service.

I ordered Ed’s Benedict and got a boiled egg in a rolls, it doesn’t take much to cook an egg, hard to Ordered from bensons to get my breakfast after night shift, poor quality

Good communication and presentation although my eggs royale arrived and the eggs felt like they were just out the fridge frozen cold

Foods nice but a bit pricey for what it is. Wish we could attach pics! Pancakes were in a nice box, nicely presented but wouldn't say it was worth the price. Pretty basic. Got a wee white chocolate tray bake thing and it was weeeee. Again, not worth the price. Bagels nice, lots of cheese. Bit much still for a bagel. Wanted to get a tuna roll for work but couldn't justify paying over £5 for it. So food is nice but won't order again, I'd personally just go to my usual places that's more affordable and fills you up.

I ordered some pancakes & a jacket potato with beans & cheese. Pancakes were so so good. Jacket Potato? What Jacket Potato, because I recieved some unbuttered bread with beans and cheese. Nothing close to a baked potato. This is twice that's happened. I don't know if their version os different or they just made a mistake, but for the price, I'm not happy I got some soggy bread instead of a baked Potato.

All food was top quality and even sent a free cake, will order again

Delivery was fast, and came nice hot and the ice coffee was so good will order again Thank you

All food was absolutely freezing when arrived , can’t even heat up waffle as if over cooked becomes rubbery and eggs Benedict came with some cheap ham and hard toast . Eggs were hard inside also , sausage was undercooked . Wouldn’t order from here again

thought i'd try toast for breakfast, i got the breakfast and my daughter got the veggie breakfast both were amazing and all the little extra touches were really good, definately be ordering from here again
