Shockingly Poor Customer Service I recently had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Tiverton BBQ I visited with the expectation of enjoying a nice meal, but unfortunately, I was met with rude and abusive behavior from the staff. From the moment I entered, it was clear that something was amiss. The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly. However, things took a turn for the worse when I encountered one particular staff member who was not only disrespectful but also resorted to swearing at me. Being subjected to such unprofessional and offensive behavior left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and upset. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but sadly, that was not the case here. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of accountability from the management team. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, no action was taken to address the situation or offer any form of apology or resolution. Overall, my experience at (TIVERTON BBQ ) kebab house was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against dining here until they take significant steps to improve their customer service and ensure that incidents like mine are not repeated.

Can't rate the food as never received it, order through thier website to a hotel. Must of been a mix up with someone else ordering from another place and I received the wrong food from a different takeaway. My issue was that on contacting the takeaway they had no interest of trying to resolve it and I was left with no food and £20 down. Customer service very poor, very rude on the phone and also kept cutting me off!

Potato surprise was very oily and mushy ( not like it normally is ) pizza was cold and was sent the wrong sauce , very disappointing this time

It is what it is. Had fried chicken with chips and "potato surprise". Chicken wasn't great but wasn't bad. Chips/fries slightly better than average. "Potato Surprise" was great though, bits of potato with spicy KFC style coating. Reasonable prices.

Ordered from here a few times in the past and have been happy enough, the quality was getting a little worse each time but the last order was pretty poor indeed. The large chicken shish was not large whatsoever and pieces were small and pretty charred and dry. Seemed like one skewer and the pieces chopped up again. I don’t like to waste money on what is supposed to be a treat, so unfortunately won’t be back.

Ordered through foodhub. 15 minutes later had a call to tell me they are too busy and I live too far away for them to deliver so order would be cancelled. Order was never cancelled on foodhub and said it was delivered after an hour. Not had any refund despite the person who called telling me I would. Has been nearly a month and nothing. This is the second time this has happened now. Don't order unless you're in the town as you won't get anything but you'll still get charged

I ordered some food for delivery. I then called as it was a little while ago that I ordered to say that either I collect or get a refund when I paid for delivery. Absolutely disappointed and it’s not just for me it’s for my children aswell

Fantastic takeaway, doner meat and cheesy chips are lovely, one of the best cheesy garlic breads around 😋 chicken fillet burgers are also very tasty

Can only comment on the Bargain bucket. Which is the only thing I had. Chips were poor but don’t expect a lot from kebaby chips. Chicken was ok but dry on the inside. KFC haven’t got any competition from these boys.

Would not recommend ordered a large and small mixed kebab the large had the same amount of meat as the small also the large had no chicken on it normally order from best kebab but thought we would try this one as not ordered from here in a while will not be ordering again and would not recommend if you are going to buy a kebab would highly recommend best kebab

Ordered food from TIVERTON BBQ AND PIZZA HOUSE twice now and both times the order was messed up,food was cold and no free drink as advertised so had to ring up and find out why . The food was so cold the gravy had solidified in the container. Never using this place again, absolutely disgusting food and poor delivery service aswell.

Found a 8"hair baked into a pizza that we had delivered on 8/4/21 I messaged the shop and was assured it couldn't be one of there's because they wear bandanas and a couple of them are bold. Now I'm thinking what happened to the pizza after it left the shop!!! A replacement was offered which I realy did not won't.

This is the best kebab shop in tiverton. no other place will ever beat tiverton bbq house. their kebabs, pizzas, burgers everything is just amazing. really good value for money and the staff are ever so kind. i wouldnt go anywhere else. everything is the best. great food and great service.

Very good diner meat and chips for £5.00 Very filling Saturday night, 18:45 during lock down. Straight in and out. Chips are thin fries, very good crunch to them. Kebab meat is nice and moist, not crunchy and definitely not dry. They don't skimp on salad. Salad looked very fresh with very nice crunch. Coleslaw also very nice and creamy. One of the best kebabs I've had

The food is standard for a kebab house and its well cooked and does not take too long to wait for however I strongly advise ordering online and collecting it as through their website they offer 10% off in store prices just for navigating through it.

I WOULDNT recommend this place to anyone !!!;; . Ordered a kebab which was cold when got it so had them replace it only to get another one which was also stone cold when phoned to tell them they become agitated . Won't be returning even if they paid me !!!!

Love the food last few orders have been a kebab instead of wrap but ingredients are correct but missing the wrap
