Titanic mix up the sauces and send what i didnt order and have started charging for garlic and chilli sauces that before were free. This time my food was luke warm

I hate people that only leave a review after a bad experience but they've really annoyed me so I'm going to be one of those. I've given 5 stars on the food because it's nice and we have used them plenty of times and always enjoy it. The service gets the 1 star because the app clearly said we get a free cheesy garlic bread if we spend over £20. We deliberately went over the mark so we could have the free cheesy garlic bread for our daughter. When the delivery came it was a plain garlic bread and they refused to honour the offer on the app despite our daughter crying in the background while I was on the phone. Stating I had to spend over £22 to get the free cheesy garlic bread. Atmosphere gets 3 stars because it's just your typical takeaway. Unfortunately lost a customer due to false advertising.

Fairly new to this takeaway, I visit on occasion with my son. Amazing food, good value and lovely staff. Never had a delivery from here but even the delivery staff are friendly and seem really quick.

Usually have good food from here however even though delivery was fast, food quality was poor, pizza was massively under cooked and tasted of pure salt and the chips had a pool of grease at the bottom and were soggy,

Just been in and bought the house special kebab and a supreme vegi pizza and fries . No salad or kofta chicken was well over cooked in the kebab 1st time we have ever had a problem from here Apart for that food was nice service good

They have a slightly different pizza base than what you'll normally get from small kebab places. The customer service was very welcoming and friendly. The pizza however was just average. Tried 3 flavours and didn't find anything special.

Burnt fries with loads of chip spice on to hide how bad they where..Pizza topping was all on one side of the pizza! Looks like the box was on an angle and the topping slipped..Pizza was tasteless and greasy..haven’t ordered a take away pizza for a long time I now remember why!

I asked for fresh chips and my, my partner and kids chips were all either under cooked for some and in my case solid and a stale. cheesy garlic bread was as hard as a Frisbee and could be thrown as one. They forgot my tray of Donner meat and three cans of cherry coke illegal.

1st time ive been here i just got a pizza. The menu is huge, i ordered and collected it in store despite no que there was quite a long wait i think just eat orders have priority.the pizza was great

Hi we usually have great tasting food but was highly disappointed tonight chips were dryed out and hard and the burger was not what we have had before wondering if different cook or different burgers had to throw half of it away

Over 1hr before they even started prepping my single pizza. Was only after I rang the shop asking what’s the delay (after 1hr) I got the notification saying prepping food. Very unhappy

Use this place very regularly. Placed order at 6 pm. Kept saying out for delivery and delivered twice. Had to ring restaurant twice.. Apparently driver had delivered it.. But not to us.. They are doing it again. Very disappointed.. I know it's a busy time on a Saturday but 3 hours not exceptable at all

Sadly no salad or sauces sent with the food which was disappointing. Other food was lovely

Bit disappointed this order to be honest salad was so scabby and I don't think the pitta breads got introduced to the grill they was stale. No free garlic bread. Meat was nice

Ordered over £40 of items,but nothing for free?

So firstly, I ordered a kebab wrap with garlic. It came with chilli and garlic. Not great. Glad I’m not allergic to chilli. If these were in separate pots it’d be fine. But the wrap was lathered in chilli. Secondly I ordered it for a particular collection. I was leaving in good time to collect it for that specific time. But the food was ready before I left to collect it. 15 mins sooner. So it was just sat on their side waiting. Not good. Probably won’t go back.

Food ok but forgot out free garlic bread even though we asked for it !!

Was rubbish, garlic bread was rock hard, wraps were really soggy and leaking

Ordered online for food to collect, when my husband arrived to collect the order had not been processed so he had to do it again online whilst in the shop as they only take cash in the shop. Opened food when he arrived home to find that a portion of chips had been missed from the order, he rang the shop to be told that they had forgotten to put them in the bag and if he went back they would give him them, he said that they should deliver them to us as it was their mistake and they agreed. We waited 15 minutes and they still hadn't arrived so my husband rang again to be told that they were out for delivery, we waited another 10 minutes and they had still not arrived, we live just a 3 minute drive from the shop, my husband rang the shop again and was told that they should be with us, they were not, so he told them that he was bringing the food back to obtain a refund to which they said that they couldn't process a refund, they took our money with no issue so they could refund us with the same ease. Just as he was hanging up the phone the chips arrived, we decided to keep the food as we had waited long enough. We have had a couple of similar issues in the past with this shop but made the wrong decision to try them again to give them the benefit of the doubt, we will not be making that mistake again, do yourselves a favour and avoid this eatery.

Very overpriced, it literally fed two children. Glad I ordered extra fries because the fries with the boat wouldn't have fed a midget.

we ordered a pizza and kebab, my wife said the pizza was ok. the kebab was pretty bland and tasteless.. it was cold when we got it. while it was not the worse meal we have had we have had far better..

Order was initially wrong, but sent a full reorder and with the timescale. Didn't contest order being wrong, gave the wrong order to us which was happily taken by another member of the household. The food was hot and tasty.

Veggie pizza was nice but I paid extra for garlic to be added to it and couldn't taste it at all which was a shame. Kiev pizza was nice wife said but again no taste of garlic. Garlic bread was nice.
