A birthday treat from my family as I’m a bit of a Titanic buff. The hotel did not disappoint and is stunningly restored and so beautiful. Our executive room was in the new extension and so peacefully quiet. We had a nice view out of the large floor to ceiling window and the room was well appointed. A classy shower room, super comfortable bed and tea/coffee, bottled water etc. And then there’s the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Attentive, chatty and obviously take pride in their customer care. Loretta in particular was such a lovely young lady from Drawing Office 2 with its lively central bar. William, the Head Concierge who gave us an individual tour of the premises explaining so many historical facts, figures and otherwise unknowns….he topped off a fabulous time at this gorgeous building. This is more than a hotel, it’s a piece of architectural importance, human accomplishment and cultural history. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Positives: clean, historically interesting and reasonably centrally located. It's a pleasant enough 15 minute walk into the city centre. Negatives: the food. We had an evening meal and boy did it disappoint. The service was so incredibly slow as the waiters were sauntering around looking busy without doing much of anything, tables remained cluttered long after guests vacated their seats and it took an age to actually place our order. I had steak, it was tasteless and quite gristly. My wife had sliders, they looked very basic and she said they were poor. Wish I'd just sent the lot back but we were pretty hungry and just wanted to eat. Breakfast was without doubt the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. The bacon and sausages were the cheapest of the cheap, nothing was hot (except the fresh orange which I kid you not, was warm). Really disappointing stay, gutted as we were looking forward to it as part of our trip to Belfast recently.

Updating this again to say it's been almost a year and nothing. Appalling service. I emailed Titanic Hotel regarding my disappointment in our stay but no one has come back to me so I might as well leave my review here. I live locally and this was a Christmas treat as a gift to my husband. We booked the deal with a 'superior' room, three course dinner and a prosecco. In reality this IS NOT a good deal. Dinner is from a very limited menu (not advertised, of course) and was just ok and the room, breakfast and service was below average. The building is beautiful and the staff were obviously struggling with the busy season but for £275 (after I paid parking too) for one night I feel like I just wasted my money. This is not a luxury experience. It's average and expensive. Better places to stay and definitely to eat in Belfast.

Very positive overall feeling after 3 nights in the Titanic Hotel Belfast. Great rooms, fantastic atmosphere to spend a good time with the family. The only point to be careful, the queue for breakfast, sooner is better!

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Neither the location nor the service are appealing. It is very stylishly designed but a bit run down. Positive: • comfortable beds • large bathroom • Iron and coffee machine in the room • beautiful bright restaurant and bar rooms Negative: • Windows in the room cannot be opened • loud air conditioning • my room was dark • dirty worn armchairs in the restaurant • Service staff are taciturn and sometimes very unfriendly • Room service for the night is rather modest Hotel managers should talk to their employees more often and coach them!

This is a must got the titanic fans. We had a cocktail called jack and rose after our titanic exhibition experience. We could take lots of pictures of all the titanic history there. Took a look at one of the bedrooms they were amazing unfortunately we had accommodation somewhere else but next time will stay there . This is an amazing hotel to come and visit or to stay in .

The location of the Titanic Hotel is really great, the rooms are big enough, unfortunately not properly equipped, no cotton pads, no ear buds. I had breakfast once. Unfortunately, our table was full of small plates that were not cleared away, but after we asked for a coffee the coffee pot didn't come with a cup. The staff in the breakfast room was extremely unfriendly. Everything went smoothly when checking out. We stored our luggage and were then stopped at the door to check whether the bill had actually been paid. I would not visit this hotel again. The adapter for the socket is only sold for five pounds, not rented out! Absolute pollution. I also can't recommend room service. The 19 pound pizza + 5 pound bring fees tasted like frozen goods!

My partner and I had a 3 night stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast, 30th May - 2nd June. The hotel is situated within the Titanic Quarter and a stones throw from Titanic Belfast. The city centre is approximately 20 minutes walk along the waterfront. It is worthwhile taking the walk as there are many historic pieces to observe, also fans of Games of Thrones may well enjoy the various window displays along the way, being that it was largely filmed at the titanic studios a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself acts as a museum to its history, given that it was the premises for Harland and Wolff, the great architects of maritime history. The entrance is grand, it gives a feel of stepping back in time, where the staff are dressed smartly in trousers, shirts and a waistcoat. The greeting was very friendly and formal, although we were early , we had the opportunity to leave our luggage at reception and this would then be carted to our room when it became available. We took the opportunity to use the drawing room two bar for some drinks and light lunch. We were seated promptly and table service is then provided. As expected, it was very busy, however this did not effect the level of service, only the slight delay in receiving our drinks, for which the attendant apologised for, even though this was not an issue to us as people can clearly see the busy nature of the premises and the efforts of the staff to accommodate. We booked a superior room for the stay, this was very suitable for our needs. The room was of a good size, presented to a high standard with a lovely bathroom to complement. The cleaning staff were very polite and attended daily to turn down the bed, providing fresh towels, water and any items this included with the room. Overall the hotel, the staff and the stay were fantastic, I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay and take in the history of the area. We shall certainly be returning. Thank you to all for making our visit a fantastic experience.

Went in for a drink, before we went to the Titanic Museum. Queued up where the food area was to be told the drinks are in the other room and someone will deal with you there. Waited 10 minutes no one came so had to go back and tell them, someone eventually came. Didnt realise the Titanic drawing room was here, until we had seen it in the Titanic Museum.

We were here at 11 a.m. and were still able to check in and leave our luggage for safekeeping. Very friendly and helpful employees made this possible. Our room was very spacious, very clean and had a comfortable king size bed. There was a hot, powerful shower with a working drain. The windows can be opened a little, but enough, so that you could sleep at night without the air conditioning (which worked completely silently). The breakfast was also very good with a large selection at the buffet or (at no extra cost) also with personalized breakfast requests.

Good location, great service, despite there being an event taking place at the hotel, it didn't affect our stay at all. The room was very spacious, large bed, good shower. If I could make a suggestion for more lighting in the room, I found it a little dark, as well as the corridors of the rooms too.

From the minute we walked up to the front door until we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The concierge and front desk staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a view of the working shipyard that was impressive both day and night. If you can possibly arrange it, take advantage of the hotel tour that provides information you won't find anywhere else. The proximity to the Titanic Museum is an added bonus.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they were all lovely. Room was spotless, I can't fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, just a stones throw from the museum. The restoration of the building is fantastic, with plenty of its original features and there is lots of information for guests to read. They do an amazing Baileys coffee at the bar too, the best I've ever tasted! Loved my stay here, thank you.

Amazing experience here at the hotel! If you want the full titanic experience you will love it. The design of the hotel was stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and dinner was perfect. You couldn’t be in a better location! The only unfortunate aspect was we didn’t have a view over the harbour. The shower was quite weak and the bed was so soft you fell in to the middle. However, I would highly recommend the experience of it.

The ambiance is unsurpassed...the bar/lounge, a former drawing room for the designers of the Titanic, is wonderful. Come for a tea or coffee, or a meal. It features a large, accurate model of the Titanic and the staff is extremely professional and may i say, friendly. History permeates this classy place....and there's a car park right across the street...

Super cool spot for a unique cocktail. Entrance is hidden in an alley just like all good speakeasies. Fantastic and unique ambience, cute little rooftop terrace, all the vibes are vibing. They don’t serve food but that’s because cocktails are the stars of the show!

I have never written a Google review in my life before. I do not intend to make this a habit. However, such was the majesty and magnificence of an evening I recently spent in this bar, courtesy of Aidan master of ceremonies BE NI ltd, that I am willing to temporarily suspend this unwaivering rule. I feel compelled to expound on what a tremendous evening Aidan put on, in association with indefoods. This was a five course beer tasting event. Each course was expertly curated and paired superbly with a beer, cider or lager, that in turn was locally brewed to match and accentuate the flavours in local produce and ingredients. Arty the chef showed what he could do when given freedom and released from corporate shackles. Between them our hosts created a taste sensation. Special mentions to the butternut squash and whiskey marmalade soup, paired with a helles lager and to the truffle Mac and cheese with banging pale ale. A night that surpassed all expectations. And at 5 courses for 25 quid an absolute bargain! Well done those people. Outstanding.
