Just returned from 3 nights to celebrate my partner's 60th birthday. When we arrived there was a lovely decorated slate with two macaroons which was very appreciated. The staff, restaurant, hotel and overall experience was amazing and we would highly recommend it.

The room and hallway layouts can be a bit odd, but that's a side effect of creating the hotel out of the old offices of Harland and Wolff ship builders. And the fact that the hotel is almost half museum is very cool. It was pretty fun just exploring the hotel and reading all the signs. The service was excellent, and the food at the Drawing Room #2 bar was very good. The location is fantastic, with the Titanic Belfast museum, HMS Caroline, Thompson drydock and SS Nomadic all within a short walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here.

We did not sleep in this hotel but we used its restaurant on two occasions. One evening we tasted some appetizers and drank some good whiskey recommended by the house, excellent. The second time we were there for a wedding, excellent bar service and organization of the evening. Impeccable service and the location is also strategic for those wishing to stay here. All things considered, however, the costs are a bit high.

A one of a kind hotel experience! It makes a great deal of sense if you plan to visit the Titanic Museum, but even if you're just enjoying a stay in Belfast I definitely recommend this hotel. To start, the gentleman who checked us in could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel really has a feel true to the era and if you're a history buff you will surely enjoy it. Their bar and restaurant areas are also divine.

We visited the Titanic museum and stopped for lunch in The Titanic Hotel Wolf Grill today. I cannot recommend this enough to round out your experience. See the Drawing room definitely, for a drink all cocktails catered for. The Al carte menu was superb and not over priced for the quality. The service was royalty a big shout out to Maureen who could not do enough for us. One of the most pleasurable lunches I have enjoyed in a while. Thank you. Highly recommend

Visited as part of trip to Titanic experience which is just across the road. Lovely hotel of old drawing offices of Harland and Wolff absolutely beautiful building Good room on a corner of building so two windows very light and airy with windows I could actually open. Was a little noisy at night..lots of banging? children in other rooms jumping up and down..I don't know but did eventually stop. It's not a pretty area but very interesting with views of building yards and gantries of H & W if you like history you won't mind. Room comfy with everything needed although no extra pillows and quilt didn't really fit the bed, I'm sure if I'd have mentioned it to staff ( I was far to tired from my full day at titanic) it would have been remedied as it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble by whole attitude of every staff member we met. don't get this in UK ! Despite this we had a very comfortable night. Dinner in bar was very nice. Just a little more choice at breakfast would have been better. Overall a very lovely hotel very clean, beautiful decor tastefully done to enhance the history of building with exceptional happy staff I would really love to revisit sometime

We stayed at the Titanic Hotel over the weekend for my son's 7th birthday, safe to say it was all hits, no misses! I can't recommend this place enough, staff were very friendly, special thanks to John (the waiter) who was very interactive with my son and Kornelija (bar supervisor). Lovely people and great to talk to. Such a wonderful place with so much history, my son loved learning all about the history of Titanic. 5* always for this place!! Thank you again!

We stayed at Titanic Hotel Belfast for a romantic getaway after being surprised with a Sip and Stay package. This comprises of a night's stay, 3 course meal, and breakfast. For the cost, we expected luxury accommodation and elegant dining in sumptuous surroundings. While the hotel itself is beautiful, unfortunately we were left disappointed. Firstly our room had quite possibly one of the worst views we've experienced - no cranes, port, sea, Titanic Museum or even car park for us...instead we had an internal corner room with the pleasure of a brick wall opposite and a glass corridor from which other guest could see straight into the room. There were only blackout curtains on the windows, which we had to draw to give any privacy and block out the sight of brown brick. The Drawing Room bar was beautiful in contrast, and the staging of the corridors to resemble how it looked within the Titanic itself was a nice touch. The food was nice, although the sides are an additional cost and not included in your package. As it is fine dining, you will need those sides. Breakfast was nice if a bit chaotic. While there is a good continental selection and hot food items in a buffet setting so you can help yourself, you have to order beans and eggs freshly cooked from the kitchen, so prepare to have a bit of a wait if you do as staff seemed very busy and it was difficult to attract their attention. I think Titanic Hotel could be a lovely venue to stay but just not for us on this occasion, which is a pity.

So much history in this place! You feel really relaxed, inspired and back in time. Worth to visit the hotel and have coffee or dinner in the restaurants, with a great view. Staff is really nice & friendly, and mainly local Irish, with a charming accent. Some rooms need a bit more of maintenance & dusting. Overall, I trully worthwhile experience.

It's very cool to live in a historical hotel. Just a dream. There is no cloakroom in the museum. Therefore, it is convenient to leave outerwear at the hotel. The rooms are a little dark and have USB ports. An adapter for a socket was said to be rented for 5 pounds. I took strawberries to my room. It was good. Large 4 pieces for £10. There wasn't enough fresh food, like vegetables, for breakfast. But good

Had a brilliant stay here. All staff that we encountered could not have been nicer, Kelsey on the front desk, Waiter in the Wolff Grill and Barman on Sunday night, sorry I didn't get their names. Room, food and facilities all 10/10 without a doubt, Could easily spend all day walking around the hotel reading all the information. We had Sunday roast and fillet steak in the Wolff Grill which couldn't have been more delicious.. Cocktails in the bar were among the nicest we'd ever had. Thanks to all at Titanic Hotel, we can't wait for our next visit! Hotel is in a Brilliant location. We went to the museum, the nomadic and had a night at the Belfast giants.

Great 'city hotel'. This was my second stay as I decided to bring my wife here for our 10 year anniversary dinner and drinks in Belfast. Reception on check in was very pleasant and the gentleman at reception couldn't do enough to help us for our stay, very professional. When we checked into our room, its what you expect for a 'city hotel'. We got a disabled room which we were not informed of on check in, but it was ok. If I was told on check in I would have asked for a regular room. There is nowhere like the main bar in this place, the Drawing Office. Its really cool and my wife was really impressed with the cocktail menu. Breakfast was good although I've had better coffee. I will absolutely be back again

Positives: clean, historically interesting and reasonably centrally located. It's a pleasant enough 15 minute walk into the city centre. Negatives: the food. We had an evening meal and boy did it disappoint. The service was so incredibly slow as the waiters were sauntering around looking busy without doing much of anything, tables remained cluttered long after guests vacated their seats and it took an age to actually place our order. I had steak, it was tasteless and quite gristly. My wife had sliders, they looked very basic and she said they were poor. Wish I'd just sent the lot back but we were pretty hungry and just wanted to eat. Breakfast was without doubt the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. The bacon and sausages were the cheapest of the cheap, nothing was hot (except the fresh orange which I kid you not, was warm). Really disappointing stay, gutted as we were looking forward to it as part of our trip to Belfast recently.

A birthday treat from my family as I’m a bit of a Titanic buff. The hotel did not disappoint and is stunningly restored and so beautiful. Our executive room was in the new extension and so peacefully quiet. We had a nice view out of the large floor to ceiling window and the room was well appointed. A classy shower room, super comfortable bed and tea/coffee, bottled water etc. And then there’s the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Attentive, chatty and obviously take pride in their customer care. Loretta in particular was such a lovely young lady from Drawing Office 2 with its lively central bar. William, the Head Concierge who gave us an individual tour of the premises explaining so many historical facts, figures and otherwise unknowns….he topped off a fabulous time at this gorgeous building. This is more than a hotel, it’s a piece of architectural importance, human accomplishment and cultural history. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Updating this again to say it's been almost a year and nothing. Appalling service. I emailed Titanic Hotel regarding my disappointment in our stay but no one has come back to me so I might as well leave my review here. I live locally and this was a Christmas treat as a gift to my husband. We booked the deal with a 'superior' room, three course dinner and a prosecco. In reality this IS NOT a good deal. Dinner is from a very limited menu (not advertised, of course) and was just ok and the room, breakfast and service was below average. The building is beautiful and the staff were obviously struggling with the busy season but for £275 (after I paid parking too) for one night I feel like I just wasted my money. This is not a luxury experience. It's average and expensive. Better places to stay and definitely to eat in Belfast.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Neither the location nor the service are appealing. It is very stylishly designed but a bit run down. Positive: • comfortable beds • large bathroom • Iron and coffee machine in the room • beautiful bright restaurant and bar rooms Negative: • Windows in the room cannot be opened • loud air conditioning • my room was dark • dirty worn armchairs in the restaurant • Service staff are taciturn and sometimes very unfriendly • Room service for the night is rather modest Hotel managers should talk to their employees more often and coach them!

The location of the Titanic Hotel is really great, the rooms are big enough, unfortunately not properly equipped, no cotton pads, no ear buds. I had breakfast once. Unfortunately, our table was full of small plates that were not cleared away, but after we asked for a coffee the coffee pot didn't come with a cup. The staff in the breakfast room was extremely unfriendly. Everything went smoothly when checking out. We stored our luggage and were then stopped at the door to check whether the bill had actually been paid. I would not visit this hotel again. The adapter for the socket is only sold for five pounds, not rented out! Absolute pollution. I also can't recommend room service. The 19 pound pizza + 5 pound bring fees tasted like frozen goods!

My partner and I had a 3 night stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast, 30th May - 2nd June. The hotel is situated within the Titanic Quarter and a stones throw from Titanic Belfast. The city centre is approximately 20 minutes walk along the waterfront. It is worthwhile taking the walk as there are many historic pieces to observe, also fans of Games of Thrones may well enjoy the various window displays along the way, being that it was largely filmed at the titanic studios a few minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself acts as a museum to its history, given that it was the premises for Harland and Wolff, the great architects of maritime history. The entrance is grand, it gives a feel of stepping back in time, where the staff are dressed smartly in trousers, shirts and a waistcoat. The greeting was very friendly and formal, although we were early , we had the opportunity to leave our luggage at reception and this would then be carted to our room when it became available. We took the opportunity to use the drawing room two bar for some drinks and light lunch. We were seated promptly and table service is then provided. As expected, it was very busy, however this did not effect the level of service, only the slight delay in receiving our drinks, for which the attendant apologised for, even though this was not an issue to us as people can clearly see the busy nature of the premises and the efforts of the staff to accommodate. We booked a superior room for the stay, this was very suitable for our needs. The room was of a good size, presented to a high standard with a lovely bathroom to complement. The cleaning staff were very polite and attended daily to turn down the bed, providing fresh towels, water and any items this included with the room. Overall the hotel, the staff and the stay were fantastic, I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay and take in the history of the area. We shall certainly be returning. Thank you to all for making our visit a fantastic experience.

Went in for a drink, before we went to the Titanic Museum. Queued up where the food area was to be told the drinks are in the other room and someone will deal with you there. We were here at 11 a.m. and were still able to check in and leave our luggage for safekeeping. Very friendly and helpful employees made this possible. Our room was very spacious, very clean and had a comfortable king size bed. There was a hot, powerful shower with a working drain. The windows can be opened a little, but enough, so that you could sleep at night without the air conditioning (which worked completely silently). The breakfast was also very good with a large selection at the buffet or (at no extra cost) also with personalized breakfast requests.

A group of four of us ate here on February 7th 2025 after being recommended by Betina at Premier Inn City centre. We didn't have a reservation but Betina also arranged this at short notice. When we arrived, we explained a booking had been made for us and he instantly knew about it. We were pleasantly greeted and seated. Three of us opted for the scampi, also recommended by Betina, and we all said, WOW! That's gorgeous. Our server, I can't remember his name, but the service he provided was outstanding and fully deserved the good tip we left him. I personally would highly recommend Actons to anybody visiting Belfast.
