If you don’t try the cannoli here you’re missing out. They are extraordinary. Fabulous coffee too. I love this place.

Quick Mocha stop for the four of us but ended up scoffing Cannolo as they looked so awesome. The Italian lady serving us then plopped a small taster plate of Arancini in front of us and we inhaled it. Fantastic! The toilets were super-clean too. Five stars from us.🫡

They were doing a tasting and we happened to walk past. Beautiful range of Italian pastries and cakes. All handmade onsite. Couldn't resist buying a black cherry cream cake and a few other bits. All delicious. Staff are warm and friendly. Clean, pretty little cafe. Seats outside.

Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to sample more yummys...

At last we called in for a coffee and pastries treat and were not disappointed. A great find, friendly staff, lovely cafe!

Best place to go in Poole when you want to eat delicious Italian pastries and feel like you are in Italy. I can't express the amazing flavours that brings back memories from Nonna's cooking. Staff like Emilio and chef Vittorio treats you always as you are a member of their family. Many thanks for the sweets and nice treats.

Words are not enough to say what a lovely treat we had from this great place. This pistachio birthday cream cake was just out of this world , fresh with delicious creamy texture made with the best quality of Italian ingredients by the best pastry chef Vittorio Esposito from Sorrento. Grateful that we have a place like this in Poole which servers best cakes, sweets and savoury treats. Thank you for your amazing staff who treats you more than a family . Great real Italian place in Poole! The cappuccino was excellent and the pastries and the focaccia freshly made by the chef Vittorio were incredible! The atmosphere really made us feel at home. We'll surely be back, thanks!

For once was happy it started to rain! We ended up in this wonderful little Italian coffee shop. The cakes we had were a whole other level and never had anything like them! Would definitely recommend. Staff were friendly, it was clean and the coffee was also very nice. Will definitely return on next visit!

What a little treasure of a bakery I found only yesterday! It’s full of real Italian tiramisu, cakes & biscotti! The man in the shop was super helpful & happily described all the cakes to me sad no labels. Yes a little expensive but all real Italian ingredients & wow 🤩- not tasted cakes like this since we were travelling around Italy last year. Recommend the tiramisu and the coconut cake! What a treat - Absolutely Delicious! 😊

Wow! Stumbled on Tiramisu Sorrento when we were out with friends today! My husband spotted Arancini in the window and the young man confirmed this was Bolognaise filled. So we popped inside and bought some Arancini and Pizza plus handmade sfogliatelle and torte del Nonna to take home. What can I say the excitement of finding an Italian Patisserie with incredible savoury and sweet pastries was fantastico!!! I see from other reviews most people love this gem of a cafe. The one poor review says more about the ignorance of the reviewer that this business, sfogliatelle is not a croissant so don’t judge it as one! My experience of the staff was very good. The young lady serving us answered my questions and was enthusiastic. I spied a very good coffee machine so will be back to sit down next time. Super impressed enough to recommend on first visit! Lovely Tea and beautifully made cake! Would have been nicer if it'd been brought to our table rather than handed to us on a plate at the counter. Having said that it was a great bit of cake and we will be back!

Not an authentic Italian pattiserie. Very disappointing. I got 4 mini pastries - 2 of each, you can see them in the picture (with a cap for reference). I asked if the pastries shaped like croissants are indeed croissants - the staff member said yes. It was a very hard pastry, impossible to bite. All of the pastries were supposed to be pistachio but tasted just like sugar cream, only with green colouring and absolutely no pistachio flavour. I paid 9.30 for 4 mini pastries, all of them were very disappointing and disgusting. I suppose the good reviews are from the owners, staff and their family. There are nice, authentic places nearby, don't waste your time and money in Tiramisu Sorrento Italian Patisserie.

Been searching for years to find a cappuccino in England the way they make it back in Roma. Came across this wonderful place and James the barista who served a perfect cappuccino and was very passionate about Poole giving great pointers about local attractions. Amazing cakes here too, highly recommend!

Amazing Visited here today and wasnt disappointed. I was greeted by James who is customer service at it's best. The array of cakes , pastries etc was a absolute party waiting to happen. Outside seating and so clean. I asked to use the toilet and even that was scrubbed so gleaming. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality I would strongly recommend Tiramsu sorento to anyone visiting or living in Poole.

If I could give 3.5, I would. It is great to have an authentic Italian bakery selling lovely products made by the owners and high quality coffee. However, with no labels, you have to spend time finding out what each item is. How bonkers is that? People were queuing out of the door while they waited for each customer to have a conversation about what they were buying. Will revisit and give 5 stars once clear labels are in use, with basic information about products.
