This fish and chips restaurant is a real find! The fish was impeccable, with a crisp breading at will, which made it an unforgettable taste experience. The fries, golden and crunchy, perfectly completed the dish. It is obvious that this place attaches great importance to the quality of the ingredients and to the mastery of their cooking. A must for lovers of fish and chips! The staff were also very welcoming, which made our visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious and satisfactory meal.

After a week of craving Fish and chips I was determined to satisfy my cravings. After many hours of searching during the previous week, looking at reviews and pictures I had narrowed down the options to two, however, one was not open. CB Sezen was going to be the one, and I'm glad it was! My wife and I were greeted by Alex, who was more than helpful and service was with a smile. I ordered and Alex apologised as there would be a wait as the food was freshly prepared (that is nothing to be sorry about in my opinion). Once home we couldn't wait to dive in as the smell was divine. The large portion was more than enough for me (and I eat a lot!) The fish was fresh and firm and the batter was crispy and golden, chips were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, it was such a treat. This has to be the best fish and chips I've had in a while. I'll definitely be returning.

Food is disgraceful do not go here. I went back to show them the BURNT burger they have given me and they had shut before closing time called them numerous times and no answer. You don’t need to be a burger shop to know how to cook a burger?

Especially if you’re inclined towards helping smaller businesses in this economy The food is always great, which I imagine is due to the fact they always cook to order; so you don’t get mushy chips or batter as you may do with other chippies The service is great, the owner is very accommodating and respectful, seems like a good man with good sense. Definitely worth popping in

We need to do everything we can to support the local business and this is one of a few fish and chip shops local to me The owner is friendly and greeted me smiling as I walked in very polite and chatty which put me in a good mood. There is a nice place to.sit while you wait for your order which is cooked freshly. The place is very clean and hygienic and well staffed. I ordered 2 cod and 2 large chips for my family of 4, as well as 2 battered sausage and a pie. I was pleasantly shocked to find that it was under £40 because compared to most prices this is good value!! Anyway he even made sure I had enough chips by putting in some extra. The fish is nice and large, and lovely and flaky with light crispy batter. The chips were thick and delicious and everything seems to be high quality, and it was piping hot. I know they do just eat but I prefer to go down to collect because I have had a good experience the couple of times I have been there. Everyone was well fed and happy and it was a very nice Friday fish and chips dinner :)

We usually really enjoy the food from here and we have given them top ratings on Just Eat a few times. We ordered from Uber Eats this time (a Friday afternoon about 6 weeks ago) and my £8 cod was old, dry, cold with an oily batter. My saveloy was very cold and rubbery. My husbands burger was ok and the kids meals were ok. I thought a 3 out of 5 star rating on Uber Eats was fair with "not worth the price" as my selection (based mostly on my cod)....then I get a rude reply back from CB Sezen a few weeks later!! It's like I'd given them 1 star!!! This is what they wrote: Please let me know if you find a cheaper place,bag of pateto 30 pound now…Don’t be selfish…Please come take ower this busines and make busines if you can?l dont talk about gas electrik and fish price…Good luck madam Because of this response we are much less likely to go back. Silly to respond to reviews like this especially not knowing we'd given them several 5 star ratings before that...
