Normally good from here Terrible today greasy and old chips reheated fish the same full of oil Not Cod and mostly batter. Binned as not edible

Good fish and cod. Will buy from here again. Ignore the negative reviews about delivery late and cold food that's just eat drivers fault.

Cod was soggy,tasteless and wasn't fresh. The chips also weren't fresh and were soggy. Portion sizes are decent and I like that they uses boxes. Not sure if go back in afraid .

Amazing fish and chips, the owner and staff are friendly and no matter how busy they are they will not rush your food through, quality and service matters to them.

Very rude staff. Charged me arm and leg and mixed up my order. Charged me for x gave me y. And in addition was very angry and rude. AVOID !!!

The fish was good but it was fried in oil that smelled bad and tasted awful. It was greasy and the chips were not very good

Food was soggy and flavourless. Portion was good but had no taste. Had to add salt myself to add flavour. Sausage was soggy and bland. Probably wouldn’t order again.

The fries, golden and crunchy, perfectly completed the dish. It is obvious that this place attaches great importance to the quality of the ingredients and to the mastery of their cooking. A must for lovers of fish and chips! The staff were also very welcoming, which made our visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious and satisfactory meal.

After a week of craving Fish and chips I was determined to satisfy my cravings. After many hours of searching during the previous week, looking at reviews and pictures I had narrowed down the options to two, however, one was not open. CB Sezen was going to be the one, and I'm glad it was! My wife and I were greeted by Alex, who was more than helpful and service was with a smile. I ordered and Alex apologised as there would be a wait as the food was freshly prepared (that is nothing to be sorry about in my opinion). Once home we couldn't wait to dive in as the smell was divine. The large portion was more than enough for me (and I eat a lot!) The fish was fresh and firm and the batter was crispy and golden, chips were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, it was such a treat. This has to be the best fish and chips I've had in a while. I'll definitely be returning.

Driver went to incorrect address. Went to 5 Dering Road it showed on map. Driver called me 15:17 and demanded I open the door I asked where he was and he put phone down. He was no very polite.Then arrived 15:21 with cold meal. I mentioned he went to wrong address.The order was meant to be delivered before 3pm.Food quality would if been more but it was cold and I could not eat it. I requested refund but the only option was cold food on list and no box for input. Im recovering from surgery so no way of heating the food kind regards
