Absolutely fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked with a crispy golden batter, and the chips were fluffy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. Whether you’re after a quick takeaway or a sit-down meal, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

I had a visitor from the USA so looked up the best fish and chip places locally and this place had the top reviews. I can see why as the food was absolutely mouthwatering. The best fish and chips I have had by far for as long as I can remember. The shop was super clean and the gentleman that served us was so very friendly and warm...truly service with a smile which feels so rare nowadays. The fish was golden and so fresh and flaky. Will be making this my regular spot from now on. 10/10 :)

The customer service was absolutely awful. On the door it said they take contactless payments and when we ordered they said they take cash only. After I said I didn’t have my physical card on me to take out cash they allowed me to pay via Apple Pay. We then asked for lemon which usually comes with fish and chips, they didn’t have any. We asked for ketchup and mayo, and they said they charge 10p for a tiny packet. The old man was talking in his own language complaining to his colleague. The colleague that served us was okay but the bald old guy was not nice at all. However the food was okay. Wouldn’t recommend

Cod was soggy,tasteless and wasn't fresh. The chips also weren't fresh and were soggy. Portion sizes are decent and I like that they uses boxes. Not sure if go back in afraid .

Very rude staff. Charged me arm and leg and mixed up my order. Charged me for x gave me y. And in addition was very angry and rude. AVOID !!!

The fish was good but it was fried in oil that smelled bad and tasted awful. It was greasy and the chips were not very good

Food was soggy and flavourless. Portion was good but had no taste. Had to add salt myself to add flavour. Sausage was soggy and bland. Probably wouldn’t order again.

After a week of craving Fish and chips I was determined to satisfy my cravings. After many hours of searching during the previous week, looking at reviews and pictures I had narrowed down the options to two, however, one was not open. CB Sezen was going to be the one, and I'm glad it was! My wife and I were greeted by Alex, who was more than helpful and service was with a smile. I ordered and Alex apologised as there would be a wait as the food was freshly prepared (that is nothing to be sorry about in my opinion). Once home we couldn't wait to dive in as the smell was divine. The large portion was more than enough for me (and I eat a lot!) The fish was fresh and firm and the batter was crispy and golden, chips were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, it was such a treat. This has to be the best fish and chips I've had in a while. I'll definitely be returning.

Driver went to incorrect address. Went to 5 Dering Road it showed on map. Driver called me 15:17 and demanded I open the door I asked where he was and he put phone down. He was no very polite.Then arrived 15:21 with cold meal. I mentioned he went to wrong address.The order was meant to be delivered before 3pm.Food quality would if been more but it was cold and I could not eat it. I requested refund but the only option was cold food on list and no box for input. Im recovering from surgery so no way of heating the food kind regards
