Worst Sunday dinner in town… we got the vegan versions, and I’m pretty sure our niece and nephew’s kids meals were bigger than ours. They advertised pigs in blankets as coming with the meal, which weren’t on our plate. When we enquired, we were told they “don’t do them anymore”. Appalling service as well, lazy and apathetic children running the place. Avoid at all costs.

Great as always, lovely not having to book an outdoor table. Google asked me to update this. They've slightly moved the tables about downstairs. Still a lovely pub.

For a restaurant that serves a pizza menu on a Sunday, the children’s offering during the week has devolved into a really poorly iteration as of late. It used to be an individual pizza and now it is a single cardboard-like slice. When I order pizza for my son I want him to eat pizza with sides, not fries with a side of the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. With a literal tablespoon of beans. Wetherspoons serves better pizza and I hate saying that! I used to love bringing my son here but the children’s offerings are a complete afterthought at this point. I am here every single week and I love supporting local business but my heart is SORE over this!

Went here whilst waiting for our dogs to be groomed for a quick bite to eat. It was a sunny afternoon the beer garden was very busy. We decided to go inside where again it was very busy a great atmosphere, boxing on the big screen. We ordered food through their app which was a bit of a faff as I opted to checkout as guest but because I had registered my email previously it said I already had an account. Tried the reset password but then said I hadn’t verified my account so had to veryify before I could reset password but got there in the end. I opted for the rebel burger and fries the mrs had boneless wings the burger was good a little heavy on the grease but overall a good burger. We are not into real ales so opted for the standard larger which was a white beer but if you are into your rad real ales there’s a lot of options.

2nd time in a row coming here since the town ones been closed. The Sunday dinners used to be amazing but I dont know how you can offer the veg you do and it's a teaspoon at most, the cauli cheese was just cauli, missing the parsnips that if we hadn't ordered extras nobody would have come upstairs and we would have been without. The roasties were hard. The only redeeming feature was the parsnips and gravy. After being disappointed for a 2nd time I wont be coming back.

A fantastic experience. As Tiny Rebel fans from the outset, we'd been desperate to visit here. We took it all in.. Beers, food and merch! We got loaded fries, which were great - Rebel ones and Sunday Dinner ones! Both were excellent. We tried several beers on paddles (maximum tastes), and a couple of pints. The environment has great attention to detail, and clean and tidy. Toilets were good too - which isn't always the case at breweries.

What has happened to Tiny Rebel? Used to be my favourite place that I would recommend to everyone. Since the city centre venue closed (which also went down hill in its last few months) I have visited Rogerstone brewery a few times. The food has been bad 3/3 times recently. The pizza last night was almost inedible. It was so tough and chewy they should have provided a chainsaw to cut it with. Service is also hit and miss with some staff trying hard and others being downright rude and seem to know nothing about the place they are working in. Poor training and poor food. I can only assume this down to poor management. I cannot continue to come here and be disappointed every time, nor can I recommend it to anyone anymore.

They used to be great (5 stars) but the last few times (4 times in a row) they were absolutely terrible. Shame that a great place is now one of the worst places that I have been to. The pizza that I had last time was awful and the service is now shockingly bad. I will now mourn what Tiny Rebel once was. Please don't come here.

Shogun Assassin must be one of the worst beers in these isles. If you can imagine one of Beavertown's lesser beers, served in a glass swooshed out with hospital bleach, that's as close as I can come to describing the taste.

Tiny Rebel (Rogestone) - the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are so friendly! Love that it's dog-friendly too, always a plus in my book. Unfortunately, I've now struck out twice trying to get a meal here. First time, the kitchen closed at 8 PM before I could order anything. Today on a Sunday at 4:25 PM, I was told they only serve Sunday roast until 4, then no food at all until 5 PM , when it's just pizzas offered . I Wanted to order 2 burgers but no dice. I get that they're trying to manage their kitchen, but this seems overly complicated and not very customer-friendly. It's frustrating to leave the place hungry for the second time, especially since the beer is so good. Makes me hesitant and reluctant to drive here for third time (since they closed their Venue in Newport City center) and exposing myself and partner, to leave the place upset and hungry, which is a shame because I really like the place otherwise. Tiny Rebel, please reconsider your food service hours! Your regulars (and our bellies) would appreciate it. ***At least my dog was able to get some food here

I normally like 'old school' pubs, tiny rebel is one of the exceptions It opened in 2016, a year after me and my wife bought our first house in the area Since then, it's become our 'local'. The staff are lovely, the vibe is always good, 7 days a week. Goes without saying, BEER, BEER AND MORE BEER. The food is ace as well. Make sure you download the loyalty app to build points and look out for their offer nights, I particularly like 'wings wednesday'

Integrated brewery, office space and restaurant. Let's start with the car park. Plenty of parking opposite in a gravel car park. (Note not accessible at all for wheelchair users). Also had a pile of gravel inside my sandals. Inside -no greeting on entry. No idea how it worked at that stage where you can/can't sit. Unclear who works there as hard to distinguish who staff were. Table was clean after we worked out you sit anywhere where there's no reservation. Order at the bar. Non alcoholic range excellent. Prices of food reasonable, limited menu. However a 45 minute wait for food was disappointing. Food was on paper wraps then a plate/tray. My order was a burrito which was soggy so stuck to the paper and was impossible to eat without a knife and fork. Not that tasty. Chicken inside was hard / fatty and the spice was all on one side of the burrito that I had in one mouthful. The cutlery was boiling hot which was weird? As we waited 45 mins for food we wandered upstairs to find more lego on the walls and comfy looking chill out sofas. No lift though, didn't look accessible. Others in our party had a burger which looked and tasted nicely, another had "wings Wednesday " which they thoroughly enjoyed. Next the toilets. Ladies was clean but smelt damp. Loved the free sani products. Had really high hopes after reading reviews. Will go back and try again. Staff friendly at the bar.

We booked a table for 4 for Sunday lunch for a late afternoon reservation. The place was packed. We ordered 2 beef, 1 chicken and 1 pork. We all agreed that the meat was delicious but the vegetables were disappointing. We literally had a small spoonful of cauliflower cheese and broccoli, the roast potato was hard to cut and dry and we had to ask for the parsnips as they had forgotten to put them on the plate. Was this because they had almost run out of vegetables?? The waiter who took our order assured us that the portion sizes were generous but this wasn’t true on this occasion. We won’t be rushing back.

The brewery with its attached restaurant is located in the middle of an industrial area, has a sufficiently large parking lot directly opposite and offers enough seating to accommodate larger groups and events. We were there with a group of ten people and ordered various beers at the bar, which were all very tasty on the whole, but because of the strong fruity or sweet taste you could only drink one of each type at most. Since the beer made us hungry very quickly, we ordered various burgers, loaded fries, chicken wings and onion rings. In contrast to the good beer, the food was unfortunately disappointing. The loaded fries were all very dry, similar to the Sriracha Wings and the Nashville Hot Burger was very boring, not spicy and only had a small piece of breaded chicken on it. After the food was quickly brought to the table by the staff, unfortunately no one asked if everything was OK and how we liked it. Next time I will try the restaurant in Cardiff to see if it is any better there.

Really like coming here, food is excellent (also available for takeaway) and great selection of the tiny rebel pages, IPAs, stouts, etc and a couple of ciders on draught. Also has an overflow carpark opposite the brewery, bit tricky for manual wheelchair users as ground is uneven and the ramp up from the carpark is quite steep, there is a drop off area outside the building which we used and then access into the building is great.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tiny Rebel Brewery and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of Tiny Rebel Brewery is their incredible selection of craft beers. From hoppy IPAs to smooth stouts, there was something for every beer lover to enjoy. The quality of the brews was top-notch, with each sip bursting with flavor and character. Another great benefit of Tiny Rebel Brewery is their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the brewing process and recommend new beers for me to try. Their passion for craft beer was evident in everything they did, and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Tiny Rebel Brewery to anyone looking for a fun and delicious brewery experience. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or just looking to try something new, Tiny Rebel Brewery is sure to impress. Cheers to great beer and even better memories at Tiny Rebel Brewery!

You expect the drinks to be amazing but the food is equally as fantastic and the staff are world class! Three friends and I turned up on a busy saturday night where there had been an IT issue with the kitchens orders. The staff were getting the regular abuse for this from the less friendly customers and the stress was starting to show. Despite all this the food was amazing, the staff were friendly, communicative and never stopped working as hard as possible to make sure everyone was as happy as possible. An amazing team. Katsu spring rolls were really nice plenty of meat in them. Jerk loaded fried were very nice, came with a jerk flavour gravy. The bar service was good, everyone was keen to help and there was very little wait, be aware they are one of these places now that wont take cash. Apart from the backdrop where you could see the beer on the production line was just really another bar. It wasnt bad just okay. To be fair I am not a massive fan of their beers, I find them a bit sweet but the Cali IPA is okay. Better than the Newport city centre one by far though. Bit out of the way so I am not sure I would make a special trip out here.

Usually love this place but the prices have soared. £5.10 for a pint of IPA! mental. The service is also poor. We waited 20 minutes for our beer and there were hardly any customers. I miss the old set up where you actually get the service you pay for.

Having a dine in on a Sat night. Didn't quite fancy a night in a pub. I love these out of hours, friendly places. Just a coffee in movie world.

Just visited the cardiff branch on Sloper road. I work around here and there isn't much choice for food. Soon as this place opened today I went to give it a try and THANK GOD I did. Proper delicious food, friendly staff and a great menu choice. That's the first time I've proper stuffed my face on my lunchbreak in weeks and I feel much better for it 🙌 back to work on a full belly!
