Don’t order from here the food arrives stone cold and stale ! Not the first time they have done this ! Won’t bother again !

The worst food in London 🤮🤮🤮 Even the service was bad, the restaurant and the bathrooms were also very bad and there was no order worth buying.. It is not recommended at all, I am surprised how this level of food is allowed to be served.

Halal option available. Very pricey option. For the price you pay, the portion is small. There's nothing wow about the menu. It's standard. Food was warm when served. Dessert was good, but again quite pricey

We did not had a chance to try the food as they cloused without leting me know. I had a booking for my son Birthday they even not bother to let me know ,so I was left with no place to eat and had to find something in last minute. Very unprofesional and disapointed. Not recomended

Milkshakes are 5 🌟 but depends who is making it because some staff members put loads of milk and it becomes as runny as the bottled ones in the shop, disappointing considering you're ordering "premium" shakes. There's a male staff member that always gets them right, super thick iykyk Food is not worth it at all. Just don't do it.

What I like the most are the milk shakes, they are very good as well as the food and they also have a menu for children and a game sheet with colors for them. In case they need they also have bathrooms.

Took my wife here honestly only thing that we enjoyed was the milkshakes 10/10 but as for the food its really bad quality wings were ok but the burger was awfull meat was really bad quality its like the burgers that you buy to put in the microwave (beef burger)

Came to this branch around 2pm and found that they have a lunchtime special which blew me away. On the lunchtime menu you can get a Burger, Fries and a Drink for under £10 but I think it stops at 4pm. They also have a kids menu which isn't on display so you'll have to ask a member of staff for it. I did however enjoy my food.

Didn't like this place in the 00s, don't like it now. The milkshakes are the only thing to go for but... The paper straws don't let a lot of chunkier foods come through the straw. We were stupid enough to order the garlic parmesan fries which were covered in a very strange garlic sauce. Definitely not in a good way. The burgers... Yeah, don't waste your time. You could go to a competitor spot and get better food with a few less variations (like 5 guys) and really get your money's worth. Hadn't been in 10 years. I found wait another 20 and still be ok with not going again.

Average experience. Staff were friendly but food was slow (there were only three table busy during a quiet weekday lunchtime). Crispy chicken burger was very good, with lots of delicious sauce. Turkey hotdog was also a hit. Drink came in a can with no glass or ice...

To be honest it was not the best experience. It was my first time and I wasn't too pleased with the burger. I got a defrosted burger which I was not happy with at all. The waiter came to take my burger away. I asked for a refund and still waiting for it, 2 weeks later...

Soooo slooooow! Literally 5 minutes waiting for someone to bother taking an order, took £6.75 for a hot dog. I then waited for 25 minutes with my son who quickly ran out of patience. Ended up just walking out because there was no-one aro to ask what is going on. Luckily they are right next to the Burger King, where staff smile, speak clearly and give you good food in about 5 minutes.

The food was decent however the toilets were terrible, pretty sure they've never cleaned it

Really bad customer service. Waiter took ages to come and take order after calling out few times. Not even busy. Most chatting in the reception area. Burgers were warm and fries coldish! Farringdon branch is Much better. Will not be comming back here!

Good location if you are looking for food before or after the cinema. Great chicken wings and good burger for the price. Shakes were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered using the QR code on the table and was very quick and easy paying online if you are in a rush. Recommend.

Disappointed with the out dated venue. Also the last time I come here u used to have lamb chops. Now you don't really have a variety of food. Really Disappointed.

Very nice place, we have been today and celebrated my birthday with my sis and my kids, very nice and friendly staff, kids had lots of fun and yummy ice cream.

It depends on your preference but overall a fun place to eat. The decor might not be the most tasteful (though you'll enjoy the music if you grew up in the 2000s) and the toilets despite being clean could use some attention, but the food makes up for it. The milkshakes are great too, and you'll leave the place feeling full for a good price. It's possible they're short on staff because the waitors seemed very busy even when the place was not very full, but we were still seated and served quickly. It was clean and comfortable, there was lots of space between customers at the time we came, staff are helpful and they let you take home leftovers. The place also stays open slightly longer than the shops around it so it makes for a great end of the day before you go home. There was also a small 'VIP area' in one section of the restaurant so it might be nice to sit there if you come with a group.

Usual good service and food so happy to be there. I would like to see more vegan options including the shakes.

I'm coming here with my husband, we had to order and pay online and the food took more than 40 minutes, no plates, no cutlery, no napkins nothing on the table, bad bad service..very bad service and the restaurant no are busy

Went Monday evening with my two small kids. Dull and depressing atmosphere...service not that great either. ..take ages to serve food considering how quiet it was. never again I'm afraid 👎

Had a mango 🥭 milkshake which for me was a bit too thick but my friend loves it like that. The restaurant was clean and tidy but the ladies toilet could do with some attention. The toilet bowl 🚽 is stained black at the bottom of the bowl and either needs changing or some serious cleaning.

Almost fascinating to see that someone actually made an effort to build a restaurant just to serve "iceland" quality frozen burgers and warm coke. If I would be on a road trip in America and bump into a diner like this I would turn my car around and cancel my holiday. The nachos the only thing you would think it can't be that bad caused a bigger PTSD during the years bigger then brexit and the pandemic combined.

I bought the Don burger meal with cheesy fries for takeaway. When I got home the meal tasted like it had been microwaved. I called up to tell them this and was told the reason it tasted like it that is because it had been microwaved. I told them this is unacceptable for a meal costing nearly £15. The guy on the phone said to come in with my receipt and he would give me a refund. When I came back the next day I explained the situation to the waitress who called her manager as he wasn't in. The manager told me he would not honour the refund as all his food is fresh and that I'm trying to scam him. I would not recommend this place as it is not up to standard and the manager has no idea what it means to be a descent human being let alone run a restaurant. Tinseltown in Hampstead was lovely on the other hand, it's a shame it closed down.

Social distance was really encouraged/followed by the restaurant BUT there were only 2 people serving and they stayed sooo far away, never attended to tables so every time we needed something, we had to get up & find them so we can have something done. The whole menu has changed & the food isn't as flavourful. Their boneless chicken tasted like nothing, it was frozen food not fresh so it was rubbery. They have THE BEST milkshake.. Skittles!! But it's not on the menu so you have to ask.

Burger are so nice and juicy. I wont lie they don't look amazing and are kinda small but they taste great. The garlic sauce is the best but dont waste your money on cheesy chip. It's better to get the chunky chips with cheese on top TRUST ME

My every time to go to place to get some 'American Dine In' food. Been here almost 15 to 20 times, with the service being exceptional each time, the people who help with your food are genuinely nice and friendly people, and the location itself is very convenient. Food is always on point.

Staff not very friendly and food offer extremely reduced. The food was hot and fresh that was one positive and the milk shake was good. Is be very surprised if this place makes it through to next year as we went on a Saturday lunchtime and the place was empty!!!

The waitress tonight was so miserable. Service was slow. More delivery drivers than customers. In my opinion you can get better value elsewhere. I had desert which was nice.

Very nice food, one of the best burgers I’ve had. I’d recommend the double chicken burger, the only problem is the slow service, if they made their service quicker, a lot more customers would walk out with more smiles on their face. Other than that, everything is great

This was the go-to junk food spot when I was younger, as it is a little on the pricier side. The buffalo wings in bbq glaze are deliciously sweet and sticky, while the piri piri wings are tasty and fiery hot. The milkshakes and sundaes here are good too, ultimate gluttony. The only thing I would rate it downwards for is the tacky siren and happy-birthday video that seems to go off every ten minutes. I get that people spend their birthdays here but put them in a private booth away from casual diners. It’s too cringey... every time.

I will never step in this restaurant or call it however the assistant manager was a rudest human being ever and he was Italian I guess the way how he speaks with ponytail my little son was asking for another glass of water he answered him with language barrier until I got involved still he didn’t want calm down he seemed so stressed and angry I guess he was on drugs a person like this shouldn’t be giving a responsibility in busy restaurant which he can’t afford to provide a service and do his job

They hardly had anything so me and my wife had to settle for ribs that was over done not a good place to depart from my money which was a shame

Food is not worth the price, could of made it better at home.

It is strategically place right beside Cineworld cinema inside the Wood Green Shopping centre North London. The food is above average serving the usual burger and fries but has the same excitable atmosphere as TGI Fridays especially where there are family, work and friend groups dining out together.

One of the best places for this type of food.

You can get food delivered via ubereat, they might deliver to the wrong address which if you are ordering is not great. But if you are receiving! FREE FOOD! Who doesn't like free food eh! The burger was actually quite good, decent size had some flavour, the chips were normal nothing special. Great treat during lunch time specially when u get it unexpectedly. Again....soon?

Food average, service average, pretty average Sunday spent here. Dined for 2, ordered strips, and chicken and waffles meals with two milkshakes. Food was alright, nothing special despite expecting more from an American restaurant. Milkshakes were good, however! Service okay, waiter did bring us food without any cutlery. Sat waiting for cutlery until they got our attention and also waited a bit for the bill when it was not busy at all. Syrup was forgotten on the chicken and waffles also. Just average meal. It's not great, nor bad, just average.

Awful. I went twice and got sick both times, apparently it’s not very sanitary. I was on a double date with my friend, which ended in me running to the bathroom for 20 minutes at a time. The decoration is lovely but you can see staff is overworked and sweaty(which is a sign of food poisoning). Also there’s a charge for every sauce, 60-90p for a little bit of sauce. I tried to order online through Uber eats, their chicken and waffle is just a waffle with 3 dry fried chicken bits. It's supposed to be served with maple syrup but I was given agave, not the worse part of it since agave syrup is quite nice aswell. I added garlic mayo but it never arrived. I also ordered the cheesecake which tastes plastic ,(not sure what ingredients they use) but for £6 I can go and have grade-A cheesecake from Covent garden. Did not feel appreciated at all. Management staff is not caring or professional

customer service is too slow. Drink was served right after we ordered it however actual food served 20 minutes later. Hence no acid in the drink.

This place is not what it used to be, food was OK but took about 1 hour for it to arrive bearing in mind there were only about 5 tables occupied. Slow customer service, only 2 waiters/waitresses serving everyone. Doubt I'll go again 😔

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. We’ve been going to Tinseltown Wood Green every now and then since it opened. Usually after a film next door at Cineworld. Sadly it’s gone downhill and down some more over the years and tonight is it. The last time. Never again. The menu is poor. The food is poor. The cleanliness is poor. My only star is for the staff who are pleasant and friendly in the face of adversity.

The lady in the woodgreen branch was so rude. We got up to order after a while and she said rudely 'she'll come to us' in a very grumpy manner. After waiting another 20 minutes - we just left after feeling ignored. Plus we were very hungry after returning from gym. Thank god for Ezra Kitchen which saved the day. Will never return to tinsil in woodgreen again- would not recommend. They should learn from the Gants Hill branch about customer service.

My first order with Tinseltown though deliveroo. Where shall I start? I was waiting for my order for 1,5 hours! In mean time I spoke to customer service representative about time issue and so made it very clear I DID NOT WANT MY FOOD TO BE COLD. I found this service absolutely horrific! Both my burgers were cold and both fries were soggy. If I wanted to eat cold fries I would made them my self yesterday. I can see many feedback about slow process even ordering at the restaurant. Instead of copy and paste your automatic reply referring how you take pride in customer service and asking for emailing directly stop wasting our time and your time and do something. This was my first online order with Tinseltown, I visited couple of branches in London have to say there is always some problem and time is always one of them. I never visited any branch more then once.
