Good variety. Listed opening hours need amended as on a few occasions I have dandered down for a fish supper only to find the place closed although Google has it listed as open until 8pm

Got from Tim’s tonight and was a total waste and it is currently in the bin I have taken pictures to send to the owner tomorrow when they reopen The fish was hard and dry under the batter The batter was swimming in oil Waste of money

Wasn't really impressed with food. Didn't like table layout. However my choice not to return . Staff friendly enough.

One of the best Chippers in North Down. Always consistent with quality, and great staff. Service was provided professionally and without delay. Great place worthy of 5 star rating

Amazing food, chicken Strips gorgeous, steakette absolutely beautiful and cooked amazingly. Pastie was a bit spicy but tasty.

Placed an order for collection. On arrival the staff where very pleasant. But the staff member who was making my order up was cleaning a cabinet and then finished my order touching food with her bare hands which she hadn't washed after cleaning🤦🤦. Hygiene in my eyes are paramount especially where food is concerned. Couldn't eat what I had ordered because of what I witnessed😔. Makes me wonder 🧐what else they do which is totally a big NO NO. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Food was lovely just a bit too greasy but fish tasted great I phoned for delivery at 5.50 and was told it would be 30/45 mins I phoned at 6.55 and was told it was next to be delivered it arrived at 7.30 totally unacceptable wait times sorry

Was lovely. Nice to have fresh battered fish rather than pre prepped stuff. Chips were lovely. Scraps once asked for where accommodated for and they were great. Much appreciated from a geordie. Thanks heaps. Lovely chips,thick flakey cod and good batter not soggy and scraps. Proper mint man lol. Thank you very much . Excellent phone manner also . I will certainly re order thanks heaps 😊

Always go to Tim's but very disappointed for the second time in a row. Got Taco Chip which is usually so tasty and filling. Tonight the Mince was tasteless with just a small blob of taco sauce. Smaller portion. Chips were just ok.

I've always went to Tim's when I am driving through Newtownards, the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and helpful, a great example of a family run business.

Went in for a trial managed to stay an hour and had to go..the only place I've known to make u put your phone in a bucket with the rest pans arent wiped down that often and when trying to bag food was told no only him and his wife do it like fair enough if yous have your roles set but ask for a cleaner if that's really what your looking were friendly at the start but too much whispering going on between him and the wife..food looks good and nice enough to customers so couldn't say anything really bad about them just wouldnt reccomend if you've worked in other chippys

Pastie supper, sausage supper ,fish and chips,burgers,sit in area.friendly owner and staff. Stocking Maine bottled lemonade good county Antrim stuff . The complete carryout. Cocoa coala memoribalia amazing. Carpark a few steps from the door.

Wouldn't get a pastie from anywhere else curry is tasty and customer service is outstanding

A popular place, can get very busy and with good reason. Never had a bad meal from this place, prices are pretty reasonable, around average chippy prices. Great staff too. Definitely recommend it

I would never be ordering from this place again took them over two hours just to deliver my food , and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I was ringing to see when it would arrive. When they haven’t even made it yet!!!! The worse service I’ve ever experienced and I work in a restaurant and know what it’s like to be busy but you never make a customer wait two hours!!!!!!!

So nice, we couldn’t find anything open on a Tuesday night. We found them 2 mins before they closed, expecting them to turn us away they made us food happily!!!! Will come back recommend them not only for food but service!!!!

I was with my Family there(3Kids) last year in October, we are from Berlin ,Germany. We were looking for Lunch, and then we went in here. It was great and very nice. When we come again to Northern Ireland, we will join here at Tim's. 👍🏼👍🏼😋

Love Tim's I think it sells the best chips in Ards and prices great. Does a delivery service also. Car park beside free parking after six o'clock. Very nice staff and really efficient and clean.

We phoned in for a delivery at 5.45 it is now 7.55 and still waiting over 2hrs is just ridiculous phoned twice there reply we r busy as we were closed for 2 weeks !!! That is not your customers problem 😡 won't be back!!!!
