Waited over 2 hours for food that wasn’t what we ordered then was made to wait another hour for food that came cold would never order again avoid this place at all costs!!

Rubbish i was hoping for a great burger, I ordered munch box 2, which is supposedly a superstar burger which is 2 smashed pattys, these were normal cheap pizza place burgers, donner meat was freezing cold, chicken tenders dripping in cheap bbq sauce. This was so disappointing especially considering these are competition for good takeaways like munchies on Halifax Rd. For the price I'd have preferred to go for a drive and go to 5guys or urban burger in Rotherham.

Been down really good food especially the burgers and lotus milkshake got served well and staff really polite I would recommend everyone to go down check the delicious food 😋😋💯

We ordered munch box 1 and oh my god the food looked like it needs life support. The donner was chewy dry and unflavoured and then the chicken strips where undercooked and dry as dry can be and the fillet burger was even more dry too. It was like eating unflavoured rubber. The only good thing was the curly fries. If you’re looking to eat at a new place in Sheffield never try this place. Run far far away from this place

I ordered food from Timmys the wrong item was delivered then secondly my food was burt! Tried calling the explain but unfortunately not great customer service!! If you fancy a burnt burger feel free to order!

Avoid at all costs! Sorry but what is this! Ordered nachos and got this , that’s the entire portion, then cheese sauce tub and salsa. Did you run out of nachos and decide if you smashed them they’d look like more? Cold chips and cold curly fries too.

Disgusting service. Had food missing on an order and cold chips. Refused to redeliver missing/cold items, only offered a discount off next order which we obviously wouldn't do.

Order takeaway fairly regular order correct service is reasonably quick

Ordered my food for 11.99, got food on offer from a message ,said they would charge me 14.90 on call, then canceled the call, showed up and charged me £16, I don't know what they're trying to do.

Best pizzas about, all their food is good quality, if you like garlic, ask far, wazzas special garlic. Omg you won't be disappointed, it's amazing. I recommend a bbq base, meat feast pizza with a tub of wazzas special garlic sauce, and some chips

Food was ready when I arrived to collect but the wrap should have had ketchup on it had a different sauce, I ordered dinner meat on a burger and paid for it that was missing off what we did receive was ok

If I could put 0 stars i would Ordered my food waited over an hour for my delivery for my delivery to turn up wrong to what I ordered I rang the restaurant who then told me 10 minutes and they were only replacing the missing item of delivery so the rest of the burger is going cold while I wait for the toppings arriving then 35 minutes later still not arrived and rang back to be told yet another 15 minutes and phone put down on me would not recommended this takeaway customer service is shocking

customer service is awful "delivery is on its way" over 1 hour late, icecream came melted was like water, milkshakes turned to water everything inedible asked for a refund shop declined, phoned to complain "nothing they can do they are busy".. delivery driver was rude just walked away didn't say anything

Everything was cold. And the place is 1.1miles from me. even had a chicken tender missing. had to warm it up in the microwave which made it taste nasty.

Ordered my food through JustEat at 1012pm. The order got accepted and said delivery would be 11-1120pm. Got past the delivery time so I checked the app to see if it was on its way to find it said the order was delivered and to enjoy my food. Checked outside and nothing there. Can't call the restaurant because it apparently closed at 1045pm?! Why accept the order if you knew you couldn't fulfill it? Now waiting for a refund from JustEat for the order. Won't be ordering from here again. Ordered a few times previously and it's always been late. If you're that busy and know you'll not get it out before closing then don't accept the order.

Burgers were nice however - Order turned up half missing. Took 40 minutes for the rest to turn up after the initial 40 minute wait. Second time still got sauce on kebab wrong and missed a pot of mayo for the chips. Just a mild sorry. Won't order again.

The driver arrived without half of our order when asked where the rest was he said he doesn’t know and walked away , we repeatedly tried to ring Timmy’s with no answer and no refund . As well as this the food we did receive was all cold

I've ordered from here quite a few times and the burgers are outstanding. Both kinds, as well as the chips, are spot on. The shakes are brilliant too. I haven't tried the chicken burger or pizzas yet, so I can't comment on those. It would be great to see a few new burger varieties added to the menu. However, the onion rings are amazing!

We ordered food as we have done many times before, then we were in formed that they wouldn't deliver to us , we called to see why and it was because they didn't have something we had ordered , we have had issues in the past with orders that were incorrect that we just couldn't be bothered to go through all the hassle, the food is nice when it is delivered correctly but it's just hassle, very Disappointed

waited way over 1hr for then to be told gas supply wasn't working an refund would be processed got a text saying £3 will be refunded even tho didnt receive no food an it came to 33 wow!

Me and my kids love this place I’m on a diet and love there chicken salad we’ve never had any of our order missing, unfortunately tonight, food was 30 mins late and also cold which I had to reheat in microwave.
