Last couple of orders, foods always cold by the time it arrives

Final for fast breakfast. Excellent price.

Been here a few times now. Never enough staff to clean tables and empty bins. Door doesn’t shut properly leaving the whole place freezing. Toilets never clean. Donuts and coffee are good though. Don’t rate any of the other food unfortunately.

Burger was great fries stone cold would have been better wrapped in tinfoil like the burger

We were there last Saturday and Doughnuts tasted off and under cooked. Unfortunately we both felt ill the rest of the day.

Double double eh! Still no app but great coffee and timbits.

Sub par at best, try it if you want but really a far cry from the original Tim Hortons from years ago in Canada. Now it's just goyslop.

Ambience, staff ,food and beverages are good.

Let's start with the positives, clean purpose built & food is quite nice. Gives a 10% blue light discount. Breakfast deal reasonable price (cant get Blue light discount on this). Staff pleasant just don't show initiative. Negatives; order was incorrect. Firstly returned to the counter as given ketchup instead of chipolte mayonnaise. Then sat down again noticed instead of a triple burger given double burger. When I asked what is going to happen to the double burger that I had touched (so clearly not going to be served) was informed it was going to be binned. I enquired why not give it to me then so it wont be wasted - response no because then you would have had two burgers. I think this is just wasting food and misses an opportunity to keep a customer satisfied. The portion sizes are not that big and it is quite expensive. I didn't buy the unhealthy looking donughts and I think they are over £3 each. The two supermarkets in walking distance will sell ones much cheaper if you want a donught (not that I like donughts). I'm not planning on returning anytime soon.

Will never again get breakfast from mcdonalds. Tim hortons blows it out of the water. It's not even close.

ordered food and coffee - delivery time was 14:50, then changed to 15:15 then to 15:30 then to 15:45 then to 16:10 then to 16:30 then to 16:25 then to 16.30 then to 16:35 then to 16:40 food arrived at 16:50 and coffee and food was warm at best. was no option to get in touch or cancel the order which is what we wanted to do. very unhappy...and hungry.

Food was great but the new hazelnut latte I ordered didn't arrive, it was just a normal one. I checked after the order arrived and it said it was no longer available. Would have appreciated being phoned, I'd have just done a meal for less if I knew.

How can you have the drive thru open but not the counter. This isn't America or some kind of anti-pedesrian hellscape. Not all people have cars.

Cold lattice fries, replaced by more cold lattice fries. Mint hot chocolate and Raspberry hot chocolate ordered…the red velvet frosting for the raspberry hot chocolate had been put on the mint one! Staff didn’t seem too bothered.

Nothing fancy and bit grubby. I suspect understaffed to save money. The food was ok. Prices were reasonable. But it's not a favourite.

Went when it first open and it was clean and tidy...fast forward a few weeks and the times I have been back,bins are overflowing with rubbish,and tables and rubbish on floor. Standards have dropped off. Another visit here and immediately regret it. All the staff just stand about having a laugh, when the tables and bins are needing cleaned. This place has went down hill rapid.

French Vanilla Coffee tasted like a hot sweet milkshake. Not for me…

Nice relaxing atmosphere with music and comfortable seating. French Vanilla is lovely and choice of food suits a wide range of people.

First time visitor, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, looked more like a nice café than a fast food chain. The breakfast menu was large and on a rotation screen so it took a while to decide what to order. Staff were friendly, kind and patient. Food was good, hot and tasty.

Tim Hortons is nice establishment to go and also miles ahead of McDonald's for breakfast. Staff are friendly and efficient. Nothing is to much trouble. Plenty of space but can get naturally busy at certain times. They have a brilliant £1 breakfast deal. You first pick your drink. I bought a medium coffee for £2.69 with the £1 breakfast added that's £3.69. I choose a medium white coffee original blend (bog standard coffee) I had a choice of milks skimmed, semi, full fat oat and soya. Which is not what you get at other fast food outlets. Breakfast consisted of a single hash brown which makes up 50p of the breakfast but what makes this deal brilliant is that Tim Hortons has loads to choose from. I opted for the closest comparison to MC Donald's breakfast I could for point of reference but I could of had a sausage and egg bagel (something McDonald's apparently struggles to 'bring back' yeah... Bring back the MC rib because your in trouble MC Donald's). Anyway there's loads to choose from I could chosen the iced frappacinio and a cheese toastie. This is what makes the big difference; choice. To summarise. - MC Donald's breakfast e.g. coffee, sausage and egg MC muffin and a hash brown. - £4.59. Tim Hortons - same combination - £3.69. saving 90p. Now that's alot! Would I choose Tim Hortons again? Yes. Everytime whilst this deal continues.

What’s the point of drive thru if they tell you to park and wait? Guy told me a couple minutes, 10 minutes pass by I go through drive thru again then receive my order. I shouldn’t have to chase you go get the order I paid for. I will say that the staff are lovely just let down a lot by speed. Perhaps this has to do with understaffing in which case hire more people.

Wow it's called tim Hortons but portions smaller than McDonald's taste like McDonald's I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers got to mini cheese burgers with burned hard chips and little drinks for 22 quid it's a disgrace not a good shop

Self service ordering screens are overly complicated when you don't know the menu. Staff are helpful in making a 'manual ' order.

Far superior than Perths operation. Staff actually know what they're doing and service was quick. Place was busy as well.

Donuts are great! And usually, lattice fries are very nice but burned to a crisp this time. Would be nice to be able to choose ur donuts in the box.

Just a normal Tim Hortons. Nothing terribly exciting. Decent breakfasts though.

Ordered today got home and one meal with no burger shop wasn't busy only my order being made so really wasn't hard no phone number to contact the shop over all poor service Spent around £40 to not even get full meals

been here twice now, food is always cold and not fresh. waffle fried are stale and rediculously rock solid, i chipped my feont tooth on one of them. iced coffee is okay, slightly warm. burger - said no mustard, they put mustard anyway. not a happy bunny

Coffee is poor, food is worse, music is crap and too loud, and the chairs are uncomfortable. Should have turned around left when I saw how poorly situated the "self order" stations were. They were practically unusable because of the sun shining on them. Obviously, these clowns have never heard of a shade!

That's why the food is cold when you get home, because after 20 minutes there is no one to pack it. It is not always the driver's fault! Have a great day 🙂🙂🙂

We visited the new Tim Hortons in Dundee with mixed results. A lot of the advertised products were not available as they were not stocking them, however, they were all over the advertising and ordering stations. The place was very quiet, but no one seemed in a hurry to serve or deal with issues. The burgers we got were OK, the lattice fries has to be returned as very over cooked and cold, they were replaced and fine after that. Overall very disappointed. I did complain, so I will see what they say

I tried the delivery service twice over two weeks. The first time the food was way below standard and cold on arrival. I thought that this may have been a one off so tried it for a second time however I had the same disappointment cold and not worth the money, do yourself a favour and stayaway

I work in units across from TH, went for first time to get a huge snack !!! Was ignored waiting at counter, to busy serving drive through customers. Absolute awful experience for my first and now last visit .. terrible service for me .. drive through customers and regulars who love your snack spot, but for me absolute awful and not a patch on McDonald's across the road. I'm 63 years old and was left standing and eventually just walked out in disgust, won't return again to experience an inconsistant service yet again from un interested staff. Terrible !!!

The lattice chips were ice cold. That went into the bin. There were only 9 wee donuts. The only item that’s maybe half good is the frappe. Not worth the money. Sorry Tim thortons

Typical fast food nothing special.

Restaurant sent us the entirely wrong order, we ordered three meals + three full-size donuts and instead received two meals + donut bites. For a new customer, this is a pretty terrible first experience.

Food didn't arrive warm, may be the distance travelled though.

Security needed We enjoy coming here, the atmosphere is nice and it’s usually very clean. The customer service is good and the food doesn’t usually take too long. We love the cherry cooler drink! Our most recent visit was a shock, however .A gang of unsupervised teens (seemed approx 12-14 years old) were causing problems with antisocial behaviour, shouting non-stop and making a mess. Quite stressful, far from the chilled atmosphere you normally get here. As a customer, I would feel more comfortable returning if there were security cameras inside and outside the premises. Maybe a team of security staff would be worthwhile too?

Hot Food completely stone cold and inedible. They put it all in with iced coffees and the lattice fried rock hard and freezing. Sent wrong donut also ! With how much it cost so disappointed

Late as some excuse that there was no drivers BUT, the meal was absolutely disgusting it was freezing cold,

only received part of an order and ALL food freezing, fries have had to go straight in the bin. Awful & a waste of money. I am not happy & no way to contact the restaurant.

Great alternative to Starbucks / McDonalds - coffee is great, desserts are a big hit and halal options available with the chicken. Great quality and value for money!

Positives: dark roast coffee is amazing! Nice decor and relatively fast service. Doughnuts obviously done right and tasty. Breakfast offer is good value and tasty. Iced coffee is nice. Negatives: burger is awful, it tastes like microwave a burger with that chewy texture. Too much sauce on it and it’s tiny. Definitely not eating a burger here again. Lattice fries were cold, didn’t get milk by default for my tea. Chicken tenders are coated in black pepper- wasn’t stated on the screen. My 6 yo did not eat it because of it. I would come here for breakfast and a doughnut, makes sense. They should stick to what they do best and don’t offer awful burgers.

First and last visit. Kept saying need to go and see what it's all about. Done I can't see me ever going back again. Slow!! Put through our order handed two bags with our doughnuts one missing member of staff grab a box and put in the missing doughnut. I never knew how slow it was to make 3 cups of tea.. Will not be back

Delivery was exceptional however order was wrong and the coffee was not secured by Tim hortons staff and had completely spilt and drained in the bag ruining the incorrect doughnut

Since when does a vanilla mocha come with ice, cream and chocolate sauce?

Took the servers over 20 minutes to cook 2 bacon rolls. Slow and disappointing.

Driver was super nice and food was good everything there.

The service and staff are absolute rubbish. After waiting an hour, we were told that the system is not working and so the food can't be served. My son was not feeling well and so we brought him to the restaurant so we could feel good and eat. The visit was so disappointed, and we left with hungry kids 😕 😑

Reposting my review now I know the managers name! Sachin is the epitome of customer service. He makes every trip here an absolute joy, and we come more regularly because of it. He makes sure that we leave smiling, as every time the service is personal, considerate and speedy. He and his team are a joy to interact with, from the minute we walk in to the minute we walk out. The atmosphere is fantastic, the store is always very clean, and we never have to wait long for our food. I am yet to have a complaint about this team or store! We now come so regularly that the team recognise us on sight! I highly recommend this store, and hope everyone gets to experience the quality of service we receive each time we visit the store.

First time I’ve tried this place, I certainly won’t be back, the food was cold and hard when I got it, the waffle fries were hard and uneddible. The burgers were mushed up and once again stone cold. The chicken tenders were also very hard and cold. Very disappointed, the two drinks were very refreshing though, albeit had to drink them without a straw. Also came with no dips. :(

Manager looked at young girl in disgust as she tryed to apply for a job that they had advertised and staff on other hand is very polite the manager needs to learn some manners

there isn't a section to.customize burger as I don't like condiment aka mustard or tomato sauce it was a bit disappointing to find it on child's burger

Sorry to complain but the coffee was 50% ice and it did not taste like coffee, also I don't know if there was vanilla beans at the bottom or if the coffee was not mixed properly because there was a brown substance at the bottom of my drink. Yet again I am sorry I complained alot I hope you have a very nice day.

the food is fresh and lovely. however this time there was no sauce on any of the orders. which was disappointing.

Mixed review! Went for a lunch takeaway as we were travelling. Chicken sandwich was great, husband was disappointed with the bacon double cheeseburger, poorly presented and not very tasty. Went as far as to say he wouldn't order again. We go here for the iced coffee but this time it was disappointing. Will go back as it's the first time it didn't quite meet the mark. Less content, despite ordering a large and hardly any ice. Can't really comment on service as you order through the screens in store, not a word was said when I picked up the order. Would expect some level of interaction, may as well be fully automated!

Lattice fries were overcooked. Bacon burger was good and moist. This was the Dundee branch and very busy.

The hot chocolate was decent, the temperature was quite enjoyable, although could've done with being a touch hotter, consistency was mostly good, very smooth until the very bottom of the drink, and the overall richness was okay, a little dull but otherwise acceptable. 4.5/10

Delivery time perfect. Donut holes are a bit stale. But glad I got to try them with a meal deal!
