Tikka Tikka in North Lanarkshire

Ordered the mixed king kebab and large Donna Kebab and a korma sauce..... absolutely disgusting!! The King Kebab was just a few bits of chicken and loads of tiny pieces of Donna and the large Donna was the same tiny crispy pieces of meat not big enough to dip as it fell to bits, it went in the bin!!!... NEVER AGAIN.. Stay away and save your money.

So used this place fur the first time in ages!! (Since the big man had his stroke) only got th grill box nae real complaints apart fae the donner meat cuts were tiny!! I wizny completely sold over the boax! I think it's a bit padded oot wi pakora! Nae bad fing! But the big test it the curry!! And ah am.cummin!!!! I will.edit n keep ye posted!!!! But #sofarsogoood

Food was fantastic. Family loves the Chicken and Veg pakora. Grilled Chicken and Chucken Korma. Absolutely delicious!

After 2 attempts they can’t get an order sent out correct. Food in the bin never again. Avoid this place

Got a mix kebab as a take away (pick up ) phoned still waited 20 minutes when I arrived got it home no kebab sauce dry kebab no good to anyone I stopped using this take away because they can’t get an order right

absolutely shocking I bought a chicken curry from this sorry excuse of an Indian takeaway. I stepped 1 foot in the door and smelled the worst stench I have ever smelt in my life. I will not be ordering from this takeaway again as I am shocked and appalled. 1 star 🌟

The guy who took my order he didn't understand what I was asking for I wanted a large kebab I got a small one the calzone wasn't as good as the last owner no mushrooms in it no onion the chicken bits was big the salad has fairly shrunk to but I will try it again 😕😔😟😟

This place changed hands on 1st October 2023 previous owners have other shops spice express and real spice plz use these places?AVOID TIKKA TIKKA IN SEAFAR New owners are the same owners of the place in Cumbernauld village there rude arrogant and food quality’s went rite down hill

The people who served me were awesome, and the time taken to prepare the meal was quick. I just wasn't keen on the food. Found it was drenched in fat. I've had the same dish at alternative eateries in the area, and they all were better than what I had from here. I have been to this place before, though, and was generally very happy with everything, including the food. Maybe this time was a one-off? 🤔

Asked for donner pizza got home and this was shocking undercooked with more cheese on it than asda

Absolutely disgusting how I was treated,asked for a dinner calzone without onions,surprise surprise when I got home it was loaded with onions, called to complain but shop was closed,left a message for someone to call me back,waited for 2days,then I called them,only got cheek and they said they were not aware of any message and couldn’t do anything about it,can’t even get something so simple correct ,regular customer but never again

Ordered before Christmas and just ordered from them tonight absolutely disgusting place has gone down hill not worth the money chicken was rubbery and lamb was very chewy my husband lost his appetite having his dinner definitely gone down hill will not be ordering off them again

Poor experience tonight, I definetly selected delivery, anticipated time was 45 mins. After over an hour I called to be told I selected collection even though I have an email saying delivery, person I spoke to actually had the cheek to cut off my call but within 8 minutes surprise surprise my delivery arrived. Cheeky get cut me off, have been loyal customer for years maybe I'll go elsewhere next year. Not impressed.

Food is always nice, Pizza with the garlic base is delish and so is the korma! always order from here if we fancy an indian

Had a takeaway last Saturday night 25th June 2022. WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. My friend and I got a takeaway and both of us ended up extremely ill and spent the last 4 days and nights stuck to the toilet seat along with painful stomach spasms. Some version of food poisoning awaiting results from doctors!! Order at your own risk ⚠️

Placed an order just after 11pm on just eat, waited over an hour to get an update advising it had been cancelled as the driver couldn’t find our address?? Our address is not difficult to find maybe it was just convienent as they were closing??

Tikka Tikka is our favourite local takeaway great customer service and happy to accommodate my sons needs where food is concerned he can be a little picky about the layout of his food so thank you very much to all the staff and delivery drivers the food is delivered hot and fast and is always great quality highly recommended 👌💯❤️

Got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza was genuinely the worst thing I've seen in ma life burnt to a crisp and completely rubber after the first bite it was in the bin. Only good thing about this place is the speed off delivery

Best take away in Cumbernauld without a doubt. If you want to get consistent food this is the place to go. I have been ordering a calzone from this place for about 5 years and it's always great and the same each time.

3 times now i have had to ask them to stop sending me text messages about offers; every time they do it i ask them to stop. Its the phone number i use for work and i have to pull over to view a message i don't want!!!

My mum and son got food poisoning from the chicken and was told I could go and inspect their kitchen. Was told their chicken wasn’t off and if it had been the summer they could maybe understand, whatever that’s supposed to mean.

worst place in Cumbernauld wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Very poor performance, collected order on time and took it home. Opened to find curry sauce missing so back up again to collect it. While on route partner calls to let me know rice is stone cold and no mango in mango chicken korma! Complained while at shop and told to go back to house collect said dishes and bring them back up again! Shocking service, they mess up the order and we are expected to run back and forward 3 times for them to correct! Will not be ordering here again!

THE BEST indian in cumbernauld.i use it all the time.always friendly staff and they give use extra sides etc because i know them well.fast and fresh everytime.great deals on set meals and pizzas are better than dominoes.my family love the food and when you just cant be bothered cooking they sort us out everytime.

Edit: bank disputed claim and got the money back finally. Ridiculous over a tenner. Have to change my review after the last time I used them. Recently I accidentally double ordered, phoned up minutes after the mistake and cancelled the other one and they have still not refunded my money after 2 weeks. Have had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction which will take awhile to process. I only received one of the orders I put through, so I can see no other reason for them to still be refusing a refund. This was on the 03/03/2020 so more than enough time for it to be processed. Theyve lost more than a simple £10 payment simply by being lazy or, hopefully not this, greedy.

We're actually sick 2 the back teeth spending good money on takeaways from Tikka Tikka Now. I Used 2 Recieve Top Notch Food Always Piping Hot And Fantastic Food But Not Anymore And That's A Shame As A Won't be Ordering From Them Anytime Soon. The Tika Tika Special King Kebab what's with the shady portions in charging £9.50. 12" Donner Pepe Pizza Came cold Come on To France What Sort Of Food Is This, Garlic Nan was cold and Smeared in Garlic Never Seen A Garlic Nan Like It. The 8oz Cheeseburger burger was nice salad tasted like it wasn't fresh n The Chips A ate 1 and a folded the tray over it's a bloody joke if you can't have passion in your cooking what's the point in cooking. Shocked 2 see the business dropping it's standards.

Best take away in the area. Download the app for a 10% discount. Parking can be tricky on busy nights so be careful when entering the parking area. The food is fantastic and you get generous portions for for you money. What else do you want from a take away?

Have been using tikka tikka for a long time and usually dont have any complaints I dont like very spicy food so would usually order a korma or chasni i dont know if new chef but my recent orders have not to my taste been mild and have been inedible for me. Disappointed.

Why if india is 40% vegiterian i still cant find an indians that does a good veggie curry ?

I ordered a doner calzone online, I forgot to write no onions in the comments box. When I arrived to collect my order I suddenly remembered my mistake. Tikka tikka were so kind to make me a whole new calzone. Also give my some a can of irn bru as it was his birthday. Fantastic staff. I'm extremely grateful.

Don't forget Tuesday pizza deal and spicy chicken fillet burger is a good one to try out!

Worst Food I have had in years! First time I’ve tried this place in about 10 years. Time I got home (5min away), food was cold and the lamb was well undercooked. Even the Nan bread was undercooked, total lack of effort was put into making our take away. Mega disappointed, won’t be back!

With a lot of the same takeaways around we thought we would try here . Wish we just used are normal place (curry sauce and chips) chips under cooked. 2 Donner meat and chips Donner meat was old and greasy. King size donna greasy asked for onions and chill sauce only what I got was it drenched in pakora sauce and all salad .. we paid 32 pound for food to be put in the bin .. would rather of got a asda smart price microwave meal ... donner meat was that bad the dog wouldn't even touch it . We Will never order from here again and would never recommend this terrible so called takeaway.. for the quality of the food . The place needs shuting down

Ordered from here tonight as their meal deal seemed like great value only to realise why it may be as cheap as it is. My (apparently) south Indian Garlic Chilli lamb arrived brown (normally it's reddish) and was absolutely swimming in grease and the majority of it was flung in the bin which was probably for the best. The pakora just tasted of grease and the chips i had tasted like they were cooked on the radiator. Wouldn't order from here again, probably the worst curry i've ever 'eaten'.

Food is really fresh used to swear by real spice but nicer food here. Curries are amazing, timing is great just need to fill calzone more

Usually food is great but this weekend the food was not up too its usual standard. The chicken pakoe was very xry and over cooked and the donner meat was cold. Asked for oin think they must have ten paces away when put in. Im unusually disapointed but i will go back.

Their food is fine but the person who takes orders on phone is not well mannered at all. That person won't let you to finish you what you want to say and will cut the call before you. I'm so disappointed because of this behavior. Or maybe they get it by your accent that you are not a local and that's why they don't pay much attention on you.

If you want a quick delivery service this is not the place to phone. every time I have ordered from here it has been over an hour delivery even although they state 45 mins it has been as much as 90 mins it's a Monday night and it's still 75 mins When you speak to the staff they normally hang up on you not very helpful in any way I don't think I will get anything from here again The food is typical from take away it's not worth a 75 min wait though

ordered tonight , after looking at the menu that was posted through the door , thought i would try the veg curry and pakora .being a first time customer ( and last time } the meal went straight to bin , it looked like recycled tandoori sauce that was no where near a curry sauce, so wasted £20 and ripped up the menu . utter s----e
