Best deli in Belfast. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap - unbelievable!!

Ordered soup and sandwich. Was charged extra 35p for coleslaw so little I couldn't taste it. Also very little brie. Asked for white bread got brown. Basically I paid £7.85 for a lettuce sandwich and lukewarm soup. Won't be back

These guys work hard to provide the best sandwiches, paininis & soup combos in the city. Drop in mix with the locals & enjoy...

Came here to try the infamous ‘Buffalo chicken wrap’ after reading about how it’s the best in Belfast. We were disappointed. The wrap wasn’t that big, it wasn’t very hot, and it tasted weird (Overly sweet and the cheese wasn’t melted). We didn’t enjoy it. At £8.95 it was also very expensive for what it is, you can pay £5.50 at the centra supermarket for a wrap of a similar size and quality, if not better. The service wasn’t that friendly and the venue is a bit shabby too. I don’t get the hype about this place, and wouldn’t recommend.

Attended here on my lunch - No prices on menu - overpriced, cold 'hot food' and order unfulfilled. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Found this place while walking to the city from the Titanic museum. Had an amazing wrap, girlfriend had a delicious sandwich. A brilliant find. Recommend.

I came to Belfast for the first time and found this place, they made me a vegetarian panini and the service was exceptional 😍food was really great.

We ordered a Philly cheese steak panini and tuna sandwich. The Philly cheese steak was ground beef with cheese and peppers... I've never been served ground beef in a sandwich before, nevermind when I order a steak sandwich. The tuna sandwich was served in stale bread with a bunch of toppings that were not requested. The mugs and cutlery were dirty. The floor, tables and seats were also dirty.

I love this place, I love that they make all their fillings in house big lovely chicken and ham. And the bread! Bread it top class! Very popular place and understand why, can't wait to back and try more

We had a delicious bacon, egg and sausage bap for breakfast! They make delicious and quick sandwiches, an option to eat on the streets of Belfast.

Great spot for lunch. The buffalo chicken wrap and the crispy ceaser wrap are a must try here. Don't be put off by the length of the queue, it's gone in no time.

I had a delicious Cajun chicken sandwich here for lunch. It was enormous and great value. The sandwicheers are really friendly and I would recommend this centrally located place to future diners.

Lovely food , huge portions and so reasonably priced ! Music was very loud upstairs for 11.30am however and with a hangover I could barely think 🫠

Visited today for a quick bite before an appointment close by. First visit & not the last. Staff were beyond welcoming & great fun - amazing interaction with all of the customers & you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I had the Philly Steak in a wrap & it was hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had in Belfast. Thank you for amazing service & a first class wrap served with a side of cheeky banter. Highly recommend - this deli deserves all the praise & success!

Dropped in here for an afternoon snack around 3pm. Ordered the veggie panini and veggie soup. The soup was nice and hot and a substantial bowl. Asked for the bowl to be split for two people. Server brought both portions back to our table, sticking her thumbs inside the bowls. The veggie panini was yummy but included a spicy sauce that was added without being asked. While we were eating, the staff seemed to be more concerned with closing time at 4pm than with asking us how our meals were.

Incredibly rude delivery staff came to my corporate office not even knowing who they were delivering too then abused the security guard doing his job.

Very crowded on the lunch time, mostly people buying food to takeaway. There are also some tables upstairs served by a waiter. The food was good, the service OK.

The Buffalo Chicken Burger is one of the best I've tasted around the city centre. Chicken Burger, chips, drink and a dip coming in under a tenner.

It's not a bad cafe the food is delicious but staff look like they might attack you. Smile goes along way.

Superb veggie sandwich and great coffee, Staff friendly, and efficient ..

I saw one of their staff using the same pair of food prep gloves to touch stair handles and smoke cigarette then go back to prepare food. What is more surprise is that he then used the same pair of gloves to grab the food on the cutting board and put the food straight into his mouth while he was preparing the ingredient for the deli! Twice! OMG. So disgusting... I will never come here again.

Understaffed, we went for lunch and ordered our food, the one server was very pleasant but completely overwhelmed with the workload. The food was ok. When we went to pay I had to catch the attention of one of the cooks, he snappily asked if I had a ticked detailing the food we had, I said I wasn’t given one and he told me I should have had one. Anyway after he spoke with the server he pushed a card machine at me to pay and then turned his back at me without a thanks or acknowledging that I had paid. Disappointing service.

Lovely food served here and great staff

I ordered a wrap to take away, which tasted fine but it was quite small and very overpriced. There are much better places to eat nearby that are nicer and cheaper. The wrap that I received also didn't match the description listed on their board. It contained red onions, which I don't like, and they didn't mention or display this anywhere. I found the person serving me to be very rude and condescending when I asked her a question so I wouldn't return even if I enjoyed the food but overall the food is distinctly average and there are much better places to eat at a more reasonable price so I would definitely advise against eating here.

Ya cant beat a kitchen porter who makes a fine sandwich, should get promoted.

Fuimos un par de veces, una a comer y otra a desayunar, y nos gustó por la relación calidad-precio y la variedad (dentro de lo que cabe). Para comer había una oferta muy buena de sopa del día+sándwich, creo recordar que por unas 5/6 libras. Los desayunos también son económicos. El local es muy pequeño, por lo que no siempre es fácil encontrar sitio. Finalmente, aunque los camareros fueron amables, en ambas ocasiones nos cobraron diferente a lo que decía la carta y por esa razón les quito un punto.

Absolutely gorgeous! Fresh salad, smoked cheese, chicken fillet strips. Perfect combination. Not much banter or pleasantries from staff...very solemn. But its a busy wee place and they r pushing out a high standard....happy enough if i get my wrap 😊

It was very busy at the moment we we're there, so no time for a smile or a small chat. But service was pretty fast and the chicken wraps we ordered were delicious, we would defenitively return here?

Best panini I have ever had in my entire life (and I actively look for them as it is one of my favorite foods in the world) I ordered the Philly cheesesteak style one, at first I was worried as it seemed that the portion being put on the sub was small, however when I bit into it, I couldn't believe how much flavor was in it. it had a perfect balance, the flavors were incredible and it was the perfect amount to fill me up. All that for £5.20 with a tin, I will be back every single time I am in town without a doubt.

Ordered a buffalo chicken burger and fries from Thyme. I cut the chicken burger in two – and luckily I did – the burger was cooked on the edges and TOTALLY raw inside – it was literally still clucking and laying an egg! Tried ringing Thyme three times to complain – but no one picked up the phone (it was Friday lunch time) so walked round to Thyme. Spoke to the manager, Tony. Tony’s customer service skills were amazing – amazingly horrendous! He could not have handled the complaint more poorly. We were polite – asked to speak to the manager – told him the issue – he just asked us what type of burger we had ordered and ran into the kitchen and shouted at them to cook another one. He did not even bother to take five seconds to look at the state of the burger! I had to call him back to the counter to say we didn’t want another burger just now, as stomach was totally turned from biting into a raw burger. He called over to the lady at the till to give these ladies £6 back. I piped up and basically said ‘Is that it? He said ‘Sorry….you’re getting your money back …… what more do you want!?’ I mentioned that in situations like this you normally get much better service. He then said to call again next time and ask for Tony – and he’d give a burger for free (this was not said in a particularly nice manner). Tony's attitude was sneering, rude, impatient and utterly unprofessional. The most appalling customer service skills. He could not wait to get us out the door. Utter pillock! His brain could not seem to fathom that someone could have got very seriously ill.....or worse!

A great place for a quick lunch. Thyme offers a great variety of burgers/wraps/paninis/sandwiches with generous portion sizes. The decor is dated and basic and it's a bit of a squeeze if you're sitting in but the food is really great and the staff are lovely. A bit of a gem!

Me and my girlfriend went here for a quite breakfast we were greated nicely.we were the first ones in the door, the waitress brought are tea and milk upstairs the milk was off and took 3 times to render this simple misstake.As was the three other tables milk was off aswell, On 3rd time i brought it down and the male behind the till said " he said to the waitress something wasnt right with the milk yet was still served". The fry was bone dry with the soda bread completely burnt came with no hash brown, mushrooms or beans as advertised on the groupon website. DEFO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Cracking breakfast. They put some food out from a very small footprint but it is well good stuff. We had two breakfasts stops there. Also great location to people watch, loads going on around them. We will be back.
