Thyme British Bar & Grill (Premier Inn) in Pembrokeshire

Ilove this estaurant do a cracking breakfast while staying in the hotel, very good evening menu,and a good central location

I ate at the thyme bar and restaurant at the premier inn at Southampton central west quay as part of a meal deal which is good value for money as you get a 2 course meal and drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning all for the excellent price of £24.99 you can make it 3 courses for dinner for a extra £2 overall it is good value for money

As a couple of ex-hotel waiters we absolutely loved the care and attention that our SEN family recieved when staying with you, especially during mealtimes. My praise and respect and thanks go to the Sunday night team who stepped up to the mark with an almost full restaurant and very limited staffing! Wow! You're ace!! We are properly impressed by your efforts and teamwork and how well you just smiled and carried on through a really busy really long evening. Thank you also for letting us sit at the table while my other half did bedtime and just people watch. You worked so well together, you had each others backs when things didn't go smoothly (Most folks are more likely to moan than praise that's life unfortunately.) Leah W, you were excellent, taking a complicated specific order, meeting dietary and fussy needs 😀 you were courteous, went the extra mile and even with a mask of your personality smiled and shone. A credit to this hotel. You are ace! The the lovely chef who served my son's beans cold and my daughters wheat free food hot. You did specific puddings and were accommodating to my autistic moving through the restaurant too. Thank you. Thank you to the whole team, thank you for your efforts. We really appreciate your quality service, we recognise that you worked very hard this evening and we enjoyed the whole evening. Thank you 😊 Also thanks to Saturday's team who also did breakfast and made gluten free toast that my fussy kid actually ate!!! Very good restaurant very good munu range and a limited bar,, very clean with friendly staff in a great location

Wanted early breakfast prior to leaving for home journey. Did not want full English just coffee and toast. Staff suggested we share a continental...which we did. Coffee and tea were good. Toast was hot and selection of conserves available. Staff friendly, restaurant clean.

We dined here last Thursday evening (01.08.19) and it was excellent. The staff were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Very knowledgeable and understanding. We also had breakfast each morning of our stay and again, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Even the chefs had a lovely morning welcome to everyone. Highly recommended.

I would like to compliment Alison on being a friendly welcoming waiter who advised me me very professionally on details of the menu. When we ate the restaurant was quiet which is no reflection on its food or the staff.The meal was served quickly well cooked and well presented with attentive but not intrusive staff. you can watch your meal being prepared if you wish to

Unlike many Premier Inns the restaurant is on the ground floor. It is run by ‘Thyme’ who provide the usual excellent Premier Inn breakfast. (It seemed to have a wider choice than most.) The dinner menu appeared to be slightly less extensive than that provided by Brewers Fayre but my gammon steak was a sensible size and excellently cooked. The churros I had for dessert were fine, but I found four to be more than enough. My family who were staying with me had the mixed grill which they thoroughly enjoyed, but they were disappointed by the lemon and clementine cheesecake which they thought had been “hanging about.

Drove down on Friday night getting there at 9pm had a great meal with pleasant and helpful staff. I had the Mediterranean style skewer platter which was delicious and tasty recommended by waiter, hubby had 8oz sirloin steak which he enjoyed.

Food nicely cooked and presented by staff who were helpful and efficient.The only drawback was they didn't serve draught beer beer and lager in bottles.

Breakfasts are a must for value with so many choices on offer. Costa coffee,fruit juices,many types of cerial,fresh fruit salad,smoothies,etc,etc,fried breakfasts with lots of items to choose from with as much as you want to eat.

I rarely eat at hotel restaurants unless it's more convenient, so did eat once here as I was waiting to go to a choir concert just down the road, and I could keep an eye on arrivals going to the church. As usual, I had the pate for entree, and followed with the mixed grill. Both were of good standard and the wait staff attentive but not intrusive. With all Premiers having Thymes, the menu does get a bit boring.

Restauranten ligger ved Hotel Premier in Heathrow lufthavn. Den er meget hyggelig og moderne indrettet. Maden er rigtig god og velsmagende, der er meget at vælge imellem til gode priser. Betjeningen var hurtig og venlig. Spiser gerne her igen.

Decided to eat here as staying in the Premier Inn on site. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were lovely - friendly and very helpful despite a very busy Friday evening (big party staying). Our table was booked fairly late, but there was no indication that this was a problem or that we should rush and every effort was made to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious... fresh, very tasty and beautifully presented - thank you to chefs Russ and Robert. Would highly recommend - a very pleasant evening.

Would not eat there again food was very poor , complained and they were so rude , left would not go back

I stay here quite a bit though work, the food at breakfast and dinner is always good. Good selection and always in stock. Arrives in good time and is tasty. All the staff are fantastic too, couldn’t do enough to help. Never too busy either.
