Thumbs up in East Ayrshire

Never had a bad order from here you always get massive portions and the food always arrives piping hot and fresh.. we usually have our usual order but even when we try something different we've never had a problem

There food here is the best in town and the price is the same will definitely be back

My favourite Chinese in the area. Food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and efficient.

Phoned order. Counter staff drinking and clearly out his face. Went to shop next door and bought more alcohol and came back and continued taking orders over the phone. Our order was wrong. Asked for one ingredient to be taken out. All veg taken out out not just the one we asked for. The other dish we asked for one ingredient wasn't taken out. If you have allergies, this is def not a safe place to order your food from.

They can't shut a gate when they're leaving. My dog just escaped!

It’s a thumbs down from me. Not enough honey in the honey chicken. The salt and chilly chicken lacked a real zing. The outside layers of the beef lacked a crackle when bitting….. However the chips were really yummy

Apparently my family was banned after the delivery drivers refused to deliver to us anymore due to us apparently giving them the wrong pound coin. I gave this money to be used, I did not know it was the wrong as I am blind and obviously cannot see very well. My father tried to explain the predicament but was treated like garbage over the phone. That was my experience with Thumbs Up. I would like to discuss this issue with someone who works there if they so wish. My names Connor Mclintock.

Easily thee best Chinese takeaway in Killi. Food amazing, always fresh and tasty, delivery spot on, no just eat pish as they don't need help to get orders. The staff are lovely on the phone and in person. I'd up load a photie but the food is never around long enough to pose for a selfie. 🤭😁

Waited well over an hour for a simple curry to be told it would be longer still so cancelled it in disgust at the very poor service

Got an order last night chicken balls fried rice & curry sauce.it was the most disgusting Chinese I've had. The chicken balls batter didn't taste right,the rice was dry,cold & tasteless & the curry sauce was horrible .1st & last time a complete waste of money as it was all put in the bin.

Five stars all day long. I know people who travel from Irvine for this place. Excellent food!

Food is good quality. Extremely disappointed in the fact that I ordered a large salt and chilli munchie box and get no salt and chilli. If your ordering make it clear to add it, extra even. Won't be back

First time trying here tonight. Got home and discovered our sweet and sour sauce and our portion of chips were missing. Rice was bland and dry. Chicken balls were alright and kids seemed to enjoy their chicken noodle soup. Heard good things about the place so pretty disappointed

This place is some of the best food I've ever had no joke, crispy beef with a crunch and melt in your mouth finish and THEY DO CHOPSTICKS!!!! :D but seriously even the menu makes the place, kitchen and food look like it will be so clean and hygienic unlike nearly every other Chinese takeaway in Kilmarnock, great prices and the wee clear reusable tubs are a fantastic wee extra for packed lunches for college lol, love this place couldn't recommend enough! For an authentic good priced meal cooked to the highest standard look no further!
